1. 堿性(xing)銅(tong)電刷(shua)鍍液(ye)的性(xing)質
堿性銅(tong)電(dian)刷鍍(du)液呈微堿性,pH為7~8,顯藍紫色。銅(tong)離子(zi)含量均為50g/L,20℃時相對(dui)密(mi)度為1.13,電(dian)導率為0.142 Ω-1·cm-1。工作通(tong)風要(yao)好,不要(yao)用手(shou)接觸(chu)鍍(du)液。
2. 堿性(xing)銅電刷鍍(du)新的性(xing)質(zhi)及用途
堿性銅(tong)電刷(shua)鍍銅(tong)層結晶致(zhi)密(mi),結合力好多用作過(guo)渡層或中間層、釬焊層和(he)導電層,防(fang)滲碳和(he)防(fang)氮化層。

4. 堿性銅電刷鍍(du)液的配制(zhi)
以配(pei)方3為例(li),在1000mL燒杯中(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)硫酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)250g,蒸(zheng)(zheng)餾水(shui)250mL,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)解,冷(leng)卻(que)至20℃,量取二乙胺250mL,在攪(jiao)拌(ban)下緩慢滴入(ru)(ru)硫酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)溶(rong)(rong)液,由于是放熱(re)反應,溫度升高后(hou)(hou)要冷(leng)卻(que)后(hou)(hou)再加(jia)(jia)。在500mL的(de)燒杯中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)氨三(san)乙酸(suan)(suan)(suan)150g,加(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)(zheng)餾水(shui)100mL,加(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)氫(qing)氧化鈉(na)92g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)使兩(liang)者溶(rong)(rong)解,冷(leng)卻(que)后(hou)(hou)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)硝酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銨50g,硫酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉(na)20g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)解后(hou)(hou)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)硫酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)乙二胺溶(rong)(rong)液中(zhong)(zhong),冷(leng)卻(que)后(hou)(hou)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)(ru)1000mL量筒或量瓶(ping)中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)(zheng)餾水(shui)稀釋(shi)至刻(ke)度,最后(hou)(hou)測量pH,低了(le),加(jia)(jia)少許10%氫(qing)氧化鈉(na)溶(rong)(rong)液以便升高pH;高了(le),加(jia)(jia)少許10%硫酸(suan)(suan)(suan)溶(rong)(rong)液以便降低pH。
5. 操作方法及工藝規范
耗電(dian)系數:0.18A·h/(d㎡2·μm),在循環使用過(guo)程中耗電(dian)系數不變;
工作(zuo)電壓:6~15V;
接電方(fang)式:按正極(ji)性連(lian)接,工件接負極(ji),鍍筆接正極(ji);
陰陽極相對運動速(su)率:10~30m/min;
使用溫度:20~50℃;
在(zai)(zai)循環使用過程(cheng)中(zhong),銅(tong)離子濃度在(zai)(zai)剩余溶液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)增加(jia),堿銅(tong)刷鍍(du)液(ye)(ye)屬富(fu)集鍍(du)液(ye)(ye)。
沉(chen)積速率:12.8μm/min;
鍍層最大厚度:一(yi)般為0.02~0.03mm.
