1. 紐扣電池(chi)和電池(chi)殼(ke)體
一般的干電池(chi)(chi)為(wei)錳電池(chi)(chi)或(huo)堿電池(chi)(chi),其殼體(ti)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)表(biao)面處(chu)理鋼(gang)材再經過涂裝(zhuang)即可,而電子精密(mi)儀(yi)器所使(shi)(shi)用(yong)的紐(niu)(niu)扣(kou)電池(chi)(chi)用(yong)材,處(chu)于表(biao)面處(chu)理鋼(gang)板和(he)不銹鋼(gang)鋼(gang)板的競爭(zheng)的狀態。在紐(niu)(niu)扣(kou)電池(chi)(chi)中(zhong),有(you)堿電池(chi)(chi)、氧(yang)化(hua)銀電池(chi)(chi)、二氧(yang)化(hua)錳鋰電池(chi)(chi)和(he)空氣鋅電池(chi)(chi)等各種(zhong)類型電池(chi)(chi)。
不銹鋼具有(you)耐(nai)(nai)腐(fu)(fu)蝕性,適合制作(zuo)電池殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)。但(dan)由于(yu)(yu)耐(nai)(nai)腐(fu)(fu)蝕的(de)氧(yang)化膜而使(shi)導電性惡化,因此多使(shi)用(yong)鍍(du)鎳的(de)表(biao)面處理鋼(gang)(gang)板。不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)亦可以用(yong)于(yu)(yu)廉價的(de)玩具類產(chan)品,但(dan)在(zai)高(gao)性能產(chan)品中(zhong),則(ze)使(shi)用(yong)鍍(du)鎳的(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)。在(zai)電池種類當中(zhong),氧(yang)化銀電池,二氧(yang)化錳鋰電池應用(yong)較廣。鍍(du)鎳不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)的(de)代(dai)表(biao)型鋼(gang)(gang)種SUS304鍍(du)鎳后,使(shi)用(yong)者較多。最近為(wei)了(le)降(jiang)低(di)生(sheng)產(chan)成本,轉為(wei)使(shi)用(yong)鐵素體(ti)(ti)系(xi)列(lie)的(de)SUS430不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)鍍(du)鎳。
2. 鋰離子電池殼體
用(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)小型鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)殼體(ti)(ti)材(cai)料中,有表面(mian)(mian)處理鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)、不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)和(he)鋁(lv)三方(fang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)競爭(zheng),在(zai)(zai)開(kai)(kai)發初期,因(yin)為(wei)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)存在(zai)(zai)爆炸(zha)危險性(xing),所以(yi),對(dui)表面(mian)(mian)處理鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)作為(wei)殼體(ti)(ti)材(cai)料而(er)展開(kai)(kai)研(yan)討論證。因(yin)為(wei)小型的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)是(shi)長方(fang)體(ti)(ti),像使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)完畢而(er)扔(reng)掉(diao)的(de)(de)打(da)火機(ji)那樣(yang)形狀,雖然使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)表面(mian)(mian)處理鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)并具備沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成型性(xing)優(you)勢,但在(zai)(zai)常溫下,靈(ling)活充(chong)分地使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)床,開(kai)(kai)發多種工藝(yi)方(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)技術,可以(yi)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)超深(shen)(shen)度拉(la)深(shen)(shen)工藝(yi),制(zhi)(zhi)造出不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)產(chan)品(pin)化(hua)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)殼體(ti)(ti)。近來,在(zai)(zai)數碼(ma)照相(xiang)機(ji)和(he)手(shou)機(ji)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),考(kao)慮(lv)到輕量化(hua),則鋁(lv)殼體(ti)(ti)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)亦(yi)產(chan)品(pin)化(hua)了,在(zai)(zai)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)材(cai)料制(zhi)(zhi)造技術中,東京都大(da)田區的(de)(de)技術實力很強(qiang)。沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業人員采用(yong)(yong)超深(shen)(shen)拉(la)深(shen)(shen)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)生(sheng)產(chan)制(zhi)(zhi)造。可以(yi)說鋁(lv)和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)在(zai)(zai)鋰(li)(li)離(li)(li)(li)子電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)殼體(ti)(ti)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業存在(zai)(zai)著激烈的(de)(de)材(cai)料競爭(zheng)。
大型鋰離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi),曾以NEDO為(wei)中心(xin),聯合電(dian)池(chi)生產廠家參與,分別開(kai)發了移動(dong)型和(he)(he)定(ding)置型。圓柱形(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)長方(fang)(fang)體形(xing)(xing)的(de)電(dian)池(chi)殼體,使用(yong)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)材料。圓柱形(xing)(xing)使用(yong)激光焊(han)(han)接(jie)制造殼體,長方(fang)(fang)體形(xing)(xing)則采用(yong)超(chao)深拉深工(gong)藝進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)工(gong),而盒蓋使用(yong)激光焊(han)(han)接(jie)進(jin)行(xing)接(jie)合。雖然正處于開(kai)發階段,但已經決定(ding)在(zai)2010年在(zai)主力客機波音789上(shang),裝設這種(zhong)(zhong)鋰離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)。所用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)種(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang),板(ban)厚(hou)為(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在(zai)常溫下利(li)用(yong)多道工(gong)序沖(chong)壓成形(xing)(xing)。期望在(zai)市區內(nei)行(xing)駛的(de)電(dian)力驅(qu)動(dong)而在(zai)郊區是(shi)使用(yong)汽(qi)油作(zuo)為(wei)燃料進(jin)行(xing)驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)兩種(zhong)(zhong)動(dong)力汽(qi)車,或(huo)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車上(shang),作(zuo)為(wei)二次電(dian)池(chi),在(zai)實用(yong)化(hua)(hua)方(fang)(fang)面取得了顯著進(jin)展。從鍍層(ceng)鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)到不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)的(de)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)化(hua)(hua)的(de)重點是(shi)加(jia)工(gong)性和(he)(he)耐腐蝕性。
