一(yi)、基本(ben)情(qing)況


  江蘇天淮鋼(gang)管有(you)限公(gong)司φ508mm(20in)PQF連(lian)軋管機組,是目前全球(qiu)最(zui)大口徑的三輥式連(lian)軋管機組,2012年5月28日熱負(fu)荷試車成功。該機組由中冶(ye)京(jing)誠工(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)有(you)限公(gong)司做工(gong)廠(chang)設計,主軋線設備由德國梅爾公(gong)司、意大利因(yin)西設計制(zhi)造(zao),設計能力為年產(chan)(chan)無縫鋼(gang)管50萬(wan)噸。自投產(chan)(chan)半年時間里,生產(chan)(chan)Φ377~508mm 規格鋼(gang)管共3.8萬(wan)噸,產(chan)(chan)品質量優良。

  三個(ge)變形(xing)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)由(you)帶管(guan)坯預旋轉(zhuan)的錐(zhui)形(xing)輥(gun)導板式穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)架(jia)PQF限動(dong)芯棒連(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)、12架(jia)單獨傳(chuan)動(dong)的定徑機(ji)(ji)組成(cheng),三大(da)(da)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)本(ben)體(ti)設備都由(you)德國MEER公(gong)司設計制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)設備前后臺連(lian)線設備由(you)中冶京誠工(gong)程技術(shu)有限公(gong)司設計,天(tian)津賽瑞機(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)有限公(gong)司制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)組采用更為完善(shan)的先進工(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)-CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、嚴(yan)格的質量控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)-QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、物料跟蹤(zong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MTS)以及在線檢測(ce)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等工(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu),從而確保了熱軋大(da)(da)口徑無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)生產的工(gong)藝(yi)先進性及穩定性。


四、主要工藝設備及性能特點


  1. 環形加熱爐


  環形(xing)爐(lu)(lu)由LOI天(tian)津公司設(she)計及制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo),為降(jiang)低成(cheng)本,采(cai)用高爐(lu)(lu)煤氣和天(tian)然氣混(hun)合氣作(zuo)為燃(ran)料(liao)。從裝料(liao)到出料(liao)共(gong)分7個加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)控制(zhi)(zhi)段(duan),其中(zhong)第1~2段(duan)為預熱(re)(re)段(duan),第3~5段(duan)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)段(duan),第6~7段(duan)為均熱(re)(re)段(duan);其中(zhong)預熱(re)(re)2段(duan)和加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)段(duan)采(cai)用高爐(lu)(lu)煤氣蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)燒嘴,均熱(re)(re)段(duan)用頂置的(de)(de)天(tian)然氣平(ping)焰燒嘴均熱(re)(re),環形(xing)爐(lu)(lu)采(cai)用全自動(dong)、先進、可靠的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)工控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統測量和控制(zhi)(zhi)爐(lu)(lu)子(zi)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)工過程,可根據不同工況(kuang)準確匹配爐(lu)(lu)子(zi)供熱(re)(re)量,保證管坯按最(zui)佳的(de)(de)工藝曲線加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)和保溫。


 環形加熱爐(lu)主要參數包括:


   中徑:51m;


   爐底寬度:5.4m;


   最大加熱(re)長度:5.0m;


   最(zui)大坯(pi)重:7620kg;


   最(zui)大加熱能(neng)力:260t/h;


   最大(da)裝出料節奏:90p/h。


 2. 錐形輥穿孔(kong)機


   該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。


  由于本機組采用的管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑大(da),管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)重量(liang)也大(da),為方便(bian)管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)咬(yao)入,防止(zhi)前卡事故(gu),在前臺設置了管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)預(yu)旋轉(zhuan)裝(zhuang)置,見圖6-17,大(da)管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)在推(tui)鋼機推(tui)入軋(ya)輥(gun)前在預(yu)旋轉(zhuan)的驅(qu)動下旋轉(zhuan)起(qi)來,這樣很大(da)程度改善了咬(yao)入條件,減少(shao)了事故(gu),提高了軋(ya)輥(gun)壽命。

