不銹鋼長管經過探傷后進入后續工序,加工成短管,成品管在交付前還需要最終超聲波探傷。通常情況下,成品管的長度不超過1.5m,此時對不(bu)銹鋼管的表面質量要求很高,大型的探傷設備顯然不適用。最適宜的超聲探傷方法應該采用鋼管旋轉,超聲探頭直線移動。不銹鋼短管超聲半自動探傷設備如圖5.14所示。

 不(bu)銹鋼(gang)短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)置(zhi)于水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)中,采用(yong)雙(shuang)輥(gun)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式,利用(yong)摩擦(ca)(ca)力帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)高速旋轉。為(wei)增加摩擦(ca)(ca)系數,雙(shuang)輥(gun)表面(mian)(mian)包覆橡膠。雙(shuang)輥(gun)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)、探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)分(fen)別采用(yong)伺服系統作為(wei)原(yuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機,探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)通過(guo)滾珠絲杠配合直線(xian)導軌(gui)實現。協調好(hao)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的旋轉速度(du)及探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)速度(du),探(tan)(tan)傷螺距不(bu)超過(guo)探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)有效(xiao)探(tan)(tan)傷面(mian)(mian)積的80%,滿(man)足短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)全長(chang)度(du)檢測,端部不(bu)存在(zai)盲區。不(bu)銹鋼(gang)短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)屬(shu)于成品管(guan)(guan)(guan),鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表面(mian)(mian)光(guang)潔無附著(zhu)物,因此探(tan)(tan)傷設備耦合水(shui)(shui)(shui)可以(yi)不(bu)采用(yong)循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)內的水(shui)(shui)(shui)每天更換(huan)一次即(ji)可。探(tan)(tan)傷時,操作人員手動(dong)(dong)(dong)將短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)放(fang)入水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)內,雙(shuang)輥(gun)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)高速旋轉,探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)直線(xian)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),檢測起始與結束位置(zhi)交替變(bian)化,探(tan)(tan)傷完成后手動(dong)(dong)(dong)取(qu)出。
