①. 可燃(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)、液(ye)化烴和(he)(he)可燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)金屬管道(dao)除規定需要采(cai)(cai)用(yong)法蘭(lan)連接外,均應采(cai)(cai)用(yong)焊接連接。公稱直徑等(deng)(deng)于或小于25mm的(de)(de)(de)可燃(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)、液(ye)化烴和(he)(he)可燃(ran)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)金屬管道(dao)和(he)(he)閥門(men)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)錐(zhui)管螺(luo)紋(wen)連接時,除能(neng)產生縫隙腐蝕的(de)(de)(de)介質管道(dao)外,應在螺(luo)紋(wen)處采(cai)(cai)用(yong)密封(feng)焊。規定采(cai)(cai)用(yong)法蘭(lan)連接的(de)(de)(de)地方為:與(yu)設備(bei)管口(kou)法蘭(lan)的(de)(de)(de)連接、與(yu)法蘭(lan)閥門(men)的(de)(de)(de)連接等(deng)(deng);高黏(nian)度、易(yi)黏(nian)結的(de)(de)(de)聚合(he)淤(yu)漿液(ye)和(he)(he)懸浮(fu)液(ye)等(deng)(deng)易(yi)堵塞的(de)(de)(de)管道(dao);凝固(gu)點高的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)狀石(shi)蠟(la)、瀝(li)青、硫(liu)黃等(deng)(deng)管道(dao);停(ting)工檢修需拆(chai)卸(xie)的(de)(de)(de)管道(dao)等(deng)(deng)。需要經常清掃的(de)(de)(de)分配主管,管的(de)(de)(de)一端(duan)不(bu)能(neng)封(feng)閉,應做成能(neng)拆(chai)卸(xie)的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),見圖2.231。

    管(guan)道采(cai)用(yong)焊接(jie)(jie)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),不論從(cong)強(qiang)度上、密(mi)封性(xing)能上都(dou)是好(hao)的(de)。但是,等(deng)于(yu)或小于(yu)DN25的(de)管(guan)道,其焊接(jie)(jie)強(qiang)度不佳且易(yi)將焊渣落入管(guan)內引起(qi)管(guan)道堵塞,因此多采(cai)用(yong)承插焊管(guan)件連(lian)接(jie)(jie),也可采(cai)用(yong)錐管(guan)螺紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。當采(cai)用(yong)錐管(guan)螺紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)時,有強(qiang)腐蝕(shi)性(xing)介質,尤其是含HF等(deng)易(yi)產生縫隙腐蝕(shi)的(de)介質,不得在螺紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處施(shi)以密(mi)封焊,否則一旦泄漏,后果嚴(yan)重。


 ②. 可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液(ye)(ye)化(hua)烴和(he)可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)的管道不(bu)得穿過與其無(wu)關的建筑物。可(ke)燃(ran)氣體(ti)、液(ye)(ye)化(hua)烴和(he)可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)的采樣管道不(bu)應引入化(hua)驗室。


 ③. 可(ke)(ke)燃氣體(ti)(ti)、液化(hua)烴和(he)(he)(he)可(ke)(ke)燃液體(ti)(ti)的管(guan)(guan)道應(ying)架空或沿地敷設(she)。日常檢(jian)查(cha)、檢(jian)修各方面(mian)都比較方便,而(er)管(guan)(guan)溝(gou)(gou)和(he)(he)(he)埋地敷設(she)恰好相反,破損不易(yi)被及時發現。必須采用(yong)管(guan)(guan)溝(gou)(gou)敷設(she)時,應(ying)采取防(fang)止可(ke)(ke)燃氣體(ti)(ti)、液化(hua)烴和(he)(he)(he)可(ke)(ke)燃液體(ti)(ti)在(zai)管(guan)(guan)溝(gou)(gou)內(nei)積聚的措施,并在(zai)進、出(chu)(chu)裝置及廠房處(chu)密封隔(ge)斷;管(guan)(guan)溝(gou)(gou)內(nei)的污水(shui)(shui)應(ying)經水(shui)(shui)封井(jing)排人生產(chan)污水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)道。管(guan)(guan)溝(gou)(gou)在(zai)進出(chu)(chu)廠房及裝置處(chu)應(ying)妥善隔(ge)斷,是為了阻止火災蔓延和(he)(he)(he)可(ke)(ke)燃氣體(ti)(ti)或可(ke)(ke)燃液體(ti)(ti)流(liu)竄。


 ④. 工藝(yi)和公用工程(cheng)管(guan)道(dao)共架多(duo)層(ceng)敷設(she)時,宜將介(jie)質(zhi)操作溫(wen)度等(deng)于或(huo)高(gao)于250℃的(de)(de)管(guan)道(dao)布置(zhi)在上(shang)層(ceng),液(ye)(ye)化(hua)烴及腐(fu)蝕性介(jie)質(zhi)管(guan)道(dao)布置(zhi)在下層(ceng);必須布置(zhi)在下層(ceng)的(de)(de)介(jie)質(zhi)操作溫(wen)度等(deng)于或(huo)高(gao)于250℃的(de)(de)管(guan)道(dao)可布置(zhi)在外側,但不(bu)應與液(ye)(ye)化(hua)烴管(guan)道(dao)相(xiang)鄰。大多(duo)數塔底泵的(de)(de)介(jie)質(zhi)操作溫(wen)度等(deng)于或(huo)高(gao)于250℃,當塔底泵布置(zhi)在管(guan)廊(橋)下時,為盡可能降低塔的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)面(mian)高(gao)度,并能滿足泵的(de)(de)有效汽蝕余量的(de)(de)要求。


