15Cr11MoVA不銹鋼套筒是(shi)汽輪機(ji)組上的(de)(de)重要零件。由于它在高(gao)溫、高(gao)壓(ya)下長期工作,因而(er)(er)要求它的(de)(de)內部(bu)表面(mian)(mian)和(he)小(xiao)孔具有高(gao)強度,高(gao)的(de)(de)抗(kang)蝕性和(he)耐磨性,而(er)(er)外(wai)部(bu)表面(mian)(mian)則要求具有良好的(de)(de)可加工性。為了滿足這些要求,對套筒內表面(mian)(mian)和(he)小(xiao)孔要進行氮(dan)化處理,而(er)(er)對其外(wai)部(bu)表面(mian)(mian)應采取鍍錫防滲氮(dan)措(cuo)施。
2. 電刷鍍(du)錫工(gong)藝流程
電(dian)(dian)凈(電(dian)(dian)凈溶液(ye)見(jian)表(biao)4-42中(zhong)的 1號電(dian)(dian)凈液(ye),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)16V,時(shi)間(jian)(jian)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)凈至(zhi)表(biao)面(mian)均勻(yun)潤(run)濕不掛水(shui)(shui)(shui)珠為(wei)止)→水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)洗→活(huo)化(hua)(活(huo)化(hua)溶液(ye)成(cheng)分硫(liu)酸(suan) 80g/L,硫(liu)酸(suan)銨110g/L,電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)+12V,反接(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件(jian)接(jie)正極,鍍筆(bi)接(jie)負(fu)極,表(biao)面(mian)活(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)均勻(yun)淺灰(hui)色后,變電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)-12V,正接(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件(jian)接(jie)負(fu)極,表(biao)面(mian)活(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)均勻(yun)較深灰(hui)色為(wei)止)→水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)洗→刷鍍錫[鍍錫溶液(ye)成(cheng)分參見(jian)4.9.12之(3),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓 3~7V,溫度(du)室(shi)溫,陽極與工(gong)(gong)件(jian)之間(jian)(jian)的相對運動速(su)率為(wei)15~16m/min,錫層厚(hou)度(du)為(wei) 6~7μm]→水(shui)(shui)(shui)→中(zhong)和(用電(dian)(dian)凈液(ye)無電(dian)(dian)擦(ca)技(ji))→熱水(shui)(shui)(shui)授泡(溫度(du) 50℃熱水(shui)(shui)(shui),時(shi)間(jian)(jian)5min)→干燥(zao)→氨化(hua)(鍍錫后3天內(nei))。
