一、基本情(qing)況


  江蘇天淮(huai)鋼(gang)管(guan)有限(xian)公司φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組(zu),是目(mu)前全球最大(da)(da)口徑的三輥(gun)式連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組(zu),2012年5月28日(ri)熱負荷試車(che)成功。該(gai)機(ji)組(zu)由中冶京誠(cheng)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)有限(xian)公司做(zuo)工(gong)廠設(she)(she)計,主軋(ya)線設(she)(she)備由德國梅爾公司、意大(da)(da)利因(yin)西(xi)設(she)(she)計制造,設(she)(she)計能(neng)力為年產(chan)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)50萬噸。自投(tou)產(chan)半年時間里,生(sheng)產(chan)Φ377~508mm 規格鋼(gang)管(guan)共3.8萬噸,產(chan)品質量優良。


二(er)、產品規格和主要品種


1. 產品規格

  壁厚:6.1~60mm;


  長度:6~15m。


2. 主(zhu)要品種


管(guan)(guan)線管(guan)(guan)、鍋爐(lu)用管(guan)(guan)、氣瓶管(guan)(guan)、機械管(guan)(guan)、液壓(ya)支柱管(guan)(guan),流體輸送管(guan)(guan)、結構管(guan)(guan)等。


3. 工藝流程


  φ508mm PQF連軋管機組的工藝(yi)布置如(ru)圖6-16所示。

  工(gong)藝(yi)流程為:合(he)格管坯(pi)→鋸切(qie)→冷(leng)定心→環形爐加熱→高壓水除(chu)磷→穿孔(kong)→吹(chui)硼砂→穿芯棒→高壓水除(chu)鱗(lin)→F連軋(ya)→脫管→高壓水除(chu)鱗(lin)→定徑→冷(leng)卻→定尺鋸切(qie)→矯直→吹(chui)吸灰→探傷→人工(gong)內外表面檢查→噴標(biao)→收集入庫(ku)。


  三(san)個變形主(zhu)機(ji)由(you)帶管(guan)(guan)坯預旋轉的錐形輥導(dao)板式穿孔機(ji)、5機(ji)架(jia)(jia)PQF限(xian)動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)棒連軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)、12架(jia)(jia)單(dan)獨傳動(dong)(dong)的定徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)組(zu)成,三(san)大(da)主(zhu)機(ji)本體設(she)備(bei)都(dou)由(you)德(de)國MEER公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)設(she)計制(zhi)造,主(zhu)機(ji)設(she)備(bei)前(qian)后臺連線設(she)備(bei)由(you)中冶(ye)京誠工(gong)程(cheng)技術有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)設(she)計,天津賽瑞機(ji)器制(zhi)造有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)制(zhi)造。φ508PQF機(ji)組(zu)采用(yong)更為完善的先進工(gong)藝控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)-CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、嚴格的質量控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)-QAS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、物料跟(gen)蹤(zong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MTS)以及(ji)(ji)在線檢測系(xi)統(tong)(tong)等工(gong)藝控制(zhi)技術,從而確保了熱軋大(da)口徑(jing)(jing)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)生產(chan)的工(gong)藝先進性及(ji)(ji)穩定性。


四、主要工藝設備及性能特點(dian)


  1. 環形加(jia)熱爐(lu)


  環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu)由LOI天(tian)津公司設計及(ji)制作,為降低成本,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)高爐(lu)煤(mei)氣和天(tian)然(ran)氣混(hun)合氣作為燃(ran)料(liao)(liao)。從裝料(liao)(liao)到出料(liao)(liao)共分7個加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)控(kong)制段(duan)(duan)(duan),其中第(di)1~2段(duan)(duan)(duan)為預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)(duan)(duan)為加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)(duan)(duan)為均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan);其中預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)2段(duan)(duan)(duan)和加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)高爐(lu)煤(mei)氣蓄熱(re)(re)(re)(re)燒(shao)嘴,均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)用(yong)(yong)頂置的天(tian)然(ran)氣平焰燒(shao)嘴均熱(re)(re)(re)(re),環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)全(quan)自動、先進、可(ke)(ke)靠的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)工(gong)控(kong)制系(xi)統測量和控(kong)制爐(lu)子的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)工(gong)過程,可(ke)(ke)根據不(bu)同工(gong)況準確匹配(pei)爐(lu)子供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量,保證管坯按(an)最(zui)佳(jia)的工(gong)藝曲線加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)和保溫。


