①. 可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液(ye)化烴(jing)和可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)除規定(ding)需要采用(yong)法蘭連(lian)接(jie)外,均應采用(yong)焊接(jie)連(lian)接(jie)。公稱直徑等(deng)(deng)于或(huo)小(xiao)于25mm的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液(ye)化烴(jing)和可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)和閥門采用(yong)錐管(guan)螺紋連(lian)接(jie)時,除能產生縫隙腐(fu)蝕的(de)(de)(de)介質管(guan)道(dao)(dao)外,應在螺紋處(chu)采用(yong)密封(feng)焊。規定(ding)采用(yong)法蘭連(lian)接(jie)的(de)(de)(de)地方為(wei):與設備管(guan)口(kou)法蘭的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)、與法蘭閥門的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)等(deng)(deng);高黏度、易(yi)黏結(jie)的(de)(de)(de)聚合淤漿(jiang)液(ye)和懸(xuan)浮液(ye)等(deng)(deng)易(yi)堵塞的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)道(dao)(dao);凝固(gu)點高的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)狀石蠟、瀝青、硫黃等(deng)(deng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao);停工檢修需拆卸的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)等(deng)(deng)。需要經常清掃(sao)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)配主管(guan),管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)一端不能封(feng)閉,應做成能拆卸的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),見(jian)圖2.231。
管(guan)道(dao)采(cai)用焊(han)接(jie)(jie)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),不論從強度上、密封性(xing)能上都是好的。但是,等于或小(xiao)于DN25的管(guan)道(dao),其(qi)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)強度不佳且易(yi)將焊(han)渣(zha)落入(ru)管(guan)內引起管(guan)道(dao)堵(du)塞,因此多(duo)采(cai)用承插(cha)焊(han)管(guan)件(jian)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),也可采(cai)用錐管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。當采(cai)用錐管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)時,有強腐蝕(shi)性(xing)介質,尤其(qi)是含HF等易(yi)產(chan)生縫隙腐蝕(shi)的介質,不得(de)在螺(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處施(shi)以密封焊(han),否(fou)則一旦泄漏,后果嚴(yan)重。
②. 可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)氣體、液化(hua)烴和(he)可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)液體的管道(dao)不得穿過與其無關的建筑物。可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)氣體、液化(hua)烴和(he)可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)液體的采樣管道(dao)不應引入(ru)化(hua)驗室。
③. 可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液(ye)化烴和可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)的管(guan)道應(ying)(ying)架空或(huo)沿地敷設(she)。日常檢查、檢修各(ge)方(fang)(fang)面都(dou)比較(jiao)方(fang)(fang)便(bian),而管(guan)溝(gou)和埋地敷設(she)恰好相反,破損不易被及(ji)時發(fa)現(xian)。必須(xu)采用管(guan)溝(gou)敷設(she)時,應(ying)(ying)采取防止(zhi)可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液(ye)化烴和可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)在管(guan)溝(gou)內積聚(ju)的措(cuo)施(shi),并在進(jin)、出(chu)(chu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)及(ji)廠房處密封隔斷(duan);管(guan)溝(gou)內的污水(shui)應(ying)(ying)經水(shui)封井排人生產污水(shui)管(guan)道。管(guan)溝(gou)在進(jin)出(chu)(chu)廠房及(ji)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)處應(ying)(ying)妥善隔斷(duan),是為了阻止(zhi)火災(zai)蔓延和可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)或(huo)可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)流竄。
④. 工藝和(he)公(gong)用工程管(guan)(guan)道(dao)共架(jia)多層(ceng)(ceng)敷設時,宜(yi)將介質(zhi)操(cao)作溫(wen)度(du)(du)等于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)250℃的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)布置(zhi)在(zai)上層(ceng)(ceng),液(ye)(ye)(ye)化烴及腐蝕性介質(zhi)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)布置(zhi)在(zai)下層(ceng)(ceng);必(bi)須布置(zhi)在(zai)下層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)介質(zhi)操(cao)作溫(wen)度(du)(du)等于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)250℃的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)可布置(zhi)在(zai)外側,但(dan)不(bu)應(ying)與液(ye)(ye)(ye)化烴管(guan)(guan)道(dao)相鄰(lin)。大(da)多數塔底泵的(de)(de)(de)介質(zhi)操(cao)作溫(wen)度(du)(du)等于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)250℃,當塔底泵布置(zhi)在(zai)管(guan)(guan)廊(橋)下時,為盡可能(neng)降(jiang)低塔的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)面高(gao)度(du)(du),并能(neng)滿(man)足泵的(de)(de)(de)有效汽蝕余量的(de)(de)(de)要求。
⑤. 氧氣管道(dao)與(yu)可燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液化(hua)烴和(he)可燃(ran)液體(ti)的管道(dao)共架敷(fu)設(she)時應布置(zhi)在一側,且(qie)平行布置(zhi)時凈(jing)距(ju)不應小(xiao)于500mm,交叉布置(zhi)時凈(jing)距(ju)不應小(xiao)于250mm。氧氣管道(dao)與(yu)可燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液化(hua)烴和(he)可燃(ran)液體(ti)管道(dao)之間宜用公用工(gong)程管道(dao)隔開。
