據悉,寶鋼德(de)盛不銹鋼技術中(zhong)心全自(zi)動快分系統自(zi)2021年4月陸續開始設備(bei)進廠安裝調(diao)試以(yi)來(lai),克服各種困難完成了自(zi)動化系統集成工作,經過各子系統的單獨(du)運行考核,已于2022年3月底開始上線試運行。


 該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主要由全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)風(feng)動(dong)送(song)(song)樣(yang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、制(zhi)樣(yang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、分析(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、數據傳(chuan)輸系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化配套(tao)單元及軟(ruan)件(jian)控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等(deng)組成。整套(tao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)運(yun)行模式(shi),對(dui)接4臺直讀(du)光(guang)譜(pu)儀(yi)和2臺熒光(guang)分析(xi)(xi)儀(yi)。從樣(yang)品登(deng)記(ji)進入(ru)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)后,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)完成樣(yang)品傳(chuan)送(song)(song),傳(chuan)送(song)(song)至(zhi)實驗(yan)室收(shou)發柜后樣(yang)盒自(zi)(zi)動(dong)開蓋進而完成制(zhi)樣(yang)、判斷、分析(xi)(xi)、存檔、數據管理和上傳(chuan)等(deng)功能,全程實現自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化、無(wu)人化。


 該系統(tong)主要承擔(dan)煉鋼(gang)東區、高(gao)爐生產過(guo)程中樣品的(de)快速分(fen)析(xi)任務,由(you)上海(hai)立潤機電(dian)設備有(you)限公(gong)司制造(zao)和集成,其中,關鍵分(fen)析(xi)設備采用賽默飛世爾的(de)ARL8860直讀光(guang)譜儀和ARL9900熒(ying)光(guang)分(fen)析(xi)儀,并配套(tao)專用的(de)SMS3500控制系統(tong),保證分(fen)析(xi)精度。


 系統包(bao)括十(shi)五套風動(dong)(dong)送(song)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),管道總長達7200米(mi),實(shi)現(xian)4#高爐、AOD、VOD、BOF、LF、CC等多工位樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品直(zhi)送(song)實(shi)驗(yan)室,完全取代人工送(song)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang);樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品到(dao)站后(hou)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)接樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)炮彈開蓋(gai),樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品冷卻后(hou)經皮帶傳送(song)至(zhi)(zhi)3500系統,3500機(ji)械手(shou)將樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品傳送(song)至(zhi)(zhi)相應的制(zhi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)及分(fen)析(xi)設備,自(zi)動(dong)(dong)識別樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品加工效果,實(shi)現(xian)標(biao)準選點激(ji)(ji)發動(dong)(dong)作,保證分(fen)析(xi)條件(jian)一致性,提高分(fen)析(xi)精度;樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品分(fen)析(xi)數(shu)據經Lims實(shi)驗(yan)室數(shu)據管理系統返回至(zhi)(zhi)委托單元,同時樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品經皮帶傳送(song)至(zhi)(zhi)激(ji)(ji)光自(zi)動(dong)(dong)打標(biao)存檔單元。


 系統上線試運行后,已陸續完成Q195、Q235、410不銹鋼430不銹鋼304不銹鋼等多鋼種的日常分析任務,分析人員只需在主控臺上查看,無需手動接樣、制樣、分析,工作強度大幅度下降;技術團隊目前集中精力跟蹤自動化運行,期望在滿足國家標準規定分析精度的基礎上,力爭與太鋼的分析精度相當,分析時間碳鋼≤180s、不銹鋼≤210s,自動化可開動率≥99.5%,更好的服務生產現場。
