  某管(guan)廊框(kuang)架結(jie)(jie)構的荷(he)載(zai)條件設(she)(she)計時,該設(she)(she)計單位管(guan)道專(zhuan)業給結(jie)(jie)構專(zhuan)業的垂直荷(he)載(zai)數(shu)據普遍(bian)偏大(da)了(le)至少(shao)5倍,造成結(jie)(jie)構梁柱比正常粗大(da)了(le)很多,結(jie)(jie)構立面(mian)水平斜(xie)撐比正常多了(le)不少(shao)。


  某現(xian)(xian)(xian)場管(guan)線剛投入(ru)試運行幾天,就發(fa)現(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)廊上某工藝毒(du)性管(guan)線泄漏,幸(xing)虧巡檢人員及時(shi)發(fa)現(xian)(xian)(xian),未造成嚴重(zhong)后果。經查發(fa)現(xian)(xian)(xian)是因為(wei)壓力管(guan)道設(she)計人員遺漏了自(zi)然補償彎(wan)設(she)計,運行后引起(qi)管(guan)線彎(wan)頭應力超標而(er)裂縫泄漏。