氧氣(qi)管道與可燃(ran)介質管道共架(jia)敷設(she)時,兩管道平行(xing)布(bu)置的(de)凈(jing)距(ju)為不小(xiao)于500mm。但當管道采(cai)用(yong)焊接連接結(jie)構并無閥門時,其(qi)平行(xing)布(bu)置的(de)凈(jing)距(ju)可取上述(shu)凈(jing)距(ju)的(de)50%,即250mm。
⑥. 公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)藝裝置中(zhong)是經常與(yu)可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)(ti)、液(ye)(ye)化(hua)烴、可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)的(de)設(she)(she)(she)備和(he)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)相連接的(de)。當公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)壓力因(yin)故降低時,大量可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)可(ke)能倒流(liu)入公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)內,容易引發事故。如大量可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)倒流(liu)入蒸汽管(guan)道(dao)(dao)內,當用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)蒸汽滅火(huo)時起了“火(huo)上添油的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)”。因(yin)此,公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)與(yu)可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)(ti)、液(ye)(ye)化(hua)烴和(he)可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)的(de)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)或設(she)(she)(she)備連接時應符合下(xia)列規定:連續使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)上應設(she)(she)(she)止(zhi)回閥(fa)(fa),并在(zai)其根(gen)部設(she)(she)(she)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa);在(zai)間歇使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)上應設(she)(she)(she)止(zhi)回閥(fa)(fa)和(he)一道(dao)(dao)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa)或設(she)(she)(she)兩(liang)道(dao)(dao)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa),并在(zai)兩(liang)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa)間設(she)(she)(she)檢(jian)查閥(fa)(fa);僅(jin)在(zai)設(she)(she)(she)備停用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)時使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)公用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)應設(she)(she)(she)盲板(ban)或斷(duan)開(kai)。
止(zhi)回閥是(shi)重要(yao)的安全(quan)設(she)施,但只能防(fang)止(zhi)大量氣體(ti)、液體(ti)倒(dao)流,不能阻止(zhi)少量泄漏。
⑦. 連(lian)續操作(zuo)(zuo)的可燃氣(qi)體(ti)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)的低點應設(she)兩道(dao)(dao)(dao)排(pai)液閥(fa),排(pai)出的液體(ti)應排(pai)放至密閉系統;僅(jin)在開(kai)停工(gong)時使用的排(pai)液閥(fa),可設(she)一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)門并加絲堵、管帽、盲(mang)板(ban)或(huo)法蘭蓋(gai)。連(lian)續操作(zuo)(zuo)的可燃氣(qi)體(ti)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)的低點設(she)兩道(dao)(dao)(dao)排(pai)液閥(fa),第(di)一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(靠近(jin)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)側)閥(fa)門為常(chang)開(kai)閥(fa),第(di)二道(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)門為經常(chang)操作(zuo)(zuo)閥(fa)。當發現第(di)二道(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)門泄漏(lou)時,關閉第(di)一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)門,更(geng)換第(di)二道(dao)(dao)(dao)閥(fa)門。
⑧. 甲、乙A類設(she)備和(he)管道(dao)應有惰(duo)性(xing)氣體置(zhi)換(huan)設(she)施。甲、乙A類設(she)備和(he)管道(dao)停(ting)工時(shi)應用惰(duo)性(xing)氣體置(zhi)換(huan),以防檢修(xiu)動火時(shi)發生火災爆(bao)炸事故。
⑨. 當可(ke)燃液體(ti)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)內可(ke)能(neng)存(cun)在(zai)空(kong)氣時(shi),其入(ru)(ru)口管應從(cong)(cong)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)下(xia)(xia)部(bu)接(jie)入(ru)(ru);若(ruo)必須從(cong)(cong)上(shang)部(bu)接(jie)入(ru)(ru),應延伸至(zhi)距容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)底200mm處。從(cong)(cong)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)上(shang)部(bu)向下(xia)(xia)噴射輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)內時(shi),液體(ti)可(ke)能(neng)形成(cheng)很(hen)(hen)高的靜電(dian)壓,經(jing)測定,汽油和(he)航空(kong)煤油噴射輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)形成(cheng)的靜電(dian)壓高達數(shu)千伏,甚(shen)至(zhi)在(zai)萬(wan)伏以上(shang),這(zhe)是很(hen)(hen)危險的。容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)的任何接(jie)地都不能(neng)迅速消除這(zhe)種液體(ti)內部(bu)的電(dian)荷。
⑩. 液化烴設備抽出管道應在靠近設備根部設置切斷閥。容積超過50m3的液化烴設備與其抽出泵的間距小于15m時,該切斷閥應為帶手動功能的遙控閥,遙控閥就地操作按鈕距抽出泵的間距不應小于15m。當與罐直接相連接的下游設備發生火災時,能及時切斷物料。
