1. P91鋼的化學成分


 P91鋼為馬氏體耐熱鋼,其化學成(cheng)分(fen)見表4-18.

2. 焊前準備


  對口(kou)裝配應(ying)支撐牢固,防止在(zai)(zai)焊(han)接過程中(zhong)發(fa)生管(guan)道(dao)位移(yi)和變形。嚴禁在(zai)(zai)管(guan)道(dao)母材(cai)上焊(han)接其他支撐物(wu)。支撐物(wu)應(ying)遠離加熱器300~500mm.對口(kou)間隙4~5mm,鈍邊≤2mm.點(dian)(dian)固時采(cai)用同(tong)種材(cai)料點(dian)(dian)固塊,長度(du)為(wei)10~20mm,用電焊(han)點(dian)(dian)固到P91管(guan)坡口(kou)內,待打底層完成后再用角磨(mo)機磨(mo)掉。


  試(shi)(shi)件(jian)組對(dui)前用半(ban)圓銼將毛刺打(da)磨掉,然后銼出所(suo)需鈍邊。清除(chu)試(shi)(shi)件(jian)坡口周圍(wei)20mm范圍(wei)內鐵(tie)銹、油污等。


  采用(yong)有效的充(chong)氬氣保護措(cuo)施,在(zai)P91大(da)管(guan)600mm長(chang)度范圍內,焊縫間隙用(yong)錫箔紙封死,管(guan)端用(yong)草紙板(ban)密閉封堵(du)成一個氣池,在(zai)300℃時草紙板(ban)焦煳(hu),760℃高溫回火后(hou),草紙板(ban)變為(wei)灰燼(jin),不會造成危害(hai)。


3. 焊接


  焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)方(fang)法采用手工TIG焊(han)(han)打(da)底和(he)焊(han)(han)條電弧焊(han)(han)填充蓋(gai)面(mian)。對于水平固定(ding)管(guan)(guan)始焊(han)(han)位置(zhi)在時(shi)鐘6點位置(zhi),焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)方(fang)向(xiang)由(you)底向(xiang)上分兩半(ban)圈進(jin)行(xing)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie),可先從逆時(shi)針方(fang)向(xiang)開(kai)始。對于垂直固定(ding)管(guan)(guan)起焊(han)(han)位置(zhi)不作要求。焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)工藝參數(shu)見表4-19.

①. 氬(ya)弧焊打底焊


  a. 水平固定(ding)焊


   水(shui)平固定(ding)氬弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)在(zai)底(di)部(bu)(bu)(bu)引弧(hu)后(hou)(hou),在(zai)坡口根(gen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)間隙兩(liang)側(ce)用焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍劃圈預熱,待(dai)坡口兩(liang)側(ce)鈍(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)熔化(hua)形成熔孔后(hou)(hou),由管內側(ce)緊貼(tie)熔孔送進焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si),填(tian)絲(si)(si)(si)方法(fa)如(ru)圖(tu)4-46和(he)圖(tu)4-47所示。在(zai)鈍(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)熔化(hua)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)緣兩(liang)側(ce)各送進一滴液態金屬(shu),通過(guo)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍橫向(xiang)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong),使(shi)之形成搭橋連接(jie)(jie)(jie)。在(zai)打底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)過(guo)程中(zhong),應根(gen)據焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)位(wei)置的不同變(bian)換填(tian)絲(si)(si)(si)方式。在(zai)仰(yang)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)及仰(yang)爬坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)置采用內填(tian)絲(si)(si)(si)法(fa),在(zai)立焊(han)(han)(han)(han)、立爬坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)及平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)置時采用外填(tian)絲(si)(si)(si)法(fa);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)與(yu)管外壁焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)方向(xiang)成10°~15°夾(jia)角。打底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)時注意焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍及焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)方法(fa),一般以鋸齒或月牙擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)為(wei)宜(圖(tu)4-48).電弧(hu)熔化(hua)坡口每側(ce)0.5~1mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)送進要(yao)緊貼(tie)熔池(chi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)端(duan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)跟電弧(hu)行走方向(xiang)做小(xiao)幅度橫向(xiang)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong),擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)注意不得使(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)與(yu)鎢極端(duan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸。


