日(ri)前,由哈電鍋爐參與建(jian)設的世界參數最(zui)高、容量最(zui)大(da)的5MWe超(chao)臨界CO2循環發電試(shi)驗機組,在華能(neng)西安熱工院順利(li)完成72小時試(shi)運行,正式投(tou)運。該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)的順利(li)投(tou)運得到(dao)了中央廣(guang)播(bo)電視總臺(tai)新聞頻道早(zao)間新聞節目(mu)《朝聞天下(xia)》的關注與報道。
超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)(lin)(lin)界(jie)(jie)CO2發電(dian)(dian)(dian)是新型高效的(de)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術,具備多重先(xian)進性(xing)。同時,超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)(lin)(lin)界(jie)(jie)CO2發電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)結構(gou)簡單(dan)緊湊、靈活性(xing)更強,可實現熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)完(wan)全解耦(實現熱(re)(re)能和電(dian)(dian)(dian)能相對獨(du)立的(de)調(diao)(diao)度與分配(pei),尤其(qi)是在冬季(ji)供暖期,可有效降低(di)棄(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)率,大(da)幅提(ti)升(sheng)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組的(de)調(diao)(diao)峰(feng)性(xing)能),能夠為(wei)太(tai)陽能、風能等間歇性(xing)不穩定可再生(sheng)能源深(shen)度調(diao)(diao)峰(feng)提(ti)供有力支撐,符合(he)未來能源體(ti)系建設(she)的(de)重大(da)需求(qiu)。與傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)蒸汽(qi)朗肯循環(huan)相比,哈電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)參建的(de)5MWe超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)(lin)(lin)界(jie)(jie)CO2循環(huan)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)機組采用(yong)了布(bu)雷頓循環(huan),在相同參數下,發電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率可提(ti)高3%-5%。作為(wei)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)平臺配(pei)套的(de)核心(xin)設(she)備之一,由(you)哈電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)自(zi)主(zhu)研發制造的(de)超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)(lin)(lin)界(jie)(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)輸(shu)入熱(re)(re)功率接近20MW,受熱(re)(re)面內以超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)(lin)(lin)界(jie)(jie)態CO2為(wei)工質,與傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)以H2O作為(wei)工質的(de)鍋(guo)爐(lu)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)特(te)性(xing)相比,在參數上(shang)具有大(da)流量(liang)、小焓升(sheng)等特(te)征。超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)(lin)(lin)界(jie)(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)采用(yong)了更方便(bian)進行(xing)(xing)現場試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)測試(shi)(shi)的(de)L型布(bu)置、一次中間再熱(re)(re)、頂置低(di)NOX燃(ran)燒器的(de)總體(ti)布(bu)置結構(gou),深(shen)度契合(he)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)平臺主(zhu)要進行(xing)(xing)循環(huan)和設(she)備測試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)的(de)建設(she)目標(biao)。
以華(hua)能西安熱工(gong)(gong)院(yuan)5MWe超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2循環發電(dian)(dian)試驗機組項目為依托,哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)完全自主開發了燃氣超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu),涵蓋爐(lu)膛(tang)選型、爐(lu)內燃燒與工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)傳熱耦合計算方法及工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)循環動力(li)計算等核心技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),在超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)研(yan)發方面(mian)達到(dao)世界領先水平(ping),多項設計技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)和制造工(gong)(gong)藝均(jun)為國內首(shou)次采用(yong)。以此為契機,哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)成(cheng)功牽頭申報國家重(zhong)點研(yan)發計劃項目《超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)評價技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)體(ti)系(xi)研(yan)究與示范應用(yong)》1項,獲(huo)得黑龍江省優秀青年(nian)基金資助(zhu)項目1項,簽訂神華(hua)國華(hua)電(dian)(dian)力(li)研(yan)究院(yuan)《超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2循環燃煤鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)關(guan)鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究與初步(bu)設計》合同1項。哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)內部初步(bu)形成(cheng)了以材料檢驗、設計制造、質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)控制、運行監測(ce)為重(zhong)點的(de)超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)研(yan)發體(ti)系(xi),實現(xian)了國內首(shou)臺超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)從設計、制造到(dao)應用(yong)全流(liu)程覆蓋,填(tian)補了國內超(chao)(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)爐(lu)設計制造領域的(de)空白(bai)。
目前,哈電鍋(guo)爐正以(yi)更大容量超臨界(jie)CO2發(fa)電鍋(guo)爐技術研發(fa)為(wei)突破口,逐步(bu)將超臨界(jie)CO2發(fa)電設備大型化和(he)商業化,提(ti)升我(wo)國火力(li)發(fa)電廠效率和(he)深度調峰能(neng)力(li),助(zhu)力(li)中國能(neng)源結構轉型升級,為(wei)實現“碳達峰、碳中和(he)”目標貢獻哈鍋(guo)智(zhi)慧和(he)力(li)量。