  該穿(chuan)孔機后(hou)(hou)臺(tai)一段(duan)(duan)有6組三輥定心裝置,后(hou)(hou)臺(tai)二段(duan)(duan)的頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)采用在(zai)線小車上(shang)下料(liao)(liao)、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)采用內(nei)(nei)部(bu)循環水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)加外(wai)部(bu)氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)方(fang)式,當頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)穿(chuan)廢時隨(sui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)一起更換,見圖6-18所(suo)示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)后(hou)(hou)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)可直接循環到(dao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工作段(duan)(duan)的內(nei)(nei)腔,在(zai)軋制(zhi)及間(jian)歇不管頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在(zai)什么位置,都(dou)能通(tong)過(guo)內(nei)(nei)部(bu)循環水(shui)對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)快速冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que);在(zai)軋制(zhi)間(jian)歇時頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)回退到(dao)基位后(hou)(hou),進(jin)入有外(wai)部(bu)氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)箱對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)進(jin)行外(wai)部(bu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)箱中(zhong)的15道水(shui)環分4組控(kong)制(zhi),從圓周方(fang)向分別對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)不同部(bu)位分別控(kong)制(zhi)時間(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)量來冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),從而保(bao)證了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工作段(duan)(duan)良好的冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)效(xiao)果。

  在以前(qian)18英(ying)寸PQF機組基(ji)礎(chu)上頂頭(tou)冷卻(que)形式做了很(hen)大(da)改進(jin),見(jian)圖(tu)6-19(其(qi)中,圖(tu)6-19為(wei)本機組頂頭(tou)結構,圖(tu)6-19(b)為(wei)原(yuan)18in頂頭(tou)結構),頂頭(tou)由原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)實心體改為(wei)空(kong)腔(qiang)體,以至(zhi)于內部冷卻(que)水能一直貫通(tong)整個頂頭(tou)的(de)內腔(qiang),使頂頭(tou)的(de)尖端及工作段能得到徹(che)底冷卻(que),從而延(yan)長了頂頭(tou)壽命(ming)。

  本機(ji)組的毛管橫移(yi)采(cai)用可伸縮的大擺(bai)臂移(yi)送到(dao)硼砂(sha)工位(wei),吹完硼砂(sha)后由帶擺(bai)動撥叉地(di)面(mian)小車(che)將毛管移(yi)送到(dao)PQF連軋機(ji)前(qian)臺。


  穿孔機主要參(can)數包括:


   最大(da)/最小軋輥(gun)直(zhi)徑(jing):1700mm/1550mm;


   最(zui)大出口速度:0.8m/s;


   最大軋(ya)制(zhi)力矩:3165kN·m;


   主電機功(gong)率(lv):8200kW×2臺;


   主電機(ji)最大轉速:354r/min;


   氣(qi)霧冷卻系統:水壓0.5~0.7MPa;氣(qi)壓0.4~0.5MIPa。


 3. PQF連軋管機


  本機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)PQF連軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)為5機(ji)(ji)(ji)架的(de)軸向換輥(gun)連軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)見(jian)圖6-20,優點是隧(sui)道式(shi)筒(tong)形牌坊剛度及強度好(hao),傳動布置緊湊,軋(ya)制(zhi)穩(wen)定性好(hao)。每架軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)三個互成120°的(de)軋(ya)輥(gun)安裝(zhuang)在獨(du)立的(de)軋(ya)制(zhi)單(dan)元一(yi)軋(ya)輥(gun)小機(ji)(ji)(ji)架內,安裝(zhuang)在隧(sui)道上(shang)的(de)伺(si)服液壓小倉(cang),可以對軋(ya)輥(gun)輥(gun)縫進行同步調整(zheng)也可以單(dan)獨(du)調整(zheng),即采用(yong)了輥(gun)縫自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(HCCS),從(cong)而保(bao)證了軋(ya)制(zhi)質量,另外,該連軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)在生產(chan)過程中采用(yong)了工藝過程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(PSS),實現了溫度補償、咬(yao)入(ru)沖擊(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、錐形芯棒伺(si)服和頭(tou)尾削尖等(deng)功能。