  封口焊(han)(han)時,當電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)運至距管(guan)子頂部3~4mm處(chu),停(ting)止送絲,先在封口處(chu)周圍劃(hua)圈(quan)預(yu)熱,使(shi)之(zhi)呈(cheng)紅熱狀(zhuang)態,然后將電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)拉回原熔池(chi)填(tian)絲焊(han)(han)接。封口后停(ting)止送絲繼續向前施焊(han)(han)5~10mm停(ting)弧(hu)(hu)。停(ting)弧(hu)(hu)后不要立即移開焊(han)(han)槍(qiang),要待熔池(chi)凝固后再移開。


  后半部焊(han)接(jie)按順時(shi)針方向焊(han)接(jie),焊(han)接(jie)方法與前半圈相同。打(da)底焊(han)縫厚度一(yi)般以2~2.5mm為宜。


  b. 垂(chui)直固定焊(han)


   垂直固(gu)定(ding)(ding)氬弧(hu)焊(han)在坡(po)(po)(po)口內側(ce)空間引弧(hu),焊(han)槍(qiang)與焊(han)接(jie)(jie)方向夾角為(wei)70°~80°,焊(han)絲與管(guan)壁內側(ce)周向夾角為(wei)10°~15°,將(jiang)焊(han)槍(qiang)在坡(po)(po)(po)口根(gen)部做上(shang)、下劃(hua)圈預熱。當(dang)鈍邊熔化形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)熔孔(kong)后,即在坡(po)(po)(po)口根(gen)部上(shang)、下側(ce)各送一(yi)滴液態金(jin)屬,擺動(dong)焊(han)槍(qiang)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)搭(da)橋連接(jie)(jie),然后開(kai)始正常焊(han)接(jie)(jie)。填充(chong)時(shi)應注(zhu)意焊(han)絲端(duan)部從上(shang)側(ce)坡(po)(po)(po)口斜(xie)拉下側(ce)坡(po)(po)(po)口根(gen)部,保證電弧(hu)一(yi)半用(yong)(yong)(yong)來熔化金(jin)屬,使之形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)均勻焊(han)縫(feng);一(yi)半用(yong)(yong)(yong)來打開(kai)熔孔(kong),保證背面焊(han)縫(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)。垂直固(gu)定(ding)(ding)管(guan)打底焊(han)時(shi),受重力作用(yong)(yong)(yong),液態金(jin)屬極易下墜(zhui),因此在操作時(shi)送絲要(yao)節奏均勻,焊(han)槍(qiang)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)上(shang)、下斜(xie)拉鋸齒形(xing)(xing)擺動(dong)方法(fa),盡量(liang)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)短弧(hu)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)。


②. 焊(han)條電(dian)弧(hu)焊(han)填充及蓋面(mian)焊(han)


  a. 水平固定焊


   水平固定管填(tian)充(chong)及蓋面焊(han)(han)均(jun)采用(yong)焊(han)(han)條(tiao)電弧焊(han)(han),通常是將打底焊(han)(han)前半(ban)部分(fen)作為填(tian)充(chong)焊(han)(han)的后(hou)半(ban)部分(fen),目的是將上下接(jie)頭錯開,填(tian)充(chong)層運條(tiao)采用(yong)鋸齒形(xing)擺動,在焊(han)(han)接(jie)過程中,從下向上焊(han)(han)接(jie)位置(zhi)不得(de)變化(hua),焊(han)(han)條(tiao)角(jiao)度也(ye)應隨之發生變化(hua),如圖4-49所示。

