銅(tong)(tong)(tong)合金具有較高的強(qiang)度(du)和塑性(xing),具有高的彈性(xing)極限(xian)和疲勞極限(xian),同時還具有較好(hao)的耐蝕性(xing)、抗(kang)堿(jian)性(xing)及優良的減摩性(xing)和耐磨性(xing)。銅(tong)(tong)(tong)又分純銅(tong)(tong)(tong)(俗稱紫銅(tong)(tong)(tong))、黃(huang)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)和青銅(tong)(tong)(tong)等。
1. 純銅(tong)
純銅(tong)面呈紫紅色(se),有良好的(de)導(dao)電性、導(dao)熱性和耐大(da)氣腐蝕(shi)性,熔(rong)點為1083℃。在管道(dao)(dao)工程中(zhong)常(chang)(chang)用(yong)純銅(tong)制(zhi)成鋼(gang)管和法蘭(lan)墊(dian)(dian)片。因純銅(tong)硬度(du)(du)(du)較低,退火后變得(de)更(geng)柔軟(ruan),故常(chang)(chang)用(yong)作高壓管道(dao)(dao)中(zhong)的(de)法蘭(lan)墊(dian)(dian)片。純銅(tong)管的(de)低溫(wen)(wen)性能比鋼(gang)材好,故純銅(tong)管常(chang)(chang)用(yong)于空(kong)分(fen)設(she)備(bei)管道(dao)(dao)、冷(leng)凍管道(dao)(dao)和儀表管道(dao)(dao)。純銅(tong)的(de)高溫(wen)(wen)性能差,在120℃以下,容許抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)(du)(du)為29.43MPa。溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)若(ruo)再升高,其機械強度(du)(du)(du)則急劇下降,當(dang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)上升至(zhi)250℃時(shi),其容許抗(kang)(kang)拉強度(du)(du)(du)只相當(dang)于常(chang)(chang)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)的(de)2/3,已(yi)不宜在壓力下使用(yong)。常(chang)(chang)用(yong)的(de)純銅(tong)牌號為T2、T3、T4,雜(za)質含量T2最少,T4最多。
2. 黃銅(H)(brass)(H)
黃(huang)銅是銅和鋅的(de)(de)合金(jin),其(qi)機械(xie)強(qiang)度(du)高(gao),有較好(hao)的(de)(de)耐腐蝕(shi)性和澆鑄性,可(ke)(ke)用來制作(zuo)管子(zi)、管件(jian)和閥門等。化工上常用的(de)(de)有H80、H68、H62(“H”是黃(huang)銅代號,后邊的(de)(de)數字表示合金(jin)中銅的(de)(de)平均含量(liang))。H80比H68塑性好(hao)。作(zuo)強(qiang)度(du)計算時,在120℃以下(xia),黃(huang)銅容許抗拉強(qiang)度(du)為29.43MPa。隨著溫(wen)度(du)升高(gao),其(qi)強(qiang)度(du)則急劇下(xia)降,當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)沒超(chao)過(guo)225℃時,黃(huang)銅閥件(jian)可(ke)(ke)用在壓(ya)力不超(chao)過(guo)1.6MPa的(de)(de)管道中。
3. 青(qing)銅(bronze)(Q)
青(qing)銅(tong)是銅(tong)和(he)錫(xi)(xi)的合金,又稱錫(xi)(xi)青(qing)銅(tong)。由于(yu)錫(xi)(xi)的價格較高,故制(zhi)造青(qing)銅(tong)也常用其(qi)他元素代替,因而又有(you)無錫(xi)(xi)青(qing)銅(tong),如鋁(lv)青(qing)銅(tong)、鉛(qian)青(qing)銅(tong)、硅青(qing)銅(tong)等。青(qing)銅(tong)通常由澆鑄而成,其(qi)強度、硬度及耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)性都(dou)比黃銅(tong)好。青(qing)銅(tong)常用于(yu)制(zhi)造蝸輪、齒(chi)輪、輪,以及管(guan)道工程中的閥件和(he)管(guan)件等。
例如,制冷系(xi)統(tong)空調器(qi)用(yong)銅配管(guan)的材(cai)(cai)料為(wei)磷脫氧無(wu)縫拉制銅管(guan),牌號為(wei)TP2(GB/T 5231),供(gong)應狀態有M(軟)、Y(硬),材(cai)(cai)料標(biao)記方法分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)TP2M,TP2Y。對應日本牌號分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)C1220T-OL,C1220-H。要求使用(yong)內表面無(wu)氧化的光亮管(guan)。其(qi)直徑、壁厚可參照GB/T 1804。其(qi)化學(xue)成分分析(xi)方法按(an)(an)GB/T 5121進行,性能可按(an)(an)GB/T 228、GB/T 242、GB/T 246。
