這(zhe)種軋(ya)機亦(yi)稱皮(pi)爾格軋(ya)管(guan)機,1891年由曼乃斯曼兄(xiong)弟發明,1900年將芯(xin)棒(bang)設計(ji)成移動(dong)式為止才達到完全機械(xie)化,成為目(mu)前狀態,其操作過程(cheng)如圖4-21所示(shi)。

  此(ci)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)基(ji)本特(te)點(dian)是(shi)鍛(duan)(duan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)旋轉方向(xiang)與軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)件(jian)送(song)進方向(xiang)相反,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)孔(kong)型(xing)沿圓周(zhou)為(wei)(wei)變斷面(mian),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)時軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)件(jian)反送(song)進方向(xiang)運行。送(song)料由做往復運動(dong)的(de)芯棒(bang)送(song)進機構完成(cheng),這種軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)形式的(de)延(yan)伸系數為(wei)(wei)7~15,可(ke)用(yong)鋼錠直接(jie)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。目前主要用(yong)于生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)大直徑(jing)(jing)中、厚壁管(guan)、異形管(guan),利用(yong)鍛(duan)(duan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)特(te)點(dian)還(huan)可(ke)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)合(he)金鋼管(guan)。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)外徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)(wei)114~665mm;壁厚2.5~100mm;軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)后長度可(ke)達40m.該軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機的(de)主要缺點(dian)是(shi):效率低(di),輔助操(cao)作(zuo)時間(jian)占整個周(zhou)期的(de)25%;孔(kong)型(xing)不易加(jia)工;芯棒(bang)長,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)窄(zhai),壁厚精度低(di)。為(wei)(wei)減(jian)少(shao)周(zhou)期,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機皆采(cai)用(yong)線(xian)外插芯棒(bang)鍛(duan)(duan)頭,再送(song)往主機軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi),以(yi)減(jian)少(shao)輔助操(cao)作(zuo)時間(jian)。為(wei)(wei)改善周(zhou)期軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機加(jia)工的(de)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)尺(chi)寸窄(zhai)的(de)問題,有的(de)配以(yi)張力(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)來(lai)擴大機組生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)。
