這種(zhong)軋機(ji)亦稱皮爾(er)格軋管機(ji),1891年由曼乃斯(si)曼兄(xiong)弟發(fa)明,1900年將芯棒設計成移動式為(wei)(wei)止才達到完全機(ji)械化,成為(wei)(wei)目前狀態,其操作過程(cheng)如圖4-21所示。

  此(ci)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)操作的(de)(de)基本(ben)特點(dian)是鍛(duan)軋(ya)(ya),軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)旋轉方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與軋(ya)(ya)件(jian)送(song)進方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相反(fan),軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)孔型沿(yan)圓周(zhou)為變斷面,軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)時(shi)軋(ya)(ya)件(jian)反(fan)送(song)進方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)運(yun)行。送(song)料由做往(wang)復運(yun)動的(de)(de)芯棒(bang)送(song)進機(ji)構完(wan)成,這(zhe)種軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)形式的(de)(de)延伸系數(shu)為7~15,可用(yong)(yong)鋼錠(ding)直接(jie)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。目(mu)前主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)大直徑中、厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)、異形管(guan)(guan),利用(yong)(yong)鍛(duan)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)特點(dian)還(huan)可生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)合(he)金鋼管(guan)(guan)。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)規格(ge)范(fan)圍外(wai)徑為114~665mm;壁(bi)厚2.5~100mm;軋(ya)(ya)后長度(du)可達40m.該軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)缺(que)點(dian)是:效率低(di),輔助操作時(shi)間(jian)占(zhan)整個周(zhou)期的(de)(de)25%;孔型不易加工;芯棒(bang)長,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)規格(ge)范(fan)圍窄(zhai),壁(bi)厚精(jing)度(du)低(di)。為減(jian)少周(zhou)期,軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)皆采用(yong)(yong)線外(wai)插芯棒(bang)鍛(duan)頭,再送(song)往(wang)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi),以(yi)減(jian)少輔助操作時(shi)間(jian)。為改善周(zhou)期軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)加工的(de)(de)規格(ge)尺寸(cun)窄(zhai)的(de)(de)問題,有的(de)(de)配(pei)以(yi)張力(li)減(jian)徑來擴大機(ji)組生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)規格(ge)范(fan)圍。
