1. 電刷鍍錫目的物(wu)


 15Cr11MoVA不(bu)銹鋼(gang)套(tao)筒(tong)是汽輪機(ji)組上(shang)的重要零件。由(you)于它(ta)在高(gao)溫、高(gao)壓下(xia)長期工作(zuo),因而(er)要求它(ta)的內(nei)部表(biao)面(mian)和小孔具有高(gao)強度,高(gao)的抗蝕性(xing)和耐(nai)磨性(xing),而(er)外(wai)(wai)部表(biao)面(mian)則要求具有良好的可加工性(xing)。為了滿足這些要求,對套(tao)筒(tong)內(nei)表(biao)面(mian)和小孔要進行氮(dan)化(hua)處理,而(er)對其外(wai)(wai)部表(biao)面(mian)應采(cai)取鍍(du)錫防滲氮(dan)措施。



2. 電刷鍍(du)錫工藝流程


  電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)(電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)見表(biao)4-42中(zhong)的 1號電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)液(ye)(ye)(ye),工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)16V,時間為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)至表(biao)面均(jun)勻(yun)潤濕不掛(gua)水(shui)珠為(wei)(wei)止)→水(shui)沖(chong)(chong)洗→活(huo)(huo)化(活(huo)(huo)化溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)成(cheng)分硫(liu)(liu)酸 80g/L,硫(liu)(liu)酸銨110g/L,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)+12V,反(fan)接,即(ji)(ji)工(gong)件(jian)接正(zheng)極,鍍(du)筆接負極,表(biao)面活(huo)(huo)化至均(jun)勻(yun)淺灰色后,變電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)-12V,正(zheng)接,即(ji)(ji)工(gong)件(jian)接負極,表(biao)面活(huo)(huo)化至均(jun)勻(yun)較深灰色為(wei)(wei)止)→水(shui)沖(chong)(chong)洗→刷鍍(du)錫[鍍(du)錫溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)成(cheng)分參見4.9.12之(zhi)(3),工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya) 3~7V,溫(wen)度(du)室溫(wen),陽極與工(gong)件(jian)之(zhi)間的相對運動速率為(wei)(wei)15~16m/min,錫層厚(hou)度(du)為(wei)(wei) 6~7μm]→水(shui)→中(zhong)和(用電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)液(ye)(ye)(ye)無電(dian)(dian)擦技)→熱(re)水(shui)授泡(pao)(溫(wen)度(du) 50℃熱(re)水(shui),時間5min)→干燥→氨化(鍍(du)錫后3天內(nei))。
