2003年(nian),衡(heng)鋼拉開(kai)二次創業的(de)序幕,進入新一(yi)輪大技改(gai)(gai)時期,相(xiang)繼建成了(le)二連軋項(xiang)目(mu)、大管(guan)坯(pi)項(xiang)目(mu)、套(tao)管(guan)加工生產線等(deng)一(yi)大批(pi)管(guan)國(guo)家、省市(shi)重點工程。2007年(nian),圍繞“十(shi)一(yi)五”發展規劃,實施了(le)ф108mm機(ji)組改(gai)(gai)造(zao),啟動了(le)特大口徑(jing)軋機(ji)、煉鐵(tie)系統建設。2000年(nian)至2007年(nian),衡(heng)鋼開(kai)發油田用(yong)管(guan)新鋼種(zhong)35個,擁有自(zi)主知(zhi)識產權的(de)經(jing)濟型油氣(qi)用(yong)管(guan)HS系列用(yong)鋼種(zhong)6個,自(zi)主開(kai)發的(de)HSM特殊(shu)扣申(shen)請了(le)專(zhuan)利(li)。
