管殼(ke)式換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)又稱列管式換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)。是(shi)(shi)以(yi)封(feng)閉(bi)在殼(ke)體中管束的壁面作為傳熱(re)(re)面的間(jian)壁式換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)。這種(zhong)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構(gou)較簡單,操作可(ke)靠,可(ke)用各種(zhong)結(jie)構(gou)材料(liao)(主要是(shi)(shi)金屬材料(liao))制(zhi)造(zao),能(neng)在高溫、高壓(ya)下使用,是(shi)(shi)目(mu)前(qian)應用最廣的類型。
管(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器由殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)、傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、折(zhe)流(liu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban))和管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱等部(bu)件組成。殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)多為圓筒形,內(nei)(nei)部(bu)裝(zhuang)有管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu),管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)兩(liang)端(duan)固(gu)定在管(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上,而管(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)又與外殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)連接在一起。進(jin)行換(huan)熱(re)(re)的(de)冷、熱(re)(re)兩(liang)種流(liu)體(ti),一種在管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)流(liu)動,稱為管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)流(liu)體(ti);另(ling)一種在管(guan)(guan)(guan)外流(liu)動,稱為殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)流(liu)體(ti)。為提(ti)高(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外流(liu)體(ti)的(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)膜系數,通常在殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)內(nei)(nei)安(an)裝(zhuang)若(ruo)干擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)可提(ti)高(gao)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)流(liu)體(ti)速度,迫使流(liu)體(ti)按規定路程(cheng)多次(ci)橫向通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu),增強流(liu)體(ti)湍流(liu)程(cheng)度。圖7.2(a)為最簡單的(de)單殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)單管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器。管(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器按結構特(te)點分為固(gu)定管(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器、浮頭式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器、U形管(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器、填(tian)函式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器、雙(shuang)重管(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器和雙(shuang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器等,前(qian)3種應用(yong)比較(jiao)普(pu)遍(bian)。
管(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)式換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)束由許多管(guan)(guan)(guan)子組成(cheng),管(guan)(guan)(guan)束構成(cheng)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)面。為(wei)了增加(jia)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)在(zai)(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外空間的(de)(de)流(liu)速,以提高換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)殼(ke)(ke)程的(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)膜系數(shu)(shu),改(gai)善(shan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)情(qing)況,在(zai)(zai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內間隔安裝了許多折流(liu)擋板(ban)(ban)。換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)和兩側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)上(shang)(對(dui)于(yu)偶(ou)數(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)程的(de)(de),則在(zai)(zai)一(yi)側(ce))開有(you)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)進(jin)出(chu)口,有(you)時還在(zai)(zai)其上(shang)裝設檢(jian)查孔,為(wei)安置(zhi)儀表(biao)(biao)用的(de)(de)接口管(guan)(guan)(guan)、排(pai)液孔和排(pai)氣孔等。在(zai)(zai)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)中,一(yi)種流(liu)體(ti)(ti)從一(yi)側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(成(cheng)為(wei)前管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang))流(liu)進(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子里,經另(ling)一(yi)側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(成(cheng)為(wei)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang))流(liu)出(chu)(對(dui)奇數(shu)(shu)單管(guan)(guan)(guan)程換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)),或繞過管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang),流(liu)回進(jin)口側(ce)前管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)流(liu)出(chu)(對(dui)偶(ou)數(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)程換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)),流(liu)體(ti)(ti)每(mei)通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)束一(yi)次(ci)稱為(wei)一(yi)個(ge)管(guan)(guan)(guan)程。另(ling)一(yi)種流(liu)體(ti)(ti)從筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)的(de)(de)連接管(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)出(chu)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)體(ti)(ti),流(liu)經管(guan)(guan)(guan)束外,每(mei)通過殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)一(yi)次(ci)稱為(wei)一(yi)個(ge)殼(ke)(ke)程。圖7.2(c)所(suo)示為(wei)二(er)管(guan)(guan)(guan)程、單殼(ke)(ke)程,工程上(shang)稱為(wei)1-2型換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(此處(chu)1表(biao)(biao)示殼(ke)(ke)程數(shu)(shu),2表(biao)(biao)示管(guan)(guan)(guan)程數(shu)(shu))。同(tong)樣,在(zai)(zai)換(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)內加(jia)縱向擋板(ban)(ban)也能得到多殼(ke)(ke)程結構,見圖7.2(b)。
按GB151的規定,管殼式換熱器(qi)主要部件如圖7.3所示(shi)。
