1. 堿性(xing)銅電刷鍍液的性(xing)質


  堿(jian)性銅電刷鍍液(ye)呈微堿(jian)性,pH為(wei)7~8,顯(xian)藍紫色。銅離(li)子含量均為(wei)50g/L,20℃時相對密度為(wei)1.13,電導率為(wei)0.142 Ω-1·cm-1。工作通風要(yao)好,不(bu)要(yao)用手(shou)接(jie)觸鍍液(ye)。



2. 堿性銅電(dian)刷鍍(du)新的性質及(ji)用(yong)途


  堿性銅(tong)電(dian)刷(shua)鍍銅(tong)層(ceng)結晶致密(mi),結合力好多(duo)用作(zuo)過渡層(ceng)或中間層(ceng)、釬焊(han)層(ceng)和導電(dian)層(ceng),防滲(shen)碳(tan)和防氮(dan)化層(ceng)。

4. 堿(jian)性銅電刷鍍液的配制


  以(yi)(yi)配方3為例,在1000mL燒(shao)杯中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)銅(tong)250g,蒸(zheng)(zheng)餾水(shui)250mL,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie),冷(leng)(leng)卻至20℃,量(liang)取二乙胺(an)250mL,在攪(jiao)拌(ban)下緩(huan)慢滴入(ru)(ru)(ru)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)銅(tong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye),由于是放熱(re)反(fan)應,溫度(du)升(sheng)高后要冷(leng)(leng)卻后再加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)。在500mL的燒(shao)杯中(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)氨(an)三乙酸(suan)(suan)150g,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)(zheng)餾水(shui)100mL,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)氫氧(yang)化鈉92g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)使兩者(zhe)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie),冷(leng)(leng)卻后加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)硝酸(suan)(suan)銨50g,硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)鈉20g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)后加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)銅(tong)乙二胺(an)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),冷(leng)(leng)卻后加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)(ru)1000mL量(liang)筒或量(liang)瓶中(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)(zheng)餾水(shui)稀釋至刻度(du),最后測量(liang)pH,低(di)(di)了,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)少許(xu)10%氫氧(yang)化鈉溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以(yi)(yi)便(bian)升(sheng)高pH;高了,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)少許(xu)10%硫(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以(yi)(yi)便(bian)降低(di)(di)pH。



5. 操作方法(fa)及工藝規(gui)范


 耗電系數:0.18A·h/(d㎡2·μm),在循環使用過程中(zhong)耗電系數不變;


 工作電壓:6~15V;


 接電方式:按正極(ji)性連接,工件接負極(ji),鍍筆接正極(ji);


 陰陽極相(xiang)對運動(dong)速率(lv):10~30m/min;


 使(shi)用溫度(du):20~50℃;


 在循環使(shi)用過程中,銅(tong)離(li)子濃度在剩(sheng)余溶(rong)液中增(zeng)加,堿銅(tong)刷鍍液屬富集鍍液。


 沉(chen)積速率(lv):12.8μm/min;


 鍍層最大厚度:一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)0.02~0.03mm.
