1. 堿性銅(tong)電刷(shua)鍍液的性質
堿(jian)(jian)性(xing)銅電(dian)刷鍍液呈(cheng)微堿(jian)(jian)性(xing),pH為7~8,顯(xian)藍紫色。銅離子含量均為50g/L,20℃時(shi)相對密度為1.13,電(dian)導率為0.142 Ω-1·cm-1。工作通風要好,不要用手接觸鍍液。

堿性銅(tong)電刷(shua)鍍(du)銅(tong)層結晶(jing)致密(mi),結合力(li)好多用作過渡(du)層或中間(jian)層、釬(han)焊層和(he)導電層,防滲(shen)碳(tan)和(he)防氮化層。

4. 堿(jian)性銅電刷鍍液的配(pei)制
以(yi)配(pei)方3為例,在1000mL燒(shao)杯(bei)中加(jia)入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)銅(tong)250g,蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水250mL,加(jia)熱(re)攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解,冷卻(que)至20℃,量(liang)取二乙胺250mL,在攪(jiao)拌(ban)下緩(huan)慢滴入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)銅(tong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye),由于是放(fang)熱(re)反應,溫度升高后(hou)要冷卻(que)后(hou)再加(jia)。在500mL的(de)燒(shao)杯(bei)中,加(jia)入(ru)氨三乙酸(suan)(suan)150g,加(jia)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水100mL,加(jia)入(ru)氫氧(yang)化鈉92g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)使兩者溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解,冷卻(que)后(hou)加(jia)入(ru)硝酸(suan)(suan)銨(an)50g,硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)鈉20g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)解后(hou)加(jia)入(ru)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)銅(tong)乙二胺溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中,冷卻(que)后(hou)加(jia)入(ru)1000mL量(liang)筒(tong)或量(liang)瓶中,加(jia)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水稀釋至刻度,最后(hou)測量(liang)pH,低了,加(jia)少許(xu)10%氫氧(yang)化鈉溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以(yi)便(bian)升高pH;高了,加(jia)少許(xu)10%硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)(suan)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以(yi)便(bian)降低pH。
5. 操(cao)作方法及工(gong)藝規(gui)范
耗電(dian)系(xi)數(shu):0.18A·h/(d㎡2·μm),在循環使(shi)用過程中耗電(dian)系(xi)數(shu)不變(bian);
工作電(dian)壓:6~15V;
接(jie)(jie)電(dian)方式:按正極(ji)性(xing)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),工件接(jie)(jie)負極(ji),鍍(du)筆接(jie)(jie)正極(ji);
陰陽極相對運動速率:10~30m/min;
使用溫度:20~50℃;
在(zai)循環使用過(guo)程中,銅(tong)離子濃度在(zai)剩余溶液(ye)中增加(jia),堿銅(tong)刷鍍液(ye)屬富集鍍液(ye)。
沉積速率(lv):12.8μm/min;
鍍層最大厚(hou)度:一(yi)般為0.02~0.03mm.
