用管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送原油(you)(you)(you)、成品油(you)(you)(you)和液化石油(you)(you)(you)氣的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程。一(yi)般包(bao)括(kuo)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及(ji)輔助設(she)施(shi)等工(gong)(gong)程內容。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)系統(tong)是(shi)各類型輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)及(ji)有關(guan)設(she)施(shi)的(de)(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)程中各類工(gong)(gong)藝站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。首(shou)(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)起(qi)點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。中間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)首(shou)(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間設(she)有的(de)(de)各類站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)(de)統(tong)稱(cheng)。分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)沿線,為(wei)分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)品至用戶(hu)而設(she)置的(de)(de)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場。中間加熱站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)首(shou)(shou)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間以加熱設(she)施(shi)為(wei)主的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)終點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
(1)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油管道工(gong)程設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)(suan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油量(liang)(liang)(liang)時,年工(gong)作天數應按350天計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)(suan)。應按設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)委(wei)托(tuo)書或設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)合同(tong)規定的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(年輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)、月輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)、日(ri)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang))作為設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)最(zui)小輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)應符合經濟及安全輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送條(tiao)件。
(2)輸(shu)油管(guan)道設計(ji)宜(yi)采用(yong)密(mi)閉輸(shu)送(song)工藝。若采用(yong)其(qi)他輸(shu)送(song)工藝,應進行技(ji)術(shu)經濟論證,并說明其(qi)可行性。當管(guan)輸(shu)多種(zhong)油品時,宜(yi)采用(yong)順序(xu)輸(shu)送(song)工藝。若采用(yong)專管(guan)專用(yong)輸(shu)送(song)工藝,應進行技(ji)術(shu)經濟論證。
(3)輸油管(guan)道系(xi)統輸送工(gong)藝(yi)方案應依據設計內(nei)壓力(li)、管(guan)道管(guan)型及(ji)鋼種等級、管(guan)徑、壁(bi)厚(hou)、輸送方式、輸油站數(shu)、順序輸送油品批次(ci)等,以多(duo)個組合方案進行比選(xuan),確定(ding)最佳輸油工(gong)藝(yi)方案。
(4)管(guan)輸原油(you)質(zhi)量應(ying)(ying)符合(he)國家(jia)現行標準SY/T 7513的(de)規定;管(guan)輸液(ye)態液(ye)化石(shi)油(you)氣的(de)質(zhi)量應(ying)(ying)符合(he)現行國家(jia)標準GB 9052.1或(huo)GB11174的(de)規定;管(guan)輸其他成品(pin)油(you)質(zhi)量應(ying)(ying)符合(he)國家(jia)現行產品(pin)標準。
