GB/T 17854-1999《埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)用不銹鋼焊絲和焊劑》中規定了埋弧焊用不銹鋼(gang)焊絲的化學成分、尺寸及焊絲表面質量等,并規定焊絲的牌號按YB/T 5092。
埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)用(yong)(yong)不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)(han)(han)絲的(de)類別、牌號及化(hua)學(xue)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)見表(biao)5-7。埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)用(yong)(yong)不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)(han)(han)絲的(de)化(hua)學(xue)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)與母材(cai)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)基本相近(jin),只是(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)絲化(hua)學(xue)成(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)(fen)中(zhong)鉻、鎳含量要比母材(cai)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)略高(gao),而含碳量低(di)于母材(cai)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)。這(zhe)主要是(shi)考(kao)慮到焊(han)(han)(han)接過程中(zhong)合(he)金(jin)(jin)元素的(de)燒損和提高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)接接頭的(de)耐腐蝕(shi)性能。焊(han)(han)(han)接鐵素體型(xing)(xing)不銹鋼(gang)時,可(ke)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)H1Cr17焊(han)(han)(han)絲;焊(han)(han)(han)接馬氏(shi)體型(xing)(xing)不銹鋼(gang)時,可(ke)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)H1Cr13焊(han)(han)(han)絲;焊(han)(han)(han)接18-8型(xing)(xing)奧(ao)氏(shi)體不銹鋼(gang)時,可(ke)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)H0Cr21Ni10焊(han)(han)(han)絲;焊(han)(han)(han)接超(chao)低(di)碳18-8型(xing)(xing)奧(ao)氏(shi)體不銹鋼(gang)時,應采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)H00Cr21Ni10或H00Cr19Ni12Mo2焊(han)(han)(han)絲。

埋(mai)(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)時,焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)化學(xue)成(cheng)(cheng)分和性能除(chu)了(le)由(you)焊(han)(han)(han)絲決定(ding)之外,還受到(dao)所使用焊(han)(han)(han)劑(ji)的影響(xiang)。為了(le)得到(dao)不(bu)同(tong)的焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)金屬化學(xue)成(cheng)(cheng)分,可以(yi)(yi)通(tong)過同(tong)一(yi)(yi)種焊(han)(han)(han)劑(ji)與幾種不(bu)同(tong)成(cheng)(cheng)分的焊(han)(han)(han)絲配合(he)來實現;也(ye)可以(yi)(yi)通(tong)過用同(tong)一(yi)(yi)種焊(han)(han)(han)絲與幾種不(bu)同(tong)成(cheng)(cheng)分的焊(han)(han)(han)劑(ji)配合(he)來實現。另外埋(mai)(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)時焊(han)(han)(han)接電流大,熔深大,母(mu)(mu)材金屬融合(he)比高(gao),故(gu)母(mu)(mu)材金屬對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)成(cheng)(cheng)分也(ye)有影響(xiang)。所以(yi)(yi)對(dui)埋(mai)(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)用焊(han)(han)(han)絲的選擇,既(ji)要考慮(lv)焊(han)(han)(han)劑(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)分的影響(xiang),又要考慮(lv)母(mu)(mu)材金屬的影響(xiang)。
焊(han)(han)絲的尺(chi)寸及偏差(cha)應符(fu)合表(biao)5-8規(gui)定。焊(han)(han)絲表(biao)面應光滑,不(bu)得(de)有銹蝕(shi)、氧化皮和其他(ta)有害于使用(yong)的缺陷。但允(yun)許有深度不(bu)超過(guo)(guo)直徑偏差(cha)之半的劃傷及不(bu)超過(guo)(guo)直徑偏差(cha)的局部缺陷,軟態鋼絲允(yun)許有氧化色。
