②. 單式萬向鉸鏈型膨脹節,由一個波紋管及萬向環、銷軸和鉸鏈板組成,能吸收(shou)多(duo)平面角位移[圖9-12(b)]。
③. 復式拉(la)桿(gan)(gan)型(xing)膨脹節(jie),由用中(zhong)間管(guan)連(lian)接的兩個(ge)波(bo)紋管(guan)及(ji)拉(la)桿(gan)(gan)組成,能吸收多(duo)平面橫(heng)向(xiang)位移和拉(la)桿(gan)(gan)間膨脹節(jie)本身的軸向(xiang)位移。
④. 復(fu)式鉸鏈(lian)型膨脹節,由用中間管(guan)連接的兩個波紋管(guan)及銷軸和(he)鉸鏈(lian)板組成,能吸收單(dan)平(ping)面(mian)橫向(xiang)位(wei)移和(he)膨脹節本身的軸向(xiang)位(wei)移。
⑤. 復(fu)式萬向鉸鏈型膨脹(zhang)節,由用中間(jian)管連接的(de)兩個波紋管及銷軸和鉸鏈板組成,能吸(xi)收互相垂直的(de)兩個平面橫向位(wei)移和膨脹(zhang)節本(ben)身(shen)的(de)
⑥. 彎(wan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壓力平(ping)衡(heng)型膨(peng)脹(zhang)節,由(you)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)工(gong)作波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)或(huo)用(yong)中間(jian)(jian)連接的兩個(ge)工(gong)作波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)及(ji)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)平(ping)衡(heng)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)構(gou)成(cheng),工(gong)作波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)與平(ping)衡(heng)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)間(jian)(jian)裝有(you)彎(wan)頭或(huo)三通,平(ping)衡(heng)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)一(yi)(yi)端有(you)封頭并承受管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)內壓,工(gong)作波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)平(ping)衡(heng)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)端間(jian)(jian)裝有(you)拉(la)桿。此種膨(peng)脹(zhang)節能吸收(shou)軸向位移和(he)/或(huo)橫向位移。拉(la)桿能約(yue)束波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壓力、推(tui)力。常用(yong)于管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)方向改變處。
⑦. 直管(guan)壓力平衡型膨脹節,一般由(you)位(wei)(wei)于(yu)兩(liang)端的兩(liang)個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)及有效(xiao)面積(ji)等于(yu)兩(liang)倍工(gong)作(zuo)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)有效(xiao)面積(ji)、位(wei)(wei)于(yu)中間的一個(ge)平衡波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)組(zu)成(cheng),兩(liang)套拉桿分(fen)別將每一個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)與平衡波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)相(xiang)互連(lian)接起(qi)來(lai)。此種膨脹節能吸(xi)收軸(zhou)向位(wei)(wei)移(yi)。拉桿能約束波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)壓力、推(tui)力。
⑧. 帶約(yue)束的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)波紋(wen)(wen)管膨脹節的(de)共同特點(dian)是管道的(de)內(nei)壓推力(俗稱盲板力)沒有作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)固定點(dian)或限位點(dian)處(chu),而是由約(yue)束波紋(wen)(wen)管膨脹節用(yong)(yong)的(de)金(jin)屬(shu)部件承受(shou)。
