1. P91鋼的化學(xue)成分
P91鋼(gang)為(wei)馬氏體耐熱鋼(gang),其化學成分見表4-18.

2. 焊前準備
對口裝配應支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)牢固(gu)(gu),防止在焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)中發生(sheng)管道位移和變(bian)形。嚴禁在管道母(mu)材(cai)上焊(han)(han)接其他支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)物。支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)物應遠離加(jia)熱器300~500mm.對口間隙4~5mm,鈍邊≤2mm.點(dian)固(gu)(gu)時采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)同種材(cai)料點(dian)固(gu)(gu)塊,長度為(wei)10~20mm,用(yong)(yong)(yong)電焊(han)(han)點(dian)固(gu)(gu)到P91管坡口內,待打底層完成后再用(yong)(yong)(yong)角磨機(ji)磨掉。
試件(jian)組(zu)對前用半圓銼將毛刺(ci)打磨掉,然后銼出所需鈍邊。清除(chu)試件(jian)坡口周(zhou)圍20mm范圍內(nei)鐵銹、油污(wu)等。
采用有效的充氬氣保護措施,在(zai)P91大管(guan)600mm長度(du)范圍內,焊(han)縫間隙用錫箔紙(zhi)封(feng)死,管(guan)端用草(cao)紙(zhi)板(ban)(ban)密閉封(feng)堵成一(yi)個氣池(chi),在(zai)300℃時草(cao)紙(zhi)板(ban)(ban)焦煳,760℃高溫回火(huo)后,草(cao)紙(zhi)板(ban)(ban)變(bian)為(wei)灰燼,不會造成危害(hai)。
3. 焊接(jie)
焊接(jie)(jie)方(fang)法采用(yong)手工TIG焊打底和焊條電弧焊填充(chong)蓋面。對(dui)于水平固(gu)定管(guan)始(shi)(shi)焊位置在時(shi)鐘6點位置,焊接(jie)(jie)方(fang)向(xiang)由底向(xiang)上分兩(liang)半圈進行焊接(jie)(jie),可先從逆(ni)時(shi)針方(fang)向(xiang)開始(shi)(shi)。對(dui)于垂直(zhi)固(gu)定管(guan)起焊位置不作要求(qiu)。焊接(jie)(jie)工藝(yi)參數見表4-19.

①. 氬弧焊打底焊
a. 水平固定焊
水平固定氬弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)在(zai)底(di)部引弧(hu)(hu)后,在(zai)坡口根(gen)部間隙兩(liang)側(ce)用(yong)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍劃(hua)圈(quan)預熱,待坡口兩(liang)側(ce)鈍邊(bian)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)形成熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong)后,由(you)管內側(ce)緊貼熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong)送進(jin)(jin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲,填絲方法(fa)如(ru)圖4-46和圖4-47所(suo)示。在(zai)鈍邊(bian)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)邊(bian)緣兩(liang)側(ce)各送進(jin)(jin)一(yi)滴(di)液態金屬,通過(guo)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍橫向(xiang)擺(bai)動(dong),使之形成搭橋連接(jie)。在(zai)打(da)底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應根(gen)據焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)的不同變換(huan)填絲方式。在(zai)仰焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及(ji)(ji)仰爬坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)采用(yong)內填絲法(fa),在(zai)立焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)、立爬坡焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)及(ji)(ji)平焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)時(shi)采用(yong)外填絲法(fa);焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與管外壁焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方向(xiang)成10°~15°夾角。打(da)底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時(shi)注意(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍及(ji)(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲擺(bai)動(dong)方法(fa),一(yi)般以鋸齒或月牙擺(bai)動(dong)為宜(圖4-48).電弧(hu)(hu)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)坡口每側(ce)0.5~1mm,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲送進(jin)(jin)要緊貼熔(rong)(rong)池,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲端部跟電弧(hu)(hu)行走方向(xiang)做小幅度橫向(xiang)擺(bai)動(dong),擺(bai)動(dong)中(zhong)注意(yi)不得(de)使焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與鎢(wu)極端部接(jie)觸。
封口焊時(shi),當電弧運至距(ju)管子(zi)頂(ding)部3~4mm處,停止送絲(si),先(xian)在封口處周圍劃圈預熱,使之呈紅熱狀態,然后(hou)將(jiang)電弧拉(la)回(hui)原熔池(chi)填(tian)絲(si)焊接。封口后(hou)停止送絲(si)繼續(xu)向前施焊5~10mm停弧。停弧后(hou)不要(yao)立即移(yi)開焊槍,要(yao)待熔池(chi)凝固后(hou)再移(yi)開。
后半部焊接按順時針方向(xiang)焊接,焊接方法與前半圈相同。打底焊縫厚度一般以(yi)2~2.5mm為宜。
b. 垂直固定焊
垂(chui)直固定氬弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)在坡(po)口(kou)內(nei)(nei)側(ce)(ce)空間(jian)引弧(hu),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)方向夾角為(wei)70°~80°,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與管壁內(nei)(nei)側(ce)(ce)周向夾角為(wei)10°~15°,將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)在坡(po)口(kou)根部做上(shang)、下(xia)劃圈(quan)預(yu)熱(re)。當鈍邊熔(rong)化(hua)形成(cheng)(cheng)熔(rong)孔(kong)后(hou),即在坡(po)口(kou)根部上(shang)、下(xia)側(ce)(ce)各送(song)一滴(di)液態金(jin)屬,擺動焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)形成(cheng)(cheng)搭(da)橋連接(jie)(jie)(jie),然(ran)后(hou)開(kai)始正(zheng)常(chang)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。填充時(shi)(shi)應(ying)注意焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲端部從上(shang)側(ce)(ce)坡(po)口(kou)斜拉下(xia)側(ce)(ce)坡(po)口(kou)根部,保證(zheng)電弧(hu)一半用來熔(rong)化(hua)金(jin)屬,使之形成(cheng)(cheng)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng);一半用來打開(kai)熔(rong)孔(kong),保證(zheng)背面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)成(cheng)(cheng)形。垂(chui)直固定管打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時(shi)(shi),受重(zhong)力作用,液態金(jin)屬極易(yi)下(xia)墜,因此在操作時(shi)(shi)送(song)絲要節奏(zou)均(jun)勻(yun)(yun),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)采用上(shang)、下(xia)斜拉鋸齒形擺動方法,盡(jin)量采用短(duan)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。
②. 焊條電(dian)弧焊填充及蓋面焊
a. 水平固定焊
水平固定管(guan)填充(chong)(chong)(chong)及蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)均采(cai)用焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)電(dian)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),通(tong)常是(shi)將(jiang)打(da)底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)前半部分作為填充(chong)(chong)(chong)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)的后半部分,目(mu)的是(shi)將(jiang)上下接(jie)頭錯開,填充(chong)(chong)(chong)層運條(tiao)采(cai)用鋸齒(chi)形(xing)擺動(dong),在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過程(cheng)中,從下向上焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)位置不得變化,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)角度也應隨之發生變化,如圖4-49所(suo)示。

