鎳-鎢-鈷合金電刷鍍液是在鎳-鎢合金鍍液的基礎上加入少量的硫酸鈷等成分組成的鎳-鎢-鈷鍍液。它是酸性鍍液,pH=1.2~2.4,深綠色,20℃時相對密度為1.29,電導率為2.052 Ω-1·cm-1。
2. 鎳-鎢-鈷(gu)合金(jin)電(dian)刷(shua)鍍層的(de)性質和用途
鎳-鎢-鈷(gu)鍍(du)層硬度高,致密、孔隙(xi)少(shao),在(zai)較高的溫度下仍具有一定的硬度,其優點是鍍(du)層的應力小,可沉積較厚的鍍(du)層,即(ji)可達0.20mm,主要用來(lai)沉積耐磨(mo)的表面層。

4. 鎳-鎢-鈷合金電刷鍍液的配制(zhi)
在1000mL燒(shao)杯(bei)(bei)中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)350mL,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)至(zhi)(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳(nie)393g,攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解。另取(qu)250ml,燒(shao)杯(bei)(bei),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)水(shui)100ml,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)至(zhi)(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)檸檬酸(suan)(suan)(suan)42g,攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)排溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)鴨(ya)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉23,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)館(guan)解后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)含硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳(nie)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)均勻(yun)。另取(qu)在250mL燒(shao)杯(bei)(bei)中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)100ml,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)至(zhi)(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)硼酸(suan)(suan)(suan)31g,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)含硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳(nie)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)均勻(yun)。另取(qu)在250mL燒(shao)杯(bei)(bei)中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)50ml,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)至(zhi)(zhi)70℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉6.5g、硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈷2g、硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)錳28、硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎂2g和氟(fu)化(hua)鈉5g,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解后(hou),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)人含硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鎳(nie)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)均勻(yun)。另加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)十(shi)二烷基硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉0.01~0.001g充(chong)分攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解。再加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)人甲(jia)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)35mL 和冰醋酸(suan)(suan)(suan)20mL,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)充(chong)分攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)至(zhi)(zhi)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)透明。冷卻至(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)溫,用(yong)10%稀硫(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)或稀氫氧化(hua)鈉溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)調(diao)節(jie)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)pH為2.將(jiang)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)倒入(ru)1000mL量(liang)筒或量(liang)瓶中(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)至(zhi)(zhi)刻(ke)度。
