管(guan)殼(ke)式換熱器又稱(cheng)列(lie)管(guan)式換熱器。是以封(feng)閉(bi)在殼(ke)體中管(guan)束的壁面作為傳(chuan)熱面的間壁式換熱器。這種(zhong)換熱器結構(gou)較簡(jian)單,操作可(ke)靠(kao),可(ke)用各種(zhong)結構(gou)材料(主(zhu)要是金屬材料)制造,能在高溫、高壓下(xia)使用,是目前應用最(zui)廣的類(lei)型。


  管(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)由殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)、傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)束、管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、折流(liu)(liu)(liu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(擋板(ban)(ban)(ban))和(he)管(guan)(guan)箱等(deng)部(bu)件(jian)組成。殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)多為(wei)圓(yuan)筒形(xing)(xing),內(nei)(nei)部(bu)裝有管(guan)(guan)束,管(guan)(guan)束兩(liang)端固定在管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上,而管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)又與外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)連接(jie)在一(yi)起。進行換(huan)熱(re)(re)的(de)冷、熱(re)(re)兩(liang)種流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti),一(yi)種在管(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong),稱為(wei)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti);另一(yi)種在管(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動(dong),稱為(wei)殼(ke)(ke)程(cheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)。為(wei)提高管(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)的(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)膜系數,通常在殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)內(nei)(nei)安裝若干擋板(ban)(ban)(ban)。擋板(ban)(ban)(ban)可(ke)提高殼(ke)(ke)程(cheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)速度,迫使流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)按(an)規定路(lu)程(cheng)多次(ci)橫向通過管(guan)(guan)束,增(zeng)強流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)湍流(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)度。圖7.2(a)為(wei)最簡單的(de)單殼(ke)(ke)程(cheng)單管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)。管(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)按(an)結構特點分(fen)為(wei)固定管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、浮頭式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、U形(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、填函式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、雙重管(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)和(he)雙管(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)等(deng),前3種應用比較普遍。

  管(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)式(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)束由許(xu)多管(guan)(guan)子組成(cheng),管(guan)(guan)束構(gou)成(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)面。為(wei)了增加(jia)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)在管(guan)(guan)外空間的(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)速(su),以提高換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)膜系數(shu)(shu)(shu),改(gai)善換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)情況,在筒體(ti)內(nei)間隔安裝了許(xu)多折(zhe)流(liu)(liu)擋板(ban)。換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)和(he)兩側(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)上(shang)(對(dui)(dui)于偶數(shu)(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),則在一側(ce)(ce))開有流(liu)(liu)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進出(chu)口(kou),有時(shi)還在其(qi)上(shang)裝設(she)檢查孔(kong),為(wei)安置(zhi)儀表用的(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)口(kou)管(guan)(guan)、排液孔(kong)和(he)排氣孔(kong)等。在換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中,一種(zhong)(zhong)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)從一側(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(成(cheng)為(wei)前(qian)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang))流(liu)(liu)進管(guan)(guan)子里,經另一側(ce)(ce)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(成(cheng)為(wei)后管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang))流(liu)(liu)出(chu)(對(dui)(dui)奇(qi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)單管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),或繞過管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang),流(liu)(liu)回進口(kou)側(ce)(ce)前(qian)管(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)流(liu)(liu)出(chu)(對(dui)(dui)偶數(shu)(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),流(liu)(liu)體(ti)每通過管(guan)(guan)束一次(ci)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)一個管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)。另一種(zhong)(zhong)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)從筒體(ti)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)管(guan)(guan)進出(chu)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)體(ti),流(liu)(liu)經管(guan)(guan)束外,每通過殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)一次(ci)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)一個殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)。圖(tu)7.2(c)所示(shi)為(wei)二管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)、單殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng),工程(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)1-2型(xing)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(此處1表示(shi)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu)(shu),2表示(shi)管(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu)(shu))。同樣,在換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)筒體(ti)內(nei)加(jia)縱(zong)向擋板(ban)也能得到多殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)結構(gou),見圖(tu)7.2(b)。