 環形(xing)加熱爐(lu)主要(yao)參數包括:


   中徑(jing):51m;


   爐底寬度:5.4m;


   最大加熱長度:5.0m;


   最大(da)坯重:7620kg;


   最大加熱(re)能力:260t/h;


   最大裝出(chu)料節奏:90p/h。


 2. 錐(zhui)形(xing)輥穿孔機(ji)


   該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。


  由于本機組采(cai)用(yong)的管(guan)坯(pi)直(zhi)徑(jing)(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組管(guan)坯(pi)直(zhi)徑(jing)大(da)(da),管(guan)坯(pi)重量也大(da)(da),為方便(bian)管(guan)坯(pi)咬入(ru),防(fang)止(zhi)前卡事(shi)故,在前臺設置了(le)管(guan)坯(pi)預旋轉裝置,見圖6-17,大(da)(da)管(guan)坯(pi)在推(tui)鋼(gang)機推(tui)入(ru)軋(ya)輥(gun)前在預旋轉的驅(qu)動下旋轉起來,這(zhe)樣很大(da)(da)程度改善了(le)咬入(ru)條件,減少了(le)事(shi)故,提高了(le)軋(ya)輥(gun)壽命(ming)。

  該(gai)穿孔機后(hou)臺一段(duan)有6組三(san)輥定心裝置,后(hou)臺二段(duan)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)采用在(zai)(zai)線小車上下料、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)采用內部(bu)(bu)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)加外部(bu)(bu)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式,當頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)穿廢時隨頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)一起(qi)更(geng)換,見(jian)圖6-18所(suo)示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上料后(hou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水可直接(jie)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)到頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工作段(duan)的(de)內腔(qiang),在(zai)(zai)軋制及間(jian)歇(xie)不管頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在(zai)(zai)什么位(wei)置,都能(neng)通過(guo)內部(bu)(bu)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)水對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)快(kuai)速冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que);在(zai)(zai)軋制間(jian)歇(xie)時頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)回(hui)退到基位(wei)后(hou),進(jin)入(ru)有外部(bu)(bu)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)箱(xiang)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)進(jin)行外部(bu)(bu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que),氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)箱(xiang)中的(de)15道水環(huan)(huan)分(fen)4組控制,從圓周方向分(fen)別對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)不同部(bu)(bu)位(wei)分(fen)別控制時間(jian)控制水量來冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que),從而保證(zheng)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工作段(duan)良好的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)效果。

  在以前18英寸PQF機組基礎上頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷卻(que)形式做(zuo)了(le)很大改(gai)進,見圖6-19(其中(zhong),圖6-19為(wei)本機組頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結構,圖6-19(b)為(wei)原(yuan)18in頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結構),頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由原(yuan)來(lai)的實心體改(gai)為(wei)空腔體,以至(zhi)于內部冷卻(que)水能(neng)一直(zhi)貫通整(zheng)個頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的內腔,使頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的尖(jian)端(duan)及工(gong)作段能(neng)得到徹底(di)冷卻(que),從而延(yan)長(chang)了(le)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)壽(shou)命。

  本機(ji)組的(de)毛管橫移(yi)(yi)采用可伸縮的(de)大(da)擺(bai)臂移(yi)(yi)送到硼(peng)(peng)砂(sha)工(gong)位,吹完(wan)硼(peng)(peng)砂(sha)后由帶(dai)擺(bai)動撥叉(cha)地面小車將毛管移(yi)(yi)送到PQF連軋機(ji)前(qian)臺。


  穿(chuan)孔機主要參數包括:


   最(zui)大/最(zui)小軋輥直徑:1700mm/1550mm;


   最大(da)出口速(su)度:0.8m/s;


   最大(da)軋制力矩:3165kN·m;


   主(zhu)電機(ji)功(gong)率:8200kW×2臺(tai);


   主電機最(zui)大轉(zhuan)速(su):354r/min;