  由于該機組軋制(zhi)節(jie)奏較慢(最快(kuai)40s/支),只有在(zai)線穿(chuan)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)方式,不設(she)預穿(chuan)線,減(jian)少了芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)在(zai)線數量,減(jian)少了芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)與(yu)毛(mao)(mao)管接觸時間,減(jian)少了毛(mao)(mao)管的溫降,提高了芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)壽命,節(jie)省(sheng)了設(she)備投資。

 連(lian)軋機主要參數包括:


   荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;


   軋輥直徑:φ1060~1130mm;


   最大入口速度:1.5m/s;


   最大出口速度:4.0m/s;


   最大軋制力:620kN;


   最大軋制(zhi)力矩(ju):250kN·m;


   電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率:1~4號(hao)機(ji)架(jia)各3×1000kW,5機(ji)架(jia)為3×500kW;


   限(xian)動(dong)力:2900kN;


   限(xian)動電機功率:500kW×6臺;


   限動最大前進速(su)度:2.5m/s;


   限(xian)動最大返回速度:4.5m/s;


   軋制中限動速度(du):1.5m/s。


 4. 定(ding)徑機(ji)


   采用12架三輥式定(ding)徑機(ji),見圖6-21,每架都(dou)有一(yi)臺電機(ji)驅動(dong),機(ji)架采用傘(san)齒(chi)輪內傳動(dong)結構,在(zai)機(ji)架外有一(yi)根傳動(dong)軸通過(guo)聯軸器(qi)與(yu)12架組合式的(de)減速(su)器(qi)相連(lian)接,奇偶架的(de)電機(ji)前后排上下(xia)兩層排列,整個(ge)定(ding)徑機(ji)布置(zhi)(zhi)緊湊。該機(ji)組在(zai)定(ding)徑機(ji)前設置(zhi)(zhi)了高(gao)壓水除鱗裝置(zhi)(zhi),提高(gao)鋼(gang)管的(de)外表面質(zhi)量,延長軋(ya)輥壽(shou)命。

定(ding)徑機(ji)主要(yao)參數(shu)包括:


  軋輥名義直(zhi)徑:φ1000mm;


  機(ji)架間(jian)距:880mm;


  入口鋼管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;


  出(chu)口鋼(gang)管速度:0.85~2.0m/s;


  電(dian)機功率:350kW×12臺;


  電機轉(zhuan)速:200~600/1200r/min。



五(wu)、機組工藝控制系統和質量(liang)保證系統


   PQF三輥連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)數量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷增(zeng)多,使得PQF連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和質(zhi)(zhi)量保(bao)證系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不斷提高(gao)完善,從而(er)保(bao)證了更好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量,更高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成材率和設(she)(she)備利用率以及(ji)較(jiao)低的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)具(ju)消耗。整個機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)管(guan)理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)包(bao)括通常所說的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)MTS系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)在內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)以及(ji)QAS系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)兩大部(bu)分組(zu)成。整個熱軋(ya)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是用來生產(chan)計(ji)劃及(ji)生產(chan)管(guan)理的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)定(ding)徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)三部(bu)分組(zu)成,其(qi)中PQF軋(ya)管(guan)CARTA是核心部(bu)分,穿孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)參數設(she)(she)定(ding)、頂頭導板軋(ya)輥等(deng)(deng)軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)具(ju)設(she)(she)計(ji)等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容(rong);張減機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是孔(kong)(kong)型設(she)(she)計(ji)、工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)參數設(she)(she)定(ding)等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容(rong)。QAS系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是用于熱軋(ya)線(xian)質(zhi)(zhi)量控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檢測(ce)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。