(5)輸油(you)管(guan)道系統輸送工藝(yi)總流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)圖應標注首站(zhan)、中間(jian)站(zhan)、末站(zhan)的輸油(you)量,進(jin)出站(zhan)壓力及油(you)溫等主(zhu)要工藝(yi)參(can)數。并注明線路(lu)截斷閥(fa)、大型穿(chuan)跨越、各站(zhan)間(jian)及里程(cheng)(cheng)、高程(cheng)(cheng)(注明是否有翻(fan)越點)。
(6)輸(shu)油管(guan)(guan)道(dao)系統輸(shu)送(song)工(gong)藝設計應(ying)包括(kuo)水力和(he)熱力計算,并進行穩態(tai)和(he)瞬(shun)態(tai)水力分析,提出(chu)輸(shu)油管(guan)(guan)道(dao)在密閉輸(shu)送(song)中(zhong)瞬(shun)變流(liu)動過程的控制(zhi)方法。
(7)輸(shu)油管道的(de)設計應(ying)符合(he)現行國(guo)家標準(zhun)GB50253的(de)規(gui)定,其(qi)穿(chuan)跨越工程設計應(ying)符合(he)國(guo)家現行標準(zhun) SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的(de)有關規(gui)定。
(8)原油(you)管道、成品(pin)油(you)管道和液態液化石油(you)氣(LPG)管道系統輸(shu)送工藝的計算及成品(pin).油(you)順序輸(shu)送混油(you)段長度計算應按(an)現(xian)行國(guo)家標準GB 50253有關(guan)規定(ding)計算。埋地的(de)(de)原油輸送管道的(de)(de)沿線(xian)溫降應按現行國家標準GB 50253有關規定計(ji)算。
(9)原(yuan)油管道輸送要求(qiu):
根據被(bei)輸(shu)送原油(you)的(de)物理化學(xue)性質及其流變性,通過優化比選,選擇最佳輸(shu)送方式;
加(jia)(jia)熱輸送的埋地原油管(guan)道(dao),優選加(jia)(jia)熱溫(wen)度;管(guan)道(dao)是否需保溫(wen),進行管(guan)道(dao)保溫(wen)與(yu)不保溫(wen)的技術經(jing)濟(ji)比較,確定合理(li)方案。
(10)成品油(you)管(guan)道輸送要(yao)求:
按設計(ji)委(wei)托書或設計(ji)合同(tong)規定的成品(pin)油輸(shu)量(liang)、品(pin)種與(yu)各(ge)品(pin)種的比例,以及分(fen)輸(shu)、輸(shu)入數量(liang),進行(xing)成品(pin)油管道(dao)系統輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)設計(ji);
輸送多品種(zhong)成品油時,宜采用單管(guan)順序輸送。油品批量輸送的排(pai)列順序,將(jiang)油品性質(zhi)相近(jin)的緊鄰排(pai)列;
成品油順序輸送管道,在輸油站(zhan)間不宜設置副(fu)管;
在順序(xu)輸送高黏度成品油(you)(如重(zhong)油(you))時(shi)宜使用隔(ge)離裝置;
多品種成(cheng)品油順序輸(shu)送管道(dao),采(cai)用(yong)連(lian)續輸(shu)送方式;當采(cai)用(yong)間歇輸(shu)送時,應采(cai)取措施(shi)以減(jian)少混油量;
采用旁接油(you)罐輸(shu)(shu)送(song)工藝,當多(duo)種(zhong)油(you)品(pin)順序輸(shu)(shu)送(song)混油(you)界面通過泵(beng)站時,應切(qie)換成(cheng)泵(beng)到泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)工藝;
根據油(you)罐區(qu)的(de)建設和營(ying)運費用與混油(you)貶值造成的(de)費用損失兩個方(fang)面進行綜合比較后,確定最佳(jia)循環(huan)次數。
(11)液態(tai)液化石油氣(qi)(LPG)管道輸送要(yao)求(qiu):
按(an)設計(ji)委(wei)托書或(huo)設計(ji)合同規定(ding)的(de)液態(tai)液化石油氣輸(shu)量、組(zu)分與各組(zu)分的(de)比(bi)例,進行液態(tai)液化石油氣管(guan)道系統輸(shu)送工(gong)藝設計(ji);
液(ye)態液(ye)化石(shi)(shi)(shi)油氣(qi)在管道(dao)中輸送(song)時(shi),沿線(xian)任何一(yi)點的(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)都必須(xu)高(gao)于輸送(song)溫度(du)下(xia)液(ye)化石(shi)(shi)(shi)油氣(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓(ya)。沿線(xian)各中間站的(de)進站壓(ya)力(li)(li)應(ying)比同溫度(du)下(xia)液(ye)化石(shi)(shi)(shi)油氣(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)高(gao)1.0MPa,末站進儲罐前的(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)應(ying)比同溫度(du)下(xia)液(ye)化石(shi)(shi)(shi)油氣(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)高(gao)0.5MPa。
液態液化石油氣在管道內(nei)的平(ping)均流(liu)速,應經技術(shu)經濟(ji)比較后確定,但要注意因管內(nei)摩(mo)阻升溫而需另(ling)行冷(leng)卻的能耗,可取0.8~1.4m/s,但最(zui)大(da)不應超過(guo)3m/s。
