限流孔板(ban)(Restriction Orifice)是在板(ban)面上開一個小錐孔(該小錐孔的尺寸由(you)工藝專業(ye)提(ti)出(chu)),如圖4-19所示。它也應有兩(liang)個和匹配法蘭同樣的密封面。限流孔板(ban)可以作為流量測量(liang)(liang)元件用來測量(liang)(liang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang),也可以作為(wei)(wei)節流(liu)(liu)元件用來限定(ding)(ding)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)降(jiang)低壓(ya)力(li)(li)。當孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板前后存在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)差,流(liu)(liu)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)經(jing)(jing)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板,對于一(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)的孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑,流(liu)(liu)經(jing)(jing)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板的流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)隨(sui)著壓(ya)差增(zeng)大而增(zeng)大。但當壓(ya)差超過某(mou)一(yi)(yi)數(shu)值(稱為(wei)(wei)臨界壓(ya)差)時,流(liu)(liu)體(ti)通過孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板縮(suo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)處的流(liu)(liu)速達到(dao)音速,這時,無(wu)論壓(ya)差如何增(zeng)加,流(liu)(liu)經(jing)(jing)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板的流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)將維持在(zai)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)數(shu)值而不(bu)再增(zeng)加。限流(liu)(liu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板就是根據(ju)這一(yi)(yi)原理(li)來限定(ding)(ding)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)的流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)降(jiang)低壓(ya)力(li)(li)的。限流(liu)(liu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板按孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板上(shang)開孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板和(he)(he)多(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板;按孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板數(shu)量(liang)(liang)可分(fen)為(wei)(wei)單級和(he)(he)多(duo)級。
限流孔(kong)板主要(yao)使用在下(xia)列(lie)場合:
①. 工藝物料需要降壓的(de)場合。
②. 在管道中閥門(men)上(shang)、下游需要有較大壓降(jiang)時(shi),為減少流體對閥門(men)的沖蝕(shi),當經孔板節流不會產生氣(qi)相時(shi),可在閥門(men)上(shang)游串聯孔板。
③. 流體需(xu)要(yao)小流量且連續流通的地(di)方,如泵(beng)的沖洗管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)、熱備用泵(beng)的旁路管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(低流量保護管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao))、分析取樣(yang)管(guan)(guan)等場(chang)所。
④. 需要降壓以減少(shao)噪聲或磨損的地方,如放空(kong)系(xi)統。
限流孔板(ban)有關的標準有:HG/T 20570.15、ISO 5167和GB/T 2624。
混(hun)(hun)合孔(kong)板(ban)(Mixing Orifice)是在(zai)板(ban)面(mian)上開設(she)一個(ge)或若干個(ge)小(xiao)孔(kong),以便于兩種介質在(zai)經過混(hun)(hun)合孔(kong)板(ban)時能充分混(hun)(hun)合而達到(dao)工藝操作的(de)目的(de)。它也應有兩個(ge)和匹配法蘭同樣的(de)密(mi)封面(mian)。