六、在線(xian)檢測質(zhi)量保證系統QAS


   QAS是一個在(zai)線獨立工(gong)(gong)作站,通過(guo)對(dui)(dui)物(wu)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)跟(gen)蹤檢測(ce),對(dui)(dui)數據(ju)進(jin)行收集分析和存(cun)儲,并將分析的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)果及(ji)時反(fan)饋給CARTA系(xi)統以(yi)(yi)(yi)實施對(dui)(dui)物(wu)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制,保(bao)證鋼(gang)管(guan)質量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)具體內(nei)容包括:管(guan)坯稱重(zhong)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)制坯料(liao)超重(zhong),實現(xian)坯料(liao)跟(gen)蹤;環形爐出口(kou)測(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)優化管(guan)坯加熱(re),滿(man)足穿孔(kong)及(ji)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)要求,確(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)質量(liang);穿孔(kong)后測(ce)長(chang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)制毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)幾(ji)何尺寸,確(que)保(bao)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)咬入及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding);芯棒(bang)潤(run)滑前(qian)測(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)滿(man)足芯棒(bang)噴涂潤(run)滑劑的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)要求,確(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)內(nei)表面質量(liang)和芯棒(bang)使用壽命(ming);連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人(ren)口(kou)測(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)制毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)溫(wen)度確(que)保(bao)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)正(zheng)常咬入及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)性;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后測(ce)厚測(ce)長(chang)測(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)制連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出口(kou)荒管(guan)幾(ji)何尺寸,確(que)保(bao)荒管(guan)壁(bi)厚精(jing)度;定(ding)徑前(qian)測(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)制荒管(guan)溫(wen)度,確(que)保(bao)定(ding)徑軋(ya)(ya)制穩定(ding)性。


七(qi)、機組特點


 1. 增(zeng)大管坯直徑,降低穿孔的擴徑率,提高毛(mao)管的幾何尺寸(cun)精(jing)度


    與相(xiang)近(jin)(jin)機組相(xiang)比(如(ru)表(biao)6-11所示(shi)),該機組增(zeng)大(da)管坯直徑的(de)(de)意(yi)義在(zai)于(yu)(yu):對(dui)于(yu)(yu)環(huan)(huan)形(xing)爐(lu)(lu),大(da)口(kou)徑厚壁管生產時(shi)降低了(le)(le)坯料的(de)(de)長度,設(she)計中減少了(le)(le)環(huan)(huan)形(xing)爐(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)中徑,在(zai)環(huan)(huan)形(xing)爐(lu)(lu)建(jian)設(she)中減少了(le)(le)近(jin)(jin)5%投資;對(dui)于(yu)(yu)穿(chuan)孔機而言,管坯外徑增(zeng)大(da)了(le)(le),但(dan)毛(mao)管的(de)(de)幾(ji)何尺(chi)寸和(he)同類機組一樣(yang),這樣(yang)毛(mao)管的(de)(de)擴徑率降低了(le)(le)近(jin)(jin)10%,在(zai)穿(chuan)孔斜軋過程中,大(da)大(da)降低了(le)(le)軋件的(de)(de)橫(heng)向變(bian)形(xing),能很好抑制穿(chuan)孔的(de)(de)附加變(bian)形(xing)程度,提(ti)高毛(mao)管的(de)(de)幾(ji)何尺(chi)寸精度。


 2. 穿孔機采用(yong)新型(xing)的頂(ding)桿頂(ding)頭連接形式(shi)和(he)更換方式(shi)


    與φ460機(ji)(ji)組(zu)相比,天(tian)淮508機(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿孔(kong)(kong)后臺二(er)段形式(shi)徹底改(gai)進,針對大機(ji)(ji)組(zu)節奏較(jiao)慢(最快40s以上(shang))的特點,為提高設備的運行(xing)穩定(ding)(ding)性,增加頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上(shang)下料小車(che),實(shi)現(xian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)的在(zai)(zai)線循(xun)環,改(gai)變了(le)同(tong)類錐形穿孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)單(dan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在(zai)(zai)線自動快換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)模(mo)式(shi)(設備精(jing)度要求(qiu)較(jiao)高),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)和(he)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)通過(guo)過(guo)盈錐面配合外加定(ding)(ding)位銷(xiao)連接,見圖6-19,并線外裝(zhuang)配作業,這樣減少了(le)換(huan)(huan)規格過(guo)程的設備調整時(shi)(shi)間,改(gai)進后還(huan)避免生產過(guo)程中在(zai)(zai)線頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)安裝(zhuang)不上(shang)出現(xian)無頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)軋制工(gong)藝事故,節省了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)消耗和(he)工(gong)藝事故擴大化造成的機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故障(zhang),節省工(gong)具費用同(tong)時(shi)(shi)提高了(le)作業率。另外,采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更換(huan)(huan)小車(che)形式(shi),換(huan)(huan)孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)(xing)時(shi)(shi)提前準備好新(xin)孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)(xing)的頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan),10min 內(nei)完(wan)成穿孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更換(huan)(huan),較(jiao)同(tong)類型(xing)(xing)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿孔(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)(xing)更換(huan)(huan)時(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)節省近90%的時(shi)(shi)間。


