截至目前(qian),中鋼邢機(ji)(ji)已擁(yong)有(you)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)授(shou)權(quan)專利500余項,其中發明專利200余項,始終保持中國(guo)(guo)軋輥(gun)首研(yan)首發的(de)(de)技術領先(xian)地位(wei)。今年以來,面對當前(qian)復雜的(de)(de)外部環境和嚴峻的(de)(de)市(shi)場形勢,中鋼邢機(ji)(ji)針對影響用戶軋線高效運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)“卡脖(bo)子”問題(ti),立課題(ti)、抓創新、搞攻關,持續(xu)推(tui)進(jin)軋輥(gun)制造向高端、智能、綠色(se)、高效化迭(die)代(dai)升級(ji)。中鋼邢機(ji)(ji)先(xian)后培育打造了CPR花紋輥(gun)專用輥(gun)、SPR平整機(ji)(ji)專用輥(gun)、ESP、MCCR及超(chao)薄(bo)帶專用輥(gun)、不(bu)銹鋼軋線和軌梁軋線高速(su)鋼軋輥(gun)等一大(da)批擁(yong)有(you)自主知識產權(quan)的(de)(de)高端軋輥(gun)新品(pin)和迭(die)代(dai)品(pin),產品(pin)實(shi)物質量、性能指標、使(shi)用效果均(jun)達到國(guo)(guo)際(ji)先(xian)進(jin)水平。