   氣(qi)霧冷卻系統:水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。


 3. PQF連(lian)軋管機(ji)


  本機(ji)(ji)組PQF連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)為5機(ji)(ji)架的(de)(de)軸向(xiang)換(huan)輥(gun)(gun)連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)見圖6-20,優點是隧道式筒形(xing)牌坊剛度及(ji)強度好,傳動(dong)布(bu)置緊湊,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)穩定性好。每架軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)三個互成120°的(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)安裝在獨立的(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)單元一軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)小機(ji)(ji)架內,安裝在隧道上的(de)(de)伺服液壓(ya)小倉,可(ke)以對軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)輥(gun)(gun)縫進行同步調整也可(ke)以單獨調整,即采用(yong)了(le)輥(gun)(gun)縫自動(dong)控制(zhi)系統(HCCS),從而保證了(le)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)質(zhi)量,另外(wai),該(gai)連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)在生產(chan)過程中采用(yong)了(le)工藝過程控制(zhi)系統(PSS),實現(xian)了(le)溫(wen)度補償、咬入沖擊控制(zhi)、錐形(xing)芯棒伺服和頭尾削尖等(deng)功能。


  由(you)于該機組(zu)軋制節奏較慢(man)(最快40s/支),只有(you)在(zai)(zai)線穿芯(xin)棒方式(shi),不設預穿線,減少了芯(xin)棒在(zai)(zai)線數量,減少了芯(xin)棒與毛管接觸時間,減少了毛管的(de)溫降,提高了芯(xin)棒壽(shou)命,節省(sheng)了設備投資。

 連軋機(ji)主要參數(shu)包括:


   荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;


   軋輥直徑:φ1060~1130mm;


   最(zui)大入口(kou)速(su)度:1.5m/s;


   最大出口速度:4.0m/s;


   最(zui)大軋(ya)制力:620kN;


   最大軋(ya)制(zhi)力矩:250kN·m;


   電機功率:1~4號機架(jia)各3×1000kW,5機架(jia)為3×500kW;


   限動力:2900kN;


   限動電機功率:500kW×6臺(tai);


   限動最大前進速度:2.5m/s;


   限動最大(da)返回速度:4.5m/s;


   軋制中限動速(su)度:1.5m/s。


 4. 定徑機(ji)


   采(cai)用12架三輥式定(ding)(ding)徑機(ji)(ji),見圖(tu)6-21,每架都有一(yi)臺電機(ji)(ji)驅動,機(ji)(ji)架采(cai)用傘齒(chi)輪內(nei)傳(chuan)動結構,在機(ji)(ji)架外(wai)有一(yi)根傳(chuan)動軸通過聯軸器與12架組合(he)式的(de)減速器相(xiang)連接,奇偶架的(de)電機(ji)(ji)前(qian)后排上下兩層(ceng)排列,整個定(ding)(ding)徑機(ji)(ji)布置緊湊。該機(ji)(ji)組在定(ding)(ding)徑機(ji)(ji)前(qian)設置了高(gao)壓水除鱗裝置,提高(gao)鋼(gang)管的(de)外(wai)表面質量,延長軋輥壽命(ming)。

五、機組工藝控制系統(tong)和質量保證系統(tong)


   PQF三(san)輥(gun)連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)組數(shu)量的(de)(de)(de)不斷增多,使(shi)得(de)PQF連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)質(zhi)(zhi)量保證系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)不斷提高(gao)完善,從而保證了(le)更好的(de)(de)(de)產品質(zhi)(zhi)量,更高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)成材率和(he)設(she)(she)(she)備利用(yong)率以及(ji)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具消(xiao)耗。整個機(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程管(guan)(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)包括(kuo)通常所說的(de)(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等在內的(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)以及(ji)QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)兩大部分組成。整個熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)線的(de)(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是用(yong)來生(sheng)產計劃(hua)及(ji)生(sheng)產管(guan)(guan)理的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)定徑機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)三(san)部分組成,其中PQF軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)CARTA是核心部分,穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要是工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)設(she)(she)(she)定、頂頭導板(ban)軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)等軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具設(she)(she)(she)計等內容;張(zhang)減機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要是孔(kong)型設(she)(she)(she)計、工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)設(she)(she)(she)定等內容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是用(yong)于熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)線質(zhi)(zhi)量控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)檢測(ce)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。



