浙江至德鋼業有限公司制氧工程的外部管路是由大量黃銅(H62)和(06Cr18Ni11Ti)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管組成的管路,需要在現場施工焊接。其管內徑為140~280mm,壁厚為8~12mm,工作壓力為3.75MPa,圖5-46為焊接管路斜三通接頭的焊接示意圖。

1. 焊(han)接性(xing)
黃(huang)銅(tong)(H62)熔點比(bi)不銹鋼(06Cr18Ni11Ti)低(di)400℃還(huan)多,而熱導率為06Cr18Nil1Ti的6.5倍之(zhi)多。焊(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程中易(yi)形(xing)成低(di)熔點共(gong)(gong)晶(jing)體,隨之(zhi)在焊(han)(han)接(jie)熔池(chi)中冷卻凝固(gu),殘留在焊(han)(han)縫(feng)中,為形(xing)成熱裂紋(wen)創造(zao)了條件。加之(zhi)其線脹系數與原有(you)兩種(zhong)金屬中的線脹系數有(you)很大差(cha)異(yi),形(xing)成組(zu)織應(ying)力,并(bing)在焊(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程焊(han)(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭內部形(xing)成的拉(la)伸應(ying)力共(gong)(gong)同作用下,使(shi)焊(han)(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭產(chan)生熱裂紋(wen)。
2. 焊(han)接方法
由于在現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)工(gong),工(gong)作條件(jian)比較惡劣,選用(yong)焊(han)(han)條電弧焊(han)(han)用(yong)T107(ECu型號)焊(han)(han)條在06Cr18Ni11Ti 不銹鋼管(guan)坡口側及其(qi)附近堆(dui)焊(han)(han)過渡層,然后采用(yong)氧(yang)乙炔焊(han)(han)用(yong)HS224(HSCuZn-4)焊(han)(han)絲(si)配合氣焊(han)(han)焊(han)(han)劑硼砂(CJ301)將過渡層的堆(dui)焊(han)(han)處與黃銅管(guan)焊(han)(han)接,形(xing)成所需(xu)要的管(guan)路。
3. 焊接(jie)工藝
焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)坡口形(xing)式如圖5-46所(suo)示,為角(jiao)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)形(xing)式。施焊(han)(han)(han)前要將管路待焊(han)(han)(han)處(chu)的坡口及其附(fu)近用磨光機打磨直(zhi)至露(lu)出金(jin)屬光澤。裝配時要留有(you)3~5mm間隙(對(dui)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)處(chu)),以(yi)保(bao)證第一層(ceng)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)施焊(han)(han)(han)背面成形(xing)良好,避免出現未焊(han)(han)(han)透和未熔合等缺陷。
過(guo)渡(du)層(ceng)(ceng)堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi),在打磨(mo)干凈(jing)的(de)06Cr18Ni11Ti不銹鋼管坡口待焊(han)(han)(han)處(chu),用ф3.2mmT107焊(han)(han)(han)條堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)一層(ceng)(ceng)純銅(tong)過(guo)渡(du)層(ceng)(ceng),然后(hou)再從管外表面(mian)(mian)向坡口兩邊堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)三道。純銅(tong)過(guo)渡(du)層(ceng)(ceng)要堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)兩層(ceng)(ceng),厚度為5~6mm。然后(hou)用角向打磨(mo)機打磨(mo),使(shi)表面(mian)(mian)干凈(jing)光(guang)滑。用氧乙炔焊(han)(han)(han),Φ4mm的(de)HS224焊(han)(han)(han)絲配合氣焊(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)劑CJ301在堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)純銅(tong)層(ceng)(ceng)表面(mian)(mian)再堆(dui)(dui)(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)一層(ceng)(ceng)黃銅(tong)過(guo)渡(du)層(ceng)(ceng),使(shi)其(qi)表面(mian)(mian)層(ceng)(ceng)金屬與(yu)黃銅(tong)(H62)管的(de)化學成(cheng)分相(xiang)當(dang)。
因結(jie)構形式無(wu)法轉動進(jin)行(xing)施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han),故(gu)先(xian)在相應于(yu)時鐘12、3、9點鐘位置(zhi)(zhi)放置(zhi)(zhi)定位焊(han)(han)(han)點。選用HS224焊(han)(han)(han)絲,氣(qi)焊(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)劑CJ301,采用氧乙炔焊(han)(han)(han)進(jin)行(xing)定位焊(han)(han)(han),然后進(jin)行(xing)主焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)。在45°夾(jia)角(jiao)處位置(zhi)(zhi)難于(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)接時,若有可能(neng),可將(jiang)該端(duan)頭待焊(han)(han)(han)處適當抬起,使它(ta)處于(yu)近似船形焊(han)(han)(han)的位置(zhi)(zhi),便(bian)于(yu)施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)。
