  1998-2007年(nian)(nian),衡陽華(hua)菱不銹鋼管(guan)廠以減員增效、剝(bo)離輔助、三項(xiang)制(zhi)度改(gai)革等為主要(yao)內(nei)容(rong),加(jia)快轉機(ji)建制(zhi)步伐。按照建立“政企分開(kai)、權責明(ming)確、產權清晰、管(guan)理科學”的(de)現代企業制(zhi)度的(de)要(yao)求,衡鋼以資產經營為紐帶(dai),大力推(tui)進“分離輔助、精干主體”的(de)企業改(gai)制(zhi)工(gong)作,1998年(nian)(nian)至1999年(nian)(nian),共剝(bo)離9個輔助部門。在集團公司的(de)扶植下,輔助單位自我生存能力不斷增強。

   強化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)創(chuang)新,“提檔加速(su)”進(jin)軍(jun)高端產品(pin)市場(chang)。在引進(jin)和(he)消(xiao)化(hua)吸(xi)收國外先進(jin)無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)生產裝備和(he)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)基礎上,衡鋼插上科(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)新的(de)“翅膀”,開始在無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)制造(zao)的(de)領(ling)域(yu)啟航并騰飛(fei)。從1987年到1997年,衡鋼進(jin)行了大小(xiao)130余項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)改造(zao)和(he)700余項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)改進(jin),完(wan)成重大科(ke)研(yan)項(xiang)目38個(ge),新技(ji)術(shu)推廣(guang)14個(ge),其(qi)中(zhong)5項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)獲國家專利(li)、6項(xiang)獲省冶金系統科(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步獎、10項(xiang)處于國內領(ling)先地位(wei)。其(qi)中(zhong),企業自行設(she)計的(de)ф108mm三輥高精度熱軋(ya)無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)機組(zu)有效填補了中(zhong)厚壁鋼管(guan)(guan)生產的(de)空白,引進(jin)消(xiao)化(hua)吸(xi)收的(de)Φ89mm半浮(fu)芯棒連軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機組(zu)使企業在高壓(ya)鍋爐管(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)市場(chang)上搶占先機。


  2003年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)拉開二次(ci)創(chuang)業的序幕,進入新一(yi)輪大技改時(shi)期,相繼建成了(le)二連(lian)軋項(xiang)目、大管(guan)(guan)坯項(xiang)目、套(tao)管(guan)(guan)加工(gong)生產線等(deng)一(yi)大批(pi)管(guan)(guan)國家、省市重點工(gong)程。2007年(nian),圍繞“十一(yi)五(wu)”發(fa)展(zhan)規劃(hua),實施了(le)ф108mm機(ji)組改造,啟(qi)動了(le)特大口徑(jing)軋機(ji)、煉鐵系(xi)統建設。2000年(nian)至2007年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)開發(fa)油(you)田(tian)用管(guan)(guan)新鋼(gang)種35個(ge),擁有自(zi)主知識(shi)產權的經濟型油(you)氣用管(guan)(guan)HS系(xi)列(lie)用鋼(gang)種6個(ge),自(zi)主開發(fa)的HSM特殊扣申請了(le)專利。


