1. 紐扣電池(chi)和電池(chi)殼體
一般的干(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池為錳(meng)(meng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池或(huo)堿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,其殼體使用表面處(chu)理鋼(gang)材再經過涂裝即可,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子精密(mi)儀器所使用的紐(niu)扣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池用材,處(chu)于表面處(chu)理鋼(gang)板和不銹鋼(gang)鋼(gang)板的競爭的狀態。在(zai)紐(niu)扣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池中,有堿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池、氧化銀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池、二(er)氧化錳(meng)(meng)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池和空氣(qi)鋅(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池等各種類(lei)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池。
不銹鋼具有耐腐(fu)蝕性,適合制作電(dian)(dian)池殼體(ti)。但(dan)由于耐腐(fu)蝕的(de)氧化(hua)(hua)膜而(er)使導電(dian)(dian)性惡化(hua)(hua),因此多使用(yong)(yong)鍍(du)鎳(nie)的(de)表面處理鋼板。不(bu)銹鋼亦可以用(yong)(yong)于廉價(jia)的(de)玩具類(lei)產品,但(dan)在高性能產品中,則使用(yong)(yong)鍍(du)鎳(nie)的(de)不(bu)銹鋼。在電(dian)(dian)池種(zhong)類(lei)當中,氧化(hua)(hua)銀電(dian)(dian)池,二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)錳鋰電(dian)(dian)池應用(yong)(yong)較(jiao)廣。鍍(du)鎳(nie)不(bu)銹鋼的(de)代表型鋼種(zhong)SUS304鍍(du)鎳(nie)后(hou),使用(yong)(yong)者較(jiao)多。最近(jin)為了降(jiang)低生產成(cheng)本,轉為使用(yong)(yong)鐵素體(ti)系列的(de)SUS430不(bu)銹鋼鍍(du)鎳(nie)。
2. 鋰(li)離子電池殼體(ti)
用(yong)(yong)(yong)在小型(xing)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)池殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)材料(liao)中(zhong),有表面(mian)(mian)處(chu)理鋼(gang)板(ban)、不銹鋼(gang)和(he)鋁三(san)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)競爭,在開發初期,因(yin)為(wei)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)池存(cun)在爆(bao)炸危險性,所以(yi)(yi)(yi),對表面(mian)(mian)處(chu)理鋼(gang)板(ban)和(he)不銹鋼(gang)作為(wei)殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)材料(liao)而(er)展(zhan)開研討(tao)論證。因(yin)為(wei)小型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)池是長方(fang)體(ti)(ti),像(xiang)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)完畢(bi)而(er)扔掉的(de)(de)(de)(de)打火機(ji)那樣形狀,雖然使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表面(mian)(mian)處(chu)理鋼(gang)板(ban)并具備沖壓(ya)成型(xing)性優勢,但在常(chang)溫下,靈活充分地(di)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)沖壓(ya)機(ji)床(chuang),開發多種工藝方(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖壓(ya)技術,可以(yi)(yi)(yi)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)不銹鋼(gang)進行(xing)超深度拉深工藝,制造出(chu)不銹鋼(gang)產(chan)品化的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)。近(jin)來,在數碼照(zhao)相機(ji)和(he)手(shou)機(ji)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)池,考慮到輕量化,則(ze)鋁殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)池亦產(chan)品化了,在使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)不銹鋼(gang)材料(liao)制造技術中(zhong),東京都大田區的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術實力很強。沖壓(ya)行(xing)業人員采用(yong)(yong)(yong)超深拉深進行(xing)生產(chan)制造。可以(yi)(yi)(yi)說鋁和(he)不銹鋼(gang)在鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)池殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)行(xing)業存(cun)在著激烈(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)競爭。
大型鋰(li)離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),曾以NEDO為(wei)(wei)中心(xin),聯合(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)生產(chan)廠家(jia)參(can)與,分別開發(fa)了移動(dong)(dong)型和(he)定置型。圓柱形(xing)和(he)長(chang)方(fang)體形(xing)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)材(cai)料。圓柱形(xing)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)激光(guang)焊接(jie)制造殼(ke)體,長(chang)方(fang)體形(xing)則(ze)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)超深拉深工(gong)藝進行(xing)加工(gong),而(er)盒(he)蓋使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)激光(guang)焊接(jie)進行(xing)接(jie)合(he)。雖然正處(chu)于開發(fa)階段,但已(yi)經(jing)決定在2010年在主力客機波音(yin)789上,裝(zhuang)設這種鋰(li)離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。所用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)種為(wei)(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不(bu)銹鋼(gang),板(ban)厚為(wei)(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在常(chang)溫下利用(yong)(yong)(yong)多道工(gong)序(xu)沖壓成形(xing)。期(qi)望在市(shi)區內行(xing)駛的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力驅動(dong)(dong)而(er)在郊區是使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)汽油(you)作為(wei)(wei)燃料進行(xing)驅動(dong)(dong)的兩種動(dong)(dong)力汽車(che),或電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)汽車(che)上,作為(wei)(wei)二(er)次電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),在實用(yong)(yong)(yong)化(hua)方(fang)面取(qu)得(de)了顯著進展。從(cong)鍍層(ceng)鋼(gang)板(ban)到不(bu)銹鋼(gang)的不(bu)銹鋼(gang)化(hua)的重點(dian)是加工(gong)性和(he)耐腐蝕性。