  蓋面層采用(yong)月(yue)牙形運(yun)條焊接,在坡(po)口(kou)兩(liang)側邊緣要(yao)注意停頓。焊條擺(bai)動要(yao)平穩(wen),以使焊后波紋均(jun)勻美觀(guan)。引弧點要(yao)在焊接前(qian)方10~15mm處(chu),電弧引燃后,要(yao)拉回熔池中心處(chu),待(dai)弧坑(keng)填滿后,方能繼續向前(qian)擺(bai)動焊接。水(shui)平固定管焊道布置如(ru)圖4-50所示。


  b. 垂直固定焊


   垂直(zhi)固定(ding)管焊(han)(han)(han)接時(shi)(shi),必(bi)須保證焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)上(shang)下(xia)兩端熔(rong)合良好,不(bu)得(de)出現(xian)未熔(rong)合和夾(jia)(jia)渣等缺陷。填充焊(han)(han)(han)道采用多道焊(han)(han)(han),焊(han)(han)(han)道分布如圖4-51所示(shi)。焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)角(jiao)(jiao)度(du)如圖4-52和圖4-53所示(shi)。第一(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)與焊(han)(han)(han)接方向的夾(jia)(jia)角(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)75°~85°,與坡口下(xia)端夾(jia)(jia)角(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)50°~60°,運條(tiao)(tiao)方法(fa)為(wei)斜圓圈(quan)形。焊(han)(han)(han)接過程中(zhong)注意電弧中(zhong)心(xin)對準上(shang)一(yi)層焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的下(xia)邊(bian)(bian)緣(yuan),向前運條(tiao)(tiao)時(shi)(shi)不(bu)要(yao)將(jiang)坡口棱邊(bian)(bian)破(po)壞,以防蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi)(shi)影(ying)響(xiang)視(shi)線。下(xia)一(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)對準上(shang)一(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的上(shang)邊(bian)(bian)緣(yuan),但焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)角(jiao)(jiao)度(du)向下(xia)適當調整(zheng)。運條(tiao)(tiao)時(shi)(shi)注意電弧覆蓋焊(han)(han)(han)道情況,下(xia)側要(yao)稍大于上(shang)一(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)中(zhong)心(xin),上(shang)側要(yao)緊貼坡口邊(bian)(bian)緣(yuan)棱角(jiao)(jiao)處(chu)。

  蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)時第一(yi)道采(cai)用(yong)(yong)直線(xian)形(xing)(xing)運條(tiao),短弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接中注(zhu)意坡(po)口下(xia)邊緣熔(rong)化情況(kuang),一(yi)般熔(rong)池(chi)要(yao)(yao)熔(rong)化坡(po)口邊緣0.5~1mm.下(xia)一(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接采(cai)用(yong)(yong)斜圓(yuan)圈形(xing)(xing)運條(tiao)方(fang)法,要(yao)(yao)壓住上一(yi)道焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫近2/3.焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)擺(bai)動幅度要(yao)(yao)視所剩焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫寬度選擇(ze)。寬度大(da)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)斜鋸齒擺(bai)動,寬度小則采(cai)用(yong)(yong)直線(xian)運條(tiao)方(fang)法。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接中要(yao)(yao)適當減小焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接電流,并縮(suo)短弧(hu)長,使熔(rong)化的液態金屬和熔(rong)渣均勻覆蓋在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫表面上,得到整齊美觀(guan)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫成形(xing)(xing)。


4. 焊后熱處理


  焊(han)后(hou)在焊(han)縫(feng)冷(leng)至(zhi)100~120℃后(hou)進行焊(han)后(hou)熱處(chu)理。焊(han)后(hou)熱處(chu)理的(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)速度(du)(du)控(kong)(kong)制在150℃以(yi)下,恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)溫(wen)度(du)(du)為750℃±10℃,恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)時間按壁厚每25mm保溫(wen)1h計算,但不(bu)得少于3h,降至(zhi)300℃以(yi)下,可(ke)以(yi)不(bu)作(zuo)控(kong)(kong)制。