六(liu)、在線檢測(ce)質量保證系(xi)統QAS


   QAS是一個在(zai)線獨立工作站(zhan),通過對物(wu)料的(de)跟蹤檢測(ce)(ce)(ce),對數據進行收(shou)集分(fen)析(xi)和(he)(he)存(cun)儲(chu),并將(jiang)分(fen)析(xi)的(de)結(jie)果及時反饋給(gei)CARTA系統以(yi)實施對物(wu)料的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi),保(bao)證(zheng)鋼(gang)管質量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)具體內(nei)容(rong)包括:管坯(pi)稱重以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)坯(pi)料超重,實現坯(pi)料跟蹤;環形爐(lu)出口(kou)(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)優化管坯(pi)加熱,滿(man)足穿(chuan)孔及連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)工藝(yi)要(yao)求,確(que)(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管質量(liang);穿(chuan)孔后測(ce)(ce)(ce)長(chang)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)毛管幾何(he)尺寸,確(que)(que)保(bao)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)的(de)咬入及軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)穩定(ding)(ding);芯棒潤(run)滑前測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)滿(man)足芯棒噴涂潤(run)滑劑的(de)工藝(yi)要(yao)求,確(que)(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管內(nei)表面質量(liang)和(he)(he)芯棒使用壽命;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)人口(kou)(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)毛管溫(wen)度(du)確(que)(que)保(bao)軋(ya)機(ji)正常咬入及軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)穩定(ding)(ding)性;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)后測(ce)(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)(ce)長(chang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)出口(kou)(kou)荒管幾何(he)尺寸,確(que)(que)保(bao)荒管壁厚精(jing)度(du);定(ding)(ding)徑前測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)荒管溫(wen)度(du),確(que)(que)保(bao)定(ding)(ding)徑軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)穩定(ding)(ding)性。


七、機(ji)組特點(dian)


 1. 增大管(guan)坯直(zhi)徑,降低穿孔(kong)的擴徑率,提(ti)高毛管(guan)的幾何(he)尺寸精(jing)度(du)


    與相近機組(zu)(zu)相比(如表6-11所示),該機組(zu)(zu)增(zeng)大(da)管(guan)坯(pi)直徑的(de)(de)意義在于:對于環(huan)形爐(lu),大(da)口(kou)徑厚壁管(guan)生(sheng)產時降低了坯(pi)料的(de)(de)長度(du),設(she)計中(zhong)減(jian)少(shao)了環(huan)形爐(lu)的(de)(de)中(zhong)徑,在環(huan)形爐(lu)建設(she)中(zhong)減(jian)少(shao)了近5%投(tou)資;對于穿(chuan)孔機而言,管(guan)坯(pi)外徑增(zeng)大(da)了,但毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)幾何尺寸和同類機組(zu)(zu)一樣(yang),這樣(yang)毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)擴徑率(lv)降低了近10%,在穿(chuan)孔斜軋(ya)過程中(zhong),大(da)大(da)降低了軋(ya)件的(de)(de)橫向變(bian)形,能很好抑制穿(chuan)孔的(de)(de)附加變(bian)形程度(du),提高毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)幾何尺寸精(jing)度(du)。


 2. 穿孔機采用新(xin)型(xing)的頂桿頂頭連接形式和更換方式


    與φ460機組(zu)(zu)相比,天淮(huai)508機組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)后臺二(er)段(duan)形式(shi)徹(che)底改進,針(zhen)對(dui)大機組(zu)(zu)節(jie)奏較(jiao)慢(最快(kuai)40s以上(shang)(shang))的(de)(de)特點,為提高(gao)設備的(de)(de)運(yun)行穩定性,增(zeng)加頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)上(shang)(shang)下料小車,實現(xian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)在(zai)線循環,改變了(le)(le)同類(lei)錐(zhui)形穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機組(zu)(zu)單頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)在(zai)線自動快(kuai)換(huan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭模(mo)式(shi)(設備精(jing)度(du)要求較(jiao)高(gao)),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭和頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)通過過盈錐(zhui)面(mian)配合外(wai)(wai)加定位銷連接,見圖6-19,并(bing)線外(wai)(wai)裝(zhuang)配作業,這樣(yang)減(jian)少了(le)(le)換(huan)規格(ge)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)設備調整(zheng)時間(jian),改進后還(huan)避免生產過程(cheng)中(zhong)在(zai)線頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭安裝(zhuang)不上(shang)(shang)出現(xian)無頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭軋制工藝事故(gu),節(jie)省(sheng)了(le)(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)消耗和工藝事故(gu)擴大化造(zao)成的(de)(de)機械故(gu)障,節(jie)省(sheng)工具(ju)費(fei)用同時提高(gao)了(le)(le)作業率(lv)。另(ling)外(wai)(wai),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)更換(huan)小車形式(shi),換(huan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型時提前準備好(hao)新孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型的(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),10min 內完(wan)成穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)更換(huan),較(jiao)同類(lei)型機組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型更換(huan)時換(huan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)節(jie)省(sheng)近90%的(de)(de)時間(jian)。


 3. 改進了穿孔機組頂(ding)頭(tou)的冷卻方(fang)式(shi)


