2022年3月(yue)31日,由哈(ha)(ha)電(dian)鍋爐生產(chan)制造的全球首套高(gao)效超(chao)臨界燃用(yong)低熱值(zhi)煤(mei)氣(qi)發電(dian)鍋爐在廣(guang)西(xi)盛(sheng)隆冶金有限公司(si)成(cheng)功投產(chan)運行。這是繼2019年1月(yue)1日全球首套超(chao)高(gao)溫亞臨界煤(mei)氣(qi)鍋爐于遷安線(xian)材有限公司(si)投運以來(lai),哈(ha)(ha)電(dian)鍋爐再一(yi)次斬獲“全球首套”,“哈(ha)(ha)鍋造”再一(yi)次率先(xian)完成(cheng)突破,引領(ling)技術潮流閃耀煤(mei)氣(qi)發電(dian)行業。


  所謂“燃(ran)用(yong)(yong)低(di)(di)(di)熱值煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)”,就是將鋼鐵(tie)冶煉企業高(gao)爐煉鐵(tie)的副產(chan)品——高(gao)爐煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(高(gao)爐煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)熱值低(di)(di)(di),一(yi)般為3000-3500千焦/標(biao)立方米(mi),且(qie)產(chan)出波動(dong)大、不易著火、燃(ran)燒不穩定(ding))送(song)入鍋爐中燃(ran)燒,并將工質加(jia)熱到(dao)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)狀態送(song)入汽(qi)輪機,推動(dong)汽(qi)輪機葉片驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)機發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)。廣西盛隆2×145MW超臨(lin)界燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機組是擁有目前(qian)世界設計(ji)(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)、設計(ji)(ji)(ji)溫(wen)度(du)(du)、設計(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)率三(san)項“最高(gao)”的煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機組,主蒸汽(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)為25.4兆帕,蒸汽(qi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)為605/603攝氏(shi)度(du)(du),機組效(xiao)(xiao)率可(ke)達43.5%。該機組配套鍋爐設備為哈電(dian)(dian)鍋爐自主研制的高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)超臨(lin)界燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)鍋爐,發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)耗約(yue)2.5標(biao)立方米(mi)/千瓦(wa)時(相(xiang)(xiang)比(bi)超高(gao)溫(wen)亞臨(lin)界機組可(ke)降低(di)(di)(di)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)耗約(yue)0.25標(biao)立方米(mi)/千瓦(wa)時),NOx(氮氧(yang)化物)在(zai)未經脫硝設備處(chu)理情(qing)況下即可(ke)滿足環保(bao)指標(biao)要(yao)求。鍋爐設計(ji)(ji)(ji)參數和(he)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)指標(biao)代表(biao)了當前(qian)國際上燃(ran)用(yong)(yong)鋼企低(di)(di)(di)熱值煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)的最高(gao)水平(ping),實現了鋼企富(fu)余煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的進一(yi)步高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)清潔利用(yong)(yong)。

  據悉,此前哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)溫亞(ya)臨界燃(ran)用低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤(mei)氣(qi)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)共(gong)投運(yun)28臺,市場占比近50%。2020年(nian)12月,哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)自主開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)“燃(ran)用低(di)熱(re)(re)值氣(qi)體(ti)燃(ran)料(liao)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)溫亞(ya)臨界鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)及產業化”項目順利(li)通過黑(hei)龍江(jiang)省(sheng)機械工(gong)程學會(hui)科技(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)果鑒定(ding),由中國工(gong)程院(yuan)院(yuan)士(shi)領銜的(de)(de)(de)七位業內(nei)知(zhi)名專家組成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)鑒定(ding)委員會(hui)一致認為(wei)“低(di)熱(re)(re)值氣(qi)體(ti)燃(ran)料(liao)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)溫亞(ya)臨界鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)具有高(gao)效(xiao)率、超(chao)(chao)低(di)排放等優勢,技(ji)術創新顯(xian)著,具有自主知(zhi)識(shi)產權,達(da)到國際(ji)領先水平(ping)”。此次(ci),由哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)研制的(de)(de)(de)全球首臺高(gao)效(xiao)超(chao)(chao)臨界燃(ran)用低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤(mei)氣(qi)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)功投運(yun),更彰顯(xian)了哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)在低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤(mei)氣(qi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)領域的(de)(de)(de)深厚技(ji)術底(di)蘊和絕對技(ji)術優勢,標(biao)志(zhi)著“哈鍋(guo)(guo)牌”已成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)低(di)熱(re)(re)值煤(mei)氣(qi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐(lu)技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)國際(ji)領跑者(zhe)。
