浙江至德鋼業有限公司銷售人員認為,影響不銹鋼管價格的因素除了品牌、材質和生產工藝以外,最重要因素是不銹鋼(gang)管表面處理方法。為進一步改善管道材料特性,對管道內外表面進行處理 般有四種方法:酸洗鈍化(AP)、機械拋光(MP)、光亮退火(BA)和電解拋光(EP)處理工藝。試驗資料和實踐都證明,通過表面處理后,管道材料的粗糙度減小,表面吸附性減弱。那么AP、MP、BP、EP級不銹鋼管的區別在哪?



AP(Acid Pickling)酸洗處(chu)理


  不銹鋼的耐腐蝕能力主要來源于其內含的鉻元素與氧氣發生反應后在其表面形成一層致密的防護層。而酸洗的作用就是讓其提前發生這種反應,以提高不銹鋼管的耐腐蝕能力,酸(suan)洗過程中會去除管材表面所附著的油污及其他在生產中所沾染的其他物質。管道內外表面較粗糙易有懸浮雜質附著。

MP(Mechanical polishing)機械拋光


  拋(pao)光輪或拋(pao)光帶借助(zhu)拋(pao)光劑(ji)中的磨(mo)料(liao)對不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)表(biao)面進行拋(pao)磨(mo)加工,促使不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)面達到平滑拋(pao)光效(xiao)果(guo)。其亮度與效(xiao)果(guo)則取決于加工方式的種(zhong)類(lei)。另(ling)外機械拋(pao)光后雖較美觀但也會(hui)降低抗蝕性,所(suo)以當(dang)用在腐蝕環境下(xia)需(xu)再(zai)經過(guo)鈍化處理,且鋼管(guan)(guan)表(biao)面常有拋(pao)光材(cai)料(liao)殘留。

BA(Bright Annealing)光亮退(tui)火(huo)


  不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)制造(zao)過程(cheng)中,用(yong)于潤滑(hua)的(de)(de)油脂晶粒(li)也會(hui)因加工而變(bian)形,為(wei)了避免油脂殘留在(zai)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)中,在(zai)退火時(shi)利用(yong)高(gao)溫(wen)以(yi)氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)(qi)充當爐內氣(qi)(qi)氛,借由氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)(qi)與(yu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)碳氧結合燃燒(shao),進(jin)一步清(qing)潔鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)產(chan)生(sheng)亮面(mian)效果(guo),這種(zhong)利用(yong)純氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)(qi)退火加熱并快速冷(leng)卻,以(yi)亮化(hua)(hua)光面(mian)的(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)叫光輝退火。雖然利用(yong)此種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)來亮化(hua)(hua)表(biao)面(mian)可保鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)充分干凈無(wu)任(ren)何外來污(wu)染。但這種(zhong)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)明亮度若(ruo)與(yu)其(qi)他拋光方(fang)式(shi)相較機(ji)械、化(hua)(hua)學、電解會(hui)有霧面(mian)的(de)(de)感覺。當然其(qi)效果(guo)也與(yu)氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)含(han)量(liang)與(yu)加熱的(de)(de)次數有關。


  During the manufacturing process of the steel pipe,the grease grains used for lubrication will also be deformed due to processing.In order to avoid the grease remaining in the steel pipe,argon gas is used as the furnace atmosphere at high temperature during annealing.Oxygen combined combustion further cleans the surface of the steel pipe to produce a bright surface effect.This kind of annealing and heating with pure argon gas is called bright annealing in the way of brightening the surface.Although using this method to brighten the surface can keep the steel pipe sufficiently clean without any external pollution.However,if the brightness of this surface is mechanical,chemical,or electrolytic compared to other polishing methods,it will feel matte.Of course,the effect is also related to the content of argon gas and the number of heating times.

EP(Electro Polishing)電(dian)解(jie)光


 電(dian)(dian)解(jie)拋光是利用陽極(ji)處理的(de)方式,借由(you)電(dian)(dian)化學的(de)原(yuan)理,適當(dang)地(di)調整電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流、酸液組成(cheng)、以(yi)(yi)(yi)及拋光時間,不(bu)但(dan)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)使表(biao)面(mian)達到明亮、順滑(hua)、潔凈的(de)效果,更可以(yi)(yi)(yi)提升(sheng)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)抗腐蝕性,所以(yi)(yi)(yi)是最佳(jia)的(de)亮化表(biao)面(mian)的(de)方法,當(dang)然(ran)其成(cheng)本(ben)和技術也相應的(de)提高不(bu)少(shao)。


 不(bu)過,因(yin)為電解(jie)拋(pao)光會凸(tu)顯鋼(gang)管表面的(de)原始狀態,所以若鋼(gang)管表面有嚴(yan)重刮傷(shang)、孔(kong)洞,或是夾渣(zha)、析出物等(deng),皆可(ke)能造(zao)成(cheng)電解(jie)失敗。其與化學拋(pao)光不(bu)同之處是,雖然也是在(zai)酸性(xing)環境中進(jin)行(xing),但鋼(gang)管表面不(bu)但不(bu)會有任何(he)晶界腐(fu)蝕(shi)現象,可(ke)經由控制表面的(de)氧化銘膜層厚度,使(shi)鋼(gang)管達到的(de)抗蝕(shi)性(xing)。


 However,because the electrolytic polishing will highlight the original state of the surface of the steel pipe,if the surface of the steel pipe has serious scratches,holes,or slag,precipitates,etc.,it may cause electrolytic failure.


 The difference between it and chemical polishing is that although it is also carried out in an acidic environment,the surface of the steel pipe will not have any grain boundary corrosion,and the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe can be achieved by controlling the thickness of the chromium oxide film on the surface.
