藥芯焊(han)絲根據其(qi)內(nei)層填料(liao)中有(you)無造渣劑(ji)(ji),分(fen)為藥粉型(xing)(xing)(有(you)造渣劑(ji)(ji))焊(han)絲和(he)金屬粉型(xing)(xing)(無造渣劑(ji)(ji))焊(han)絲兩種。


  有造渣劑的(de)(de)按照渣的(de)(de)堿度,可分為(wei)鈦型(酸性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)渣)、鈣鈦型(中性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)或弱堿性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)渣)和(he)鈣型(堿性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)渣)的(de)(de)焊(han)絲。鈦型渣系的(de)(de)焊(han)縫(feng)成形美觀,可進行全位置焊(han)接(jie),電弧穩定,飛濺很少,焊(han)接(jie)工藝性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)優良,但焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)(de)韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)抗裂性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)略差(cha)。鈣型渣系的(de)(de)焊(han)縫(feng)韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)抗裂性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)優良,而焊(han)縫(feng)成形和(he)焊(han)接(jie)工藝性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)稍差(cha)。鈣鈦型渣系介于(yu)上述兩者之(zhi)間。


  無造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)藝性(xing)能類似于(yu)實心焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si),其(qi)熔敷(fu)效率和抗(kang)裂性(xing)能優于(yu)有造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)。無造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯(xin)(xin)成分(fen)中(zhong)大部分(fen)是金(jin)屬粉,還加入了特殊(shu)的穩(wen)弧劑(ji)(ji),能保(bao)證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時(shi)造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)少,效率高(gao)、飛濺(jian)少和電(dian)弧穩(wen)定等特點。此外,它還具有焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫擴散氫含量低的特點,能提(ti)高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭的抗(kang)裂性(xing)能。據統計,采用無造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯(xin)(xin)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)施焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時(shi),其(qi)造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)量只有有造(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)的1/3,所(suo)以不需除(chu)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)就可進(jin)行連續多層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(3~4層),可大大提(ti)高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)生產效率。
