1. 電刷鍍錫目的(de)物


 15Cr11MoVA不(bu)銹鋼套(tao)筒是汽輪機(ji)組上的重要(yao)(yao)零件。由(you)于(yu)它(ta)在高(gao)溫、高(gao)壓下長期(qi)工作,因(yin)而(er)(er)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)它(ta)的內部(bu)表(biao)面(mian)和小孔(kong)(kong)具有高(gao)強度,高(gao)的抗(kang)蝕性(xing)(xing)和耐磨性(xing)(xing),而(er)(er)外(wai)部(bu)表(biao)面(mian)則要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)具有良好的可加(jia)工性(xing)(xing)。為了滿足這些要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),對(dui)套(tao)筒內表(biao)面(mian)和小孔(kong)(kong)要(yao)(yao)進行氮化處理,而(er)(er)對(dui)其外(wai)部(bu)表(biao)面(mian)應采取鍍錫防滲氮措施。



2. 電刷鍍錫工藝流程


  電(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)溶液(ye)(ye)見表(biao)4-42中的(de) 1號電(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)液(ye)(ye),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)16V,時間為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)至(zhi)(zhi)表(biao)面(mian)均(jun)勻潤濕不掛水(shui)珠為(wei)(wei)止)→水(shui)沖(chong)洗→活化(hua)(hua)(活化(hua)(hua)溶液(ye)(ye)成(cheng)分(fen)硫(liu)酸 80g/L,硫(liu)酸銨110g/L,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)+12V,反接(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)正(zheng)極,鍍筆接(jie)負極,表(biao)面(mian)活化(hua)(hua)至(zhi)(zhi)均(jun)勻淺灰色(se)后(hou),變電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)-12V,正(zheng)接(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)負極,表(biao)面(mian)活化(hua)(hua)至(zhi)(zhi)均(jun)勻較深灰色(se)為(wei)(wei)止)→水(shui)沖(chong)洗→刷(shua)鍍錫[鍍錫溶液(ye)(ye)成(cheng)分(fen)參見4.9.12之(3),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya) 3~7V,溫(wen)度室(shi)溫(wen),陽極與工(gong)(gong)件之間的(de)相對運動速率為(wei)(wei)15~16m/min,錫層厚(hou)度為(wei)(wei) 6~7μm]→水(shui)→中和(用電(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)液(ye)(ye)無電(dian)(dian)(dian)擦技)→熱(re)水(shui)授泡(溫(wen)度 50℃熱(re)水(shui),時間5min)→干燥→氨化(hua)(hua)(鍍錫后(hou)3天內)。