  2008年(nian)至2018年(nian),衡(heng)陽華菱不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠品種結構調整向高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)級(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)變(bian)、向具有自(zi)主知識產(chan)(chan)權產(chan)(chan)品轉(zhuan)變(bian)邁出(chu)堅實(shi)步(bu)伐(fa),高(gao)端產(chan)(chan)品產(chan)(chan)量穩(wen)(wen)步(bu)增長,拳頭產(chan)(chan)品市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)占(zhan)有率進一步(bu)擴大(da)(da),新產(chan)(chan)品開發能力不(bu)斷提升,成為抵御(yu)市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)風險、增強創效(xiao)能力的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要砝(fa)碼。2008年(nian)成功開發HS80N抗(kang)(kang)扭套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HS80-3Cr抗(kang)(kang)腐蝕套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)級(ji)(ji)臂架用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)7個(ge)新產(chan)(chan)品。2009年(nian)油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)(chan)量進入(ru)(ru)行業前(qian)三(san)強,成功開發直(zhi)(zhi)連型小套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-2特(te)殊扣、3Cr-13Cr油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱(re)采井套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)7個(ge)新產(chan)(chan)品。2010年(nian)開發新產(chan)(chan)品6個(ge),具有自(zi)主知識產(chan)(chan)權的(de)HSM特(te)殊扣銷(xiao)量突破(po)2萬噸,同比增長100%。2011年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國華電(dian)集團(tuan)華電(dian)重(zhong)(zhong)工裝(zhuang)備有限公(gong)司(si)簽訂電(dian)力“四(si)大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道”第一單(dan),填(tian)補了(le)衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)在(zai)電(dian)力“四(si)大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道”市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)業績空(kong)白(bai)的(de)歷史,打(da)破(po)了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國電(dian)力“四(si)大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道”長期依賴進口(kou)的(de)格局。2014年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)在(zai)高(gao)端油(you)氣(qi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壓力容器用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、機械(xie)加(jia)(jia)工用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)國產(chan)(chan)化進程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)“提檔(dang)加(jia)(jia)速(su)”。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),大(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)拖車氣(qi)瓶、P91、13Cr、Gr.8、海工管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、石油(you)機械(xie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)重(zhong)(zhong)點品種的(de)技(ji)術障礙得以掃除,C110、V150油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)實(shi)現穩(wen)(wen)定生產(chan)(chan)。2015年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)全面啟動第三(san)輪結構調整,部(bu)分高(gao)端產(chan)(chan)品市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)取得突破(po),P91高(gao)鍋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鉆具用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)銷(xiao)量大(da)(da)幅增長,L80-13Cr PSL3油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS直(zhi)(zhi)連型油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)實(shi)現批量生產(chan)(chan)。HSM-2特(te)殊扣批量進入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)海油(you)、江漢油(you)田(tian)。4145、4147牌號(hao)大(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)氣(qi)瓶用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)首次出(chu)口(kou)美國。C110油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大(da)(da)批量供貨塔里木、西北(bei)局,石油(you)機械(xie)加(jia)(jia)工用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進入(ru)(ru)斯(si)倫(lun)貝謝,V150高(gao)強高(gao)韌(ren)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進軍(jun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)東(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)亞(ya)特(te)殊市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)。公(gong)司(si)成功開發SQ14型150x150熱(re)軋車軸用(yong)(yong)(yong)無縫方管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壁厚(hou)≤30mm的(de)C110高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)級(ji)(ji)機械(xie)加(jia)(jia)工用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-3特(te)殊扣套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS雙(shuang)臺肩螺紋直(zhi)(zhi)連型油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。范圍(wei):ф(68~219)mmx(4.5~40)mm,年(nian)設計能力為25萬噸。


  2008-2018年,衡(heng)陽華菱(ling)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管廠(chang)共有29個(ge)項目獲(huo)市級及(ji)(ji)以上科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進步(bu)(bu)獎(jiang),國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進步(bu)(bu)獎(jiang)實(shi)現從(cong)無到有,“電弧(hu)爐煉鋼(gang)復(fu)合吹(chui)煉技(ji)術的研(yan)究應用”榮(rong)獲(huo)2016年度國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進步(bu)(bu)二等獎(jiang)。P91無縫鋼(gang)管及(ji)(ji)其(qi)制(zhi)備(bei)方法獲(huo)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)專利優秀獎(jiang),另有5個(ge)專利在湖(hu)南省、衡(heng)陽市獲(huo)獎(jiang)。國(guo)(guo)際專利申(shen)請實(shi)現突破,首次實(shi)施PCT專利申(shen)請2個(ge)。主持制(zhi)定國(guo)(guo)家和行業標準9個(ge),其(qi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)標5個(ge)、行標4個(ge)。