    天淮φ508機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔頂(ding)(ding)頭的(de)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)方式(shi)(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)了頂(ding)(ding)頭的(de)內(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)并改進(jin)(jin)了外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)方式(shi)(shi),該(gai)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)能直(zhi)接到(dao)(dao)達頂(ding)(ding)頭的(de)腔體內(nei)(見圖6-19),設計時(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)了內(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓(ya),由同(tong)類機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)8bar增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)到(dao)(dao)12bar,提(ti)高(gao)了冷(leng)卻(que)(que)速(su)率。改進(jin)(jin)了外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)的(de)形式(shi)(shi),在(zai)同(tong)類穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭更(geng)換裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)位置(zhi),設計了頂(ding)(ding)頭外(wai)(wai)冷(leng)的(de)專用(yong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)采用(yong)氣霧冷(leng)卻(que)(que)方式(shi)(shi),見圖6-18,并配套電氣控制(zhi)系統,根據頂(ding)(ding)頭規格和溫(wen)度(du)調整噴吹壓(ya)力和時(shi)間,保證頂(ding)(ding)頭冷(leng)卻(que)(que)均勻,避免了軋制(zhi)后的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)頂(ding)(ding)頭由冷(leng)卻(que)(que)不均造(zao)(zao)成頂(ding)(ding)頭開裂報廢。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭內(nei)外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)的(de)方式(shi)(shi),從近半年生產統計鍛造(zao)(zao)頂(ding)(ding)頭的(de)平均壽命達到(dao)(dao)450支(個(ge)別達到(dao)(dao)900支)以上(shang),頂(ding)(ding)頭平均壽命是其他同(tong)類機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)1.5倍以上(shang)。


 4. 連軋短管(guan)模式


    為保(bao)(bao)證大口徑(jing)厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組增加短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)模(mo)式(shi),設計中連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)與脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)間距為11.5m,在生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)短(duan)(duan)(duan)于11.5m大口徑(jing)超(chao)厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)時,開(kai)發連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)的(de)短(duan)(duan)(duan)管(guan)(guan)模(mo)式(shi),在設計過程中考慮實(shi)現(xian)最短(duan)(duan)(duan)8m管(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)電機(ji)(ji)選型時保(bao)(bao)證低(di)速(su)性能穩定(ding),依(yi)靠(kao)限(xian)動齒條將連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)后(hou)管(guan)(guan)送進脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji),這(zhe)時脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)線速(su)度和(he)限(xian)動速(su)度一致,咬入后(hou)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)升速(su)實(shi)現(xian)荒管(guan)(guan)和(he)芯棒脫(tuo)開(kai)。


