大(da)容(rong)(rong)(rong)積(ji)無(wu)縫(feng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)通(tong)常是指外徑為Φ559mm或以上且水容(rong)(rong)(rong)積(ji)超過(guo)150升的(de)(de)(de)(de)無(wu)縫(feng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping),通(tong)常用(yong)(yong)來(lai)組裝成長管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)拖車運(yun)輸高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體。由于(yu)國(guo)家能(neng)源(yuan)戰略的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)及環境保(bao)護的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),天(tian)然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在一次能(neng)源(yuan)消費中的(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong)逐(zhu)年(nian)增大(da),氫能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)也在逐(zhu)步(bu)推(tui)廣,促使(shi)長管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)拖車快速發展。據不(bu)完全統計,國(guo)內(nei)(nei)長管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)拖車的(de)(de)(de)(de)數量于(yu)2016年(nian)已經突(tu)破一萬輛,其(qi)中90%的(de)(de)(de)(de)長管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)拖車用(yong)(yong)于(yu)運(yun)輸壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮天(tian)然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),其(qi)余的(de)(de)(de)(de)長管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)拖車用(yong)(yong)于(yu)運(yun)輸高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)氦氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。國(guo)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮天(tian)然(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)質復雜多樣,對高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)有應(ying)力腐蝕(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)則有可能(neng)使(shi)高(gao)強鋼(gang)發生氫脆,并且高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)還要(yao)(yao)經受疲勞載荷(he)(he)、沖擊載荷(he)(he)、極端環境溫(wen)度和(he)充卸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)過(guo)程中溫(wen)差(cha)變(bian)化(hua)引起的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力載荷(he)(he),因此,對大(da)容(rong)(rong)(rong)積(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制造有很高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。從2001年(nian)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)第一只大(da)容(rong)(rong)(rong)積(ji)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)瓶(ping)試制成功到2008年(nian),國(guo)內(nei)(nei)大(da)容(rong)(rong)(rong)積(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)用(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)完全依賴(lai)進(jin)口,國(guo)外制造廠商(shang)主要(yao)(yao)為意大(da)利Dalmine工廠和(he)美(mei)國(guo)聯合(he)鋼(gang)鐵公(gong)司。2008年(nian),天(tian)津鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)集(ji)團三圓(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材有限公(gong)司和(he)攀(pan)鋼(gang)集(ji)團成都鋼(gang)釩有限分別開發了大(da)容(rong)(rong)(rong)積(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)用(yong)(yong)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),逐(zhu)步(bu)取代了進(jin)口。


  在大(da)容(rong)積(ji)氣(qi)瓶(ping)用(yong)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼管(guan)(guan)國(guo)(guo)產化的(de)(de)(de)初期(qi),國(guo)(guo)內使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)(yao)(yao)制造工(gong)藝(yi)是連軋管(guan)(guan)+斜扎式(shi)(shi)熱(re)擴工(gong)藝(yi)和周(zhou)期(qi)軋管(guan)(guan)+拉拔式(shi)(shi)熱(re)擴工(gong)藝(yi),直(zhi)徑(jing)以(yi)ф559mm和ф610mm為(wei)(wei)主,壁厚公差(cha)0~27.5%,鋼管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)重(zhong)量往往超出理論重(zhong)量的(de)(de)(de)12%以(yi)上。并且這兩種工(gong)藝(yi)制造的(de)(de)(de)產品尺寸精度較(jiao)低,壁厚均勻性較(jiao)差(cha),內外(wai)表面殘留有較(jiao)深的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)旋痕跡,影響(xiang)了(le)產品的(de)(de)(de)市場(chang)競爭力。國(guo)(guo)內嚴(yan)格(ge)規(gui)定長管(guan)(guan)拖車的(de)(de)(de)滿載質量不能超過40噸。由于(yu)國(guo)(guo)內大(da)容(rong)積(ji)氣(qi)瓶(ping)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)保守,為(wei)(wei)了(le)降低整車重(zhong)量而(er)提(ti)高運輸效(xiao)率,氣(qi)瓶(ping)制造單位要(yao)(yao)(yao)求所用(yong)無(wu)縫(feng)鋼管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)徑(jing)越(yue)來越(yue)大(da),要(yao)(yao)(yao)求制造精度越(yue)來越(yue)嚴(yan)格(ge),實際(ji)重(zhong)量超出理論重(zhong)量的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)例越(yue)來越(yue)小,使得連軋管(guan)(guan)+斜扎式(shi)(shi)熱(re)擴工(gong)藝(yi)和周(zhou)期(qi)軋管(guan)(guan)+拉拔式(shi)(shi)熱(re)擴工(gong)藝(yi)越(yue)來越(yue)不適應市場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。