 ⑤. 氧氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)與可燃氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)、液化(hua)烴(jing)(jing)和(he)可燃液體(ti)(ti)的管(guan)(guan)道(dao)共架敷(fu)設時(shi)應布(bu)置(zhi)在一側,且平行布(bu)置(zhi)時(shi)凈距不應小(xiao)于500mm,交(jiao)叉布(bu)置(zhi)時(shi)凈距不應小(xiao)于250mm。氧氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)與可燃氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)、液化(hua)烴(jing)(jing)和(he)可燃液體(ti)(ti)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)之間宜用公(gong)用工程(cheng)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)隔(ge)開。


   氧氣管道(dao)與可燃介質管道(dao)共架(jia)敷設(she)時,兩管道(dao)平(ping)行布置的凈距(ju)為(wei)不小(xiao)于500mm。但當(dang)管道(dao)采用焊接連接結構并(bing)無(wu)閥門時,其平(ping)行布置的凈距(ju)可取(qu)上述凈距(ju)的50%,即250mm。


 ⑥. 公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)裝置中(zhong)是經常與可(ke)燃(ran)氣體、液(ye)化(hua)烴(jing)、可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體的(de)(de)設(she)(she)備和(he)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)相連接的(de)(de)。當公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)壓力(li)因故降低時(shi),大(da)量可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體可(ke)能倒流(liu)入公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)內,容易引發事故。如大(da)量可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體倒流(liu)入蒸汽(qi)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)內,當用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)蒸汽(qi)滅(mie)火時(shi)起了“火上添油的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)”。因此,公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)與可(ke)燃(ran)氣體、液(ye)化(hua)烴(jing)和(he)可(ke)燃(ran)液(ye)體的(de)(de)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)或設(she)(she)備連接時(shi)應(ying)符(fu)合下(xia)列規定(ding):連續使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)上應(ying)設(she)(she)止回(hui)閥(fa),并在(zai)其根部設(she)(she)切斷(duan)閥(fa);在(zai)間歇使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)上應(ying)設(she)(she)止回(hui)閥(fa)和(he)一(yi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)切斷(duan)閥(fa)或設(she)(she)兩道(dao)(dao)(dao)切斷(duan)閥(fa),并在(zai)兩切斷(duan)閥(fa)間設(she)(she)檢查閥(fa);僅在(zai)設(she)(she)備停用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管道(dao)(dao)(dao)應(ying)設(she)(she)盲板或斷(duan)開。


  止回(hui)閥是重要的安全設施,但只能防(fang)止大量(liang)氣體、液(ye)體倒流,不(bu)能阻(zu)止少(shao)量(liang)泄漏。


 ⑦. 連(lian)續操(cao)作的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)燃(ran)氣體管(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)低點應(ying)(ying)設兩道(dao)排(pai)液閥(fa)(fa),排(pai)出的(de)(de)(de)液體應(ying)(ying)排(pai)放至密閉系(xi)統(tong);僅在開停工時使用的(de)(de)(de)排(pai)液閥(fa)(fa),可(ke)設一(yi)道(dao)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)并加(jia)絲堵(du)、管(guan)帽、盲板或法蘭(lan)蓋。連(lian)續操(cao)作的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)燃(ran)氣體管(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)低點設兩道(dao)排(pai)液閥(fa)(fa),第(di)一(yi)道(dao)(靠(kao)近管(guan)道(dao)側)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)為常開閥(fa)(fa),第(di)二(er)道(dao)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)為經常操(cao)作閥(fa)(fa)。當發現第(di)二(er)道(dao)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)泄漏時,關閉第(di)一(yi)道(dao)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men),更換第(di)二(er)道(dao)閥(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)。


 ⑧. 甲(jia)、乙A類(lei)設(she)備(bei)(bei)和(he)管道應有惰(duo)性氣(qi)體置換設(she)施。甲(jia)、乙A類(lei)設(she)備(bei)(bei)和(he)管道停(ting)工時(shi)應用(yong)惰(duo)性氣(qi)體置換,以防檢修動(dong)火時(shi)發生(sheng)火災爆炸(zha)事故。


 ⑨. 當可燃液(ye)體容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)可能存在(zai)空氣時,其入口管應從(cong)(cong)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)下(xia)部(bu)(bu)接(jie)(jie)入;若必須從(cong)(cong)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)(bu)接(jie)(jie)入,應延伸至距(ju)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)底200mm處。從(cong)(cong)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)(bu)向下(xia)噴射輸(shu)入容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)時,液(ye)體可能形成很(hen)高的(de)靜電壓,經測定,汽油和(he)航空煤油噴射輸(shu)入形成的(de)靜電壓高達數千伏,甚至在(zai)萬伏以上(shang)(shang),這(zhe)是(shi)很(hen)危險的(de)。容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)任何(he)接(jie)(jie)地(di)都不能迅速消(xiao)除這(zhe)種液(ye)體內(nei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)電荷。


 ⑩. 液化烴設備抽出管道應在靠近設備根部設置切斷閥。容積超過50m3的液化烴設備與其抽出泵的間距小于15m時,該切斷閥應為帶手動功能的遙控閥,遙控閥就地操作按鈕距抽出泵的間距不應小于15m。當與罐直接相連接的下游設備發生火災時,能及時切斷物料。