 5. 為保證大口徑(jing)薄壁管表面質量,移送設(she)備創新(xin)結構,做到(dao)輕拿輕放


    為保證大口(kou)徑(jing)(jing)薄壁(bi)(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)表面質量(liang),防(fang)止(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)移(yi)送過程(cheng)出(chu)現嗑傷(shang)及劃痕(hen)現象,本(ben)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)橫(heng)移(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)及脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)后(hou)橫(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)都(dou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)改進(jin)創新。在(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中,毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥定心(xin)由(you)(you)一個撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)撥(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)(you)另一個撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)接料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)旋轉托輥上(shang)(shang)(shang)吹硼(peng)砂,見圖(tu)(tu)(tu)6-22(a),吹完硼(peng)砂后(hou)由(you)(you)高架(jia)(jia)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車移(yi)送到(dao)帶高度調整的(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍座(zuo)上(shang)(shang)(shang),毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)滾(gun)落到(dao)鞍座(zuo)輥道(dao)上(shang)(shang)(shang)進(jin)而(er)由(you)(you)連軋前(qian)臺的(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂取走(zou);防(fang)止(zhi)大口(kou)徑(jing)(jing)薄壁(bi)(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(特別(bie)是徑(jing)(jing)壁(bi)(bi)大于(yu)48)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)滾(gun)動中出(chu)現的(de)(de)嗑傷(shang)和劃痕(hen),天(tian)淮ф508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)此進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)改進(jin)創新,見圖(tu)(tu)(tu)6-22(b),三(san)輥定心(xin)出(chu)來的(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)由(you)(you)可伸(shen)縮的(de)(de)大擺(bai)臂移(yi)送到(dao)硼(peng)砂工位,吹完硼(peng)砂后(hou)由(you)(you)地面小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車的(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)將(jiang)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)取走(zou),小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車到(dao)行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)后(hou),小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)將(jiang)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)移(yi)到(dao)垂直(zhi)升降(jiang)的(de)(de)放(fang)(fang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)叉(cha),小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)車回(hui)退,然后(hou)由(you)(you)連軋前(qian)臺的(de)(de)回(hui)轉臂取走(zou)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)三(san)次接力傳遞中都(dou)避(bi)(bi)免了(le)(le)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)及鞍座(zuo)臺架(jia)(jia)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)滾(gun)動沖擊,都(dou)是輕拿輕放(fang)(fang),避(bi)(bi)免了(le)(le)嗑傷(shang)和劃痕(hen),提(ti)高了(le)(le)表面質量(liang)。另外,本(ben)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)在(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)橫(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)冷床入口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)(le)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)防(fang)護機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou),見圖(tu)(tu)(tu)6-23,當鏈(lian)床的(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)臂抬(tai)起過程(cheng)中附帶在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)臂上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)防(fang)護板(ban)也(ye)隨(sui)之升起以保護鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)防(fang)止(zhi)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)(shang)嗑傷(shang),當撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)臂落下時反(fan)向連桿(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)使防(fang)護板(ban)也(ye)落下,將(jiang)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)慢慢放(fang)(fang)下,從而(er)避(bi)(bi)免了(le)(le)在(zai)以前(qian)18in機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)上(shang)(shang)(shang)薄臂管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)冷床入口(kou)嗑傷(shang)的(de)(de)后(hou)果。在(zai)天(tian)淮φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中,類似以上(shang)(shang)(shang)保護措施(shi)及結構(gou)應用(yong)較多,進(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)高了(le)(le)大口(kou)徑(jing)(jing)薄壁(bi)(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)表面質量(liang)。

八(ba)、結論


Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組(zu)是(shi)當(dang)今世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)大的熱連軋(ya)管(guan)生產機(ji)組(zu),擁有了世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)先進的工藝設計和(he)過程(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)水平,同(tong)時設計過程(cheng)中對同(tong)類機(ji)組(zu)的不(bu)足之處和(he)薄弱環節進行了重大改進,創新了5項(xiang)技術:


  1. 在(zai)吸收(shou)以往的(de)MPM和(he)(he)PQF機(ji)組(zu)經(jing)驗的(de)基礎上,采用(yong)8200kW大(da)功率穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)加大(da)了(le)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)的(de)變(bian)形(xing)量(liang),減(jian)小(xiao)了(le)后續工序變(bian)形(xing),穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)的(de)延(yan)伸系數(shu)最大(da)能(neng)夠達到4.7。并設計(ji)減(jian)小(xiao)了(le)穿(chuan)孔(kong)毛管(guan)與連(lian)軋芯(xin)棒之間的(de)間隙,因此更有利于生產薄壁(bi)(bi)管(guan)和(he)(he)高合金管(guan),已成功生產的(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)徑壁(bi)(bi)比(bi)達到56。同時最大(da)限度地(di)消(xiao)除了(le)PQF軋機(ji)的(de)內壁(bi)(bi)傷問題,提高了(le)鋼(gang)管(guan)壁(bi)(bi)厚精(jing)度和(he)(he)均(jun)勻度。表6-12及圖(tu)6-24為φ508mm機(ji)組(zu)生產的(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)取(qu)樣情況:A~H為沿鋼(gang)管(guan)同一斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)測(ce)得的(de)8個壁(bi)(bi)厚數(shu)據(ju)。由圖(tu)表可知(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)各斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)的(de)壁(bi)(bi)厚偏差率都(dou)在(zai)±8%以內。

  2. 穿孔機組采用新(xin)型(xing)的頂(ding)桿和頂(ding)頭(tou)連接(jie)和更換方式,保證設備運行穩定,減少了事故,提高(gao)了作(zuo)業(ye)率,降(jiang)低了頂(ding)桿費用。


  3. 穿孔(kong)機(ji)組(zu)頂頭增加了內水(shui)冷(leng)并設計外水(shui)冷(leng)裝置,保證頂頭冷(leng)卻(que)均勻,提(ti)高(gao)了頂頭冷(leng)卻(que)效果,頂頭壽命(ming)提(ti)高(gao)近50%,為同類機(ji)組(zu)提(ti)供了改(gai)進技(ji)術。


  4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口(kou)徑(jing)厚壁管(guan)的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。


  5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄壁管(guan)移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
