據(ju)悉,寶鋼德盛不(bu)銹鋼技術中心全自動快分(fen)系統(tong)(tong)自2021年4月陸續開(kai)始設(she)備進(jin)廠安(an)裝調試(shi)以來,克服各(ge)(ge)種困(kun)難完成了自動化系統(tong)(tong)集成工作,經過各(ge)(ge)子(zi)系統(tong)(tong)的單獨運行(xing)考核,已于2022年3月底(di)開(kai)始上線試(shi)運行(xing)。


 該系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)主要由全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)風動(dong)送樣(yang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、制(zhi)(zhi)樣(yang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、分(fen)(fen)析系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、數據傳輸系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、自(zi)動(dong)化配(pei)套單(dan)元及軟(ruan)件控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)等(deng)組成。整(zheng)套系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)運行模式,對接4臺(tai)(tai)直(zhi)讀光(guang)譜儀(yi)和2臺(tai)(tai)熒(ying)光(guang)分(fen)(fen)析儀(yi)。從樣(yang)品(pin)(pin)登記進入系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)后,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)完成樣(yang)品(pin)(pin)傳送,傳送至實驗(yan)室收發柜后樣(yang)盒自(zi)動(dong)開蓋進而完成制(zhi)(zhi)樣(yang)、判斷、分(fen)(fen)析、存檔、數據管理和上(shang)傳等(deng)功能,全(quan)程(cheng)實現(xian)自(zi)動(dong)化、無人化。


 該系統主要承擔(dan)煉鋼東(dong)區、高爐生產過(guo)程中樣(yang)品的快速分(fen)析任務,由(you)上海立潤機電設(she)備(bei)有限公司(si)制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)集成(cheng),其中,關鍵分(fen)析設(she)備(bei)采用賽默飛世爾(er)的ARL8860直讀光譜儀(yi)和(he)ARL9900熒光分(fen)析儀(yi),并配(pei)套專用的SMS3500控制(zhi)系統,保證分(fen)析精度。


 系統包括十五套風(feng)動(dong)(dong)送(song)(song)(song)樣(yang)(yang),管(guan)道總長達7200米(mi),實現(xian)4#高爐、AOD、VOD、BOF、LF、CC等多工(gong)位樣(yang)(yang)品直(zhi)送(song)(song)(song)實驗(yan)(yan)室(shi),完全取代人工(gong)送(song)(song)(song)樣(yang)(yang);樣(yang)(yang)品到站后(hou)(hou)自動(dong)(dong)接樣(yang)(yang),試樣(yang)(yang)炮彈開蓋,樣(yang)(yang)品冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou)經(jing)皮帶傳送(song)(song)(song)至3500系統,3500機(ji)械手(shou)將樣(yang)(yang)品傳送(song)(song)(song)至相應的(de)制樣(yang)(yang)及分(fen)析設備(bei),自動(dong)(dong)識別樣(yang)(yang)品加(jia)工(gong)效果,實現(xian)標(biao)準(zhun)選點激(ji)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)作,保證分(fen)析條(tiao)件一致性(xing),提高分(fen)析精度(du);樣(yang)(yang)品分(fen)析數據(ju)經(jing)Lims實驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)數據(ju)管(guan)理系統返回至委托單(dan)元,同時樣(yang)(yang)品經(jing)皮帶傳送(song)(song)(song)至激(ji)光自動(dong)(dong)打(da)標(biao)存檔單(dan)元。


 系統上線試運行后,已陸續完成Q195、Q235、410不(bu)銹鋼430不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)304不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)等多鋼種的日常分析任務,分析人員只需在主控臺上查看,無需手動接樣、制樣、分析,工作強度大幅度下降;技術團隊目前集中精力跟蹤自動化運行,期望在滿足國家標準規定分析精度的基礎上,力爭與太鋼的分析精度相當,分析時間碳鋼≤180s、不銹鋼≤210s,自動化可開動率≥99.5%,更好的服務生產現場。
