限流(liu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)(Restriction Orifice)是在(zai)板(ban)面(mian)上開一(yi)個小(xiao)錐孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(該小(xiao)錐孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的尺寸(cun)由(you)工藝專(zhuan)業提出),如(ru)圖4-19所示。它也(ye)應有兩個和(he)匹配法蘭同樣的密封面(mian)。限流(liu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)板(ban)可以作(zuo)為流(liu)量(liang)測量元件(jian)用(yong)來測量流量,也可以作(zuo)為節流元件(jian)用(yong)來限(xian)(xian)定(ding)流量和降低壓力。當孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)前(qian)后存在一定(ding)壓差(cha)(cha),流體(ti)(ti)流經孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),對于一定(ding)的(de)孔徑(jing),流經孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)流量隨(sui)著(zhu)壓差(cha)(cha)增大而增大。但(dan)當壓差(cha)(cha)超(chao)過某(mou)一數值(zhi)(稱為臨(lin)界(jie)壓差(cha)(cha))時,流體(ti)(ti)通過孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)縮孔處的(de)流速達到音速,這時,無(wu)論(lun)壓差(cha)(cha)如何增加,流經孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)流量將(jiang)維(wei)持在一定(ding)數值(zhi)而不再(zai)增加。限(xian)(xian)流孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)就是根據這一原(yuan)理(li)來限(xian)(xian)定(ding)流體(ti)(ti)的(de)流量和降低壓力的(de)。限(xian)(xian)流孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)按孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上開(kai)孔數量分(fen)為單孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和多孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban);按孔板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)數量可分(fen)為單級和多級。

 限(xian)流孔(kong)板主(zhu)要使(shi)用在(zai)下列(lie)場合:


   ①. 工藝物(wu)料(liao)需要降壓的場合。


   ②. 在管道中閥門上、下游需要有(you)較大壓降(jiang)時,為減少流體對閥門的沖蝕,當經孔板(ban)節流不會產生(sheng)氣(qi)相時,可在閥門上游串聯(lian)孔板(ban)。


   ③. 流(liu)(liu)體(ti)需(xu)要(yao)小流(liu)(liu)量且連(lian)續流(liu)(liu)通的地方,如泵(beng)的沖洗管道、熱備用泵(beng)的旁路管道(低(di)流(liu)(liu)量保護管道)、分(fen)析取樣管等場所。


   ④. 需要(yao)降壓以減少噪(zao)聲或磨損的地方(fang),如放空系(xi)統(tong)。


  限流(liu)孔(kong)板(ban)有(you)(you)關(guan)的標準有(you)(you):HG/T 20570.15、ISO 5167和GB/T 2624。



 混合孔板(ban)(Mixing Orifice)是在(zai)板(ban)面(mian)上開設一個(ge)或(huo)若干個(ge)小孔,以(yi)便于兩(liang)種介質在(zai)經過混合孔板(ban)時能充分混合而達到工藝操作的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。它(ta)也應(ying)有兩(liang)個(ge)和匹配法(fa)蘭同(tong)樣的(de)(de)密封面(mian)。