蓋面層采用月牙形(xing)運(yun)條焊接,在坡(po)口兩(liang)側邊(bian)緣(yuan)要注意停頓(dun)。焊條擺動(dong)要平穩(wen),以使焊后(hou)波(bo)紋均(jun)勻美觀。引弧(hu)(hu)點要在焊接前(qian)方10~15mm處(chu),電弧(hu)(hu)引燃(ran)后(hou),要拉回熔池中心處(chu),待弧(hu)(hu)坑(keng)填滿后(hou),方能繼續向前(qian)擺動(dong)焊接。水平固定管焊道(dao)布置如圖(tu)4-50所示。
b. 垂直固定焊
垂直固定管焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時,必須保證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)上下兩端(duan)熔合良好,不得出現(xian)未熔合和夾渣等缺陷。填充(chong)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)(dao)采用(yong)多道(dao)(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)(dao)分(fen)布如圖4-51所(suo)示(shi)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)角度如圖4-52和圖4-53所(suo)示(shi)。第一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)方(fang)向的(de)夾角為75°~85°,與坡口(kou)下端(duan)夾角為50°~60°,運條(tiao)方(fang)法為斜(xie)圓圈(quan)形。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)中注意電(dian)弧(hu)中心對準(zhun)上一(yi)層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)下邊(bian)緣,向前運條(tiao)時不要(yao)將坡口(kou)棱邊(bian)破壞,以(yi)防蓋(gai)面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時影響視線。下一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)對準(zhun)上一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)上邊(bian)緣,但(dan)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)角度向下適當調整。運條(tiao)時注意電(dian)弧(hu)覆蓋(gai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)(dao)(dao)情況,下側(ce)要(yao)稍大于上一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)中心,上側(ce)要(yao)緊貼坡口(kou)邊(bian)緣棱角處(chu)。

蓋面(mian)焊時第(di)一道采用直線(xian)形(xing)運(yun)條,短(duan)(duan)弧(hu)焊接(jie)。焊接(jie)中(zhong)注意坡(po)口下(xia)邊緣(yuan)熔化情(qing)況,一般(ban)熔池要熔化坡(po)口邊緣(yuan)0.5~1mm.下(xia)一道焊接(jie)采用斜(xie)圓圈形(xing)運(yun)條方法(fa),要壓住(zhu)上(shang)一道焊縫近2/3.焊條擺動(dong)幅(fu)度(du)(du)要視所剩(sheng)焊縫寬度(du)(du)選擇。寬度(du)(du)大采用斜(xie)鋸齒擺動(dong),寬度(du)(du)小則采用直線(xian)運(yun)條方法(fa)。焊接(jie)中(zhong)要適當減小焊接(jie)電流,并縮短(duan)(duan)弧(hu)長(chang),使熔化的液態(tai)金(jin)屬和(he)熔渣均勻覆蓋在焊縫表(biao)面(mian)上(shang),得到整齊美觀的焊縫成形(xing)。
4. 焊后熱處理(li)
焊(han)(han)后在(zai)焊(han)(han)縫冷至(zhi)100~120℃后進行焊(han)(han)后熱(re)處理。焊(han)(han)后熱(re)處理的(de)升(sheng)溫速度控制在(zai)150℃以下(xia),恒溫溫度為(wei)750℃±10℃,恒溫時(shi)間按壁厚每25mm保溫1h計算,但不(bu)(bu)得(de)少于3h,降至(zhi)300℃以下(xia),可以不(bu)(bu)作控制。
