在大容(rong)積氣(qi)瓶(ping)(ping)用(yong)無縫鋼管(guan)國(guo)產(chan)化的(de)(de)初期,國(guo)內使用(yong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)制造工(gong)(gong)藝是連軋管(guan)+斜扎式熱(re)擴(kuo)工(gong)(gong)藝和周(zhou)期軋管(guan)+拉(la)拔(ba)式熱(re)擴(kuo)工(gong)(gong)藝,直徑以(yi)ф559mm和ф610mm為(wei)主(zhu),壁(bi)厚公差0~27.5%,鋼管(guan)的(de)(de)實(shi)際重量往(wang)往(wang)超(chao)出理論重量的(de)(de)12%以(yi)上。并(bing)且這(zhe)兩種工(gong)(gong)藝制造的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)尺(chi)寸精度較(jiao)低,壁(bi)厚均(jun)勻性(xing)較(jiao)差,內外表面(mian)殘留有較(jiao)深的(de)(de)螺旋痕跡,影響了(le)(le)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭力。國(guo)內嚴(yan)格(ge)規定長管(guan)拖車(che)(che)的(de)(de)滿載質量不(bu)能超(chao)過(guo)40噸。由(you)于國(guo)內大容(rong)積氣(qi)瓶(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)設計較(jiao)為(wei)保守(shou),為(wei)了(le)(le)降低整車(che)(che)重量而提高運輸(shu)效率(lv),氣(qi)瓶(ping)(ping)制造單位要(yao)求(qiu)所用(yong)無縫鋼管(guan)的(de)(de)直徑越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)大,要(yao)求(qiu)制造精度越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)嚴(yan)格(ge),實(shi)際重量超(chao)出理論重量的(de)(de)比例越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)小,使得連軋管(guan)+斜扎式熱(re)擴(kuo)工(gong)(gong)藝和周(zhou)期軋管(guan)+拉(la)拔(ba)式熱(re)擴(kuo)工(gong)(gong)藝越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)不(bu)適應市(shi)(shi)場(chang)的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