 3. 改進(jin)了穿孔機組(zu)頂頭的冷卻方式(shi)


    天淮φ508機組(zu)(zu)穿孔頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方(fang)(fang)式增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)并(bing)(bing)改進了(le)外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方(fang)(fang)式,該(gai)機組(zu)(zu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)能直接到達頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)腔體內(見圖6-19),設計時(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya),由同類(lei)機組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)8bar增(zeng)加(jia)到12bar,提高了(le)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)速率。改進了(le)外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式,在同類(lei)穿孔機組(zu)(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)更換裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置,設計了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)外(wai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專用裝(zhuang)置,該(gai)裝(zhuang)置采用氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方(fang)(fang)式,見圖6-18,并(bing)(bing)配(pei)套(tao)電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong),根據頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)規(gui)格和溫度調整(zheng)噴吹壓(ya)力和時(shi)間,保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)均(jun)勻,避免(mian)了(le)軋制(zhi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)高溫頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)不均(jun)造成頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)開裂(lie)報廢。該(gai)機組(zu)(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)內外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式,從近半年生產統(tong)計鍛造頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均(jun)壽命達到450支(個別(bie)達到900支)以(yi)上,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)平(ping)均(jun)壽命是(shi)其他同類(lei)機組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍(bei)以(yi)上。


 4. 連軋短管模式(shi)


    為(wei)保證(zheng)大口(kou)徑厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的生產(chan),連(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)組增加短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,設計中連(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)與脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)間距為(wei)11.5m,在(zai)生產(chan)短(duan)于11.5m大口(kou)徑超厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時,開發連(lian)(lian)軋的短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,在(zai)設計過程中考(kao)慮(lv)實現最短(duan)8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產(chan),脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)選型時保證(zheng)低速(su)(su)性能穩(wen)定(ding),依靠(kao)限動(dong)齒條(tiao)將連(lian)(lian)軋后(hou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送進(jin)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji),這時脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的線速(su)(su)度和(he)限動(dong)速(su)(su)度一致,咬(yao)入后(hou)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)升速(su)(su)實現荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)芯棒脫開。


 5. 為保證大口徑(jing)薄壁管表面質量,移(yi)送設備(bei)創新結構,做到(dao)輕拿輕放(fang)


    為保(bao)證(zheng)大(da)口徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)質(zhi)量(liang),防止(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)移(yi)(yi)(yi)送過程出(chu)現(xian)嗑傷(shang)及(ji)劃(hua)痕(hen)現(xian)象,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)橫移(yi)(yi)(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構及(ji)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)后橫移(yi)(yi)(yi)鏈(lian)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構都進(jin)行(xing)改進(jin)創(chuang)新。在(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥定心(xin)由(you)一(yi)個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤撥(bo)(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤接料(liao)(liao)(liao)放(fang)到旋轉托輥上(shang)(shang)吹硼(peng)砂,見(jian)圖6-22(a),吹完(wan)硼(peng)砂后由(you)高架小(xiao)車(che)(che)移(yi)(yi)(yi)送到帶高度(du)調整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍座上(shang)(shang),毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)滾(gun)(gun)落(luo)到鞍座輥道(dao)上(shang)(shang)進(jin)而由(you)連(lian)(lian)軋前臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂(bei)(bei)(bei)取走;防止(zhi)大(da)口徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(特別(bie)是徑壁(bi)大(da)于48)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)中(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑傷(shang)和劃(hua)痕(hen),天淮(huai)ф508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)(zai)此進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)改進(jin)創(chuang)新,見(jian)圖6-22(b),三(san)輥定心(xin)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)由(you)可(ke)伸縮(suo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)擺臂(bei)(bei)(bei)移(yi)(yi)(yi)送到硼(peng)砂工(gong)位,吹完(wan)硼(peng)砂后由(you)地面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)小(xiao)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)將毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)取走,小(xiao)車(che)(che)到行(xing)程后,小(xiao)車(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)將毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到垂(chui)直升降的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)叉(cha)(cha),小(xiao)車(che)(che)回(hui)退,然(ran)后由(you)連(lian)(lian)軋前臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂(bei)(bei)(bei)取走毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)次接力傳遞中(zhong)都避免(mian)了(le)(le)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)及(ji)鞍座臺(tai)(tai)架上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)沖擊,都是輕拿輕放(fang),避免(mian)了(le)(le)嗑傷(shang)和劃(hua)痕(hen),提(ti)高了(le)(le)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)。另(ling)(ling)外(wai),本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)(zai)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后橫移(yi)(yi)(yi)鏈(lian)冷床(chuang)入口撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)采用了(le)(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)防護(hu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構,見(jian)圖6-23,當(dang)鏈(lian)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)抬起過程中(zhong)附帶在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防護(hu)板也隨(sui)之升起以(yi)保(bao)護(hu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)防止(zhi)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)嗑傷(shang),當(dang)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)落(luo)下(xia)時反(fan)向(xiang)連(lian)(lian)桿(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構使防護(hu)板也落(luo)下(xia),將鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)慢(man)慢(man)放(fang)下(xia),從而避免(mian)了(le)(le)在(zai)(zai)以(yi)前18in機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)上(shang)(shang)薄臂(bei)(bei)(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)冷床(chuang)入口嗑傷(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后果。在(zai)(zai)天淮(huai)φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),類似以(yi)上(shang)(shang)保(bao)護(hu)措施及(ji)結構應用較多,進(jin)一(yi)步提(ti)高了(le)(le)大(da)口徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)。

八(ba)、結論(lun)


Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組是(shi)當今世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)大的(de)熱連軋(ya)管生(sheng)產機(ji)組,擁有了世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)先進(jin)的(de)工藝設計(ji)和過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)控制水平,同時設計(ji)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中對同類機(ji)組的(de)不(bu)足之處和薄弱環節進(jin)行了重大改進(jin),創(chuang)新了5項(xiang)技術:


  1. 在吸收以(yi)往的(de)(de)(de)MPM和(he)PQF機(ji)組(zu)經驗的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,采用8200kW大功(gong)率(lv)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)加大了(le)(le)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)形量,減(jian)小了(le)(le)后續工序變(bian)形,穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)延伸系數最(zui)大能夠(gou)達到4.7。并設計減(jian)小了(le)(le)穿(chuan)孔(kong)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與(yu)連(lian)軋芯棒之間的(de)(de)(de)間隙,因此更有利于(yu)生(sheng)產(chan)薄壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)高合(he)金管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),已成功(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)徑(jing)壁比達到56。同(tong)(tong)時最(zui)大限度地消(xiao)除了(le)(le)PQF軋機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)內壁傷(shang)問題(ti),提高了(le)(le)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)壁厚(hou)(hou)精度和(he)均勻度。表6-12及圖6-24為(wei)φ508mm機(ji)組(zu)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)取樣情況:A~H為(wei)沿鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)同(tong)(tong)一斷(duan)面(mian)測得的(de)(de)(de)8個壁厚(hou)(hou)數據(ju)。由圖表可知鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)各斷(duan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)壁厚(hou)(hou)偏差率(lv)都在±8%以(yi)內。

  2. 穿(chuan)孔機組(zu)采用新型的頂(ding)桿和頂(ding)頭(tou)連接(jie)和更換方式,保證設備運行(xing)穩定(ding),減少(shao)了(le)事故(gu),提(ti)高了(le)作業率,降(jiang)低了(le)頂(ding)桿費用。


  3. 穿孔(kong)機組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)增(zeng)加了內水冷(leng)并設計外水冷(leng)裝置,保證(zheng)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷(leng)卻(que)均勻,提(ti)高(gao)了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷(leng)卻(que)效果,頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)壽(shou)命提(ti)高(gao)近(jin)50%,為同(tong)類機組提(ti)供了改進(jin)技術。


  4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。


  5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大(da)口徑薄壁(bi)管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
