奧氏體不銹鋼采用手工鎢極氬弧(hu)焊可以進行各種位置的操作,其中包括水平固定管(全位置)的對接焊,但主適用于薄壁件和打底層的焊接。


  根據接頭(tou)的形式,平焊(han)位(wei)置包(bao)括對接平焊(han)和平角焊(han)兩(liang)種。


①. 對(dui)接平(ping)焊


 焊(han)件在裝(zhuang)配時,為(wei)了防止焊(han)接(jie)過(guo)程中(zhong)產生變形(xing),應(ying)(ying)放(fang)(fang)在夾具中(zhong)緊固(gu),并在焊(han)件坡口背(bei)(bei)面(mian)安放(fang)(fang)墊(dian)板,墊(dian)板上(shang)應(ying)(ying)開設凹槽,內通氬氣,保(bao)護(hu)背(bei)(bei)面(mian)焊(han)縫,如圖(tu)4-11所示(shi)。

  焊(han)(han)接時,首先(xian)在定位焊(han)(han)縫根(gen)部(bu)后10mm左右(you)處開(kai)始引燃電弧,運弧至(zhi)定位焊(han)(han)點根(gen)部(bu),此(ci)時焊(han)(han)槍(qiang)畫一個半圓形(xing)(xing)的圈,在坡口根(gen)部(bu)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)一個熔孔,熔孔形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)后向(xiang)右(you)側(ce)鈍(dun)邊處填(tian)加(jia)焊(han)(han)絲,然后得向(xiang)左側(ce)運弧,向(xiang)左側(ce)鈍(dun)邊處填(tian)加(jia)焊(han)(han)絲,再向(xiang)右(you)運弧,如此(ci)往(wang)復(fu)循環,逐漸形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)熔透焊(han)(han)縫。


  操作過程中(zhong)要保持熔(rong)(rong)孔始終深入(ru)母材0.5~1.0mm,出現熔(rong)(rong)孔后應(ying)立即(ji)填充焊絲(si),這時形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)焊縫(feng)才會均勻。如果(guo)填充焊絲(si)過遲,熔(rong)(rong)孔過大,反面焊縫(feng)就過高(gao),甚至(zhi)產生(sheng)焊瘤;填充焊絲(si)過早,若還未(wei)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)孔,就會產生(sheng)未(wei)焊透。焊接過程中(zhong)在不(bu)影(ying)響視(shi)線的(de)(de)情(qing)況下盡(jin)量采(cai)用短弧(hu),以增強氬氣的(de)(de)保護效果(guo)和提高(gao)電弧(hu)的(de)(de)穿透能力。鎢極端部(bu)距熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)表面以2~3mm為宜(yi),要注意(yi)觀(guan)察熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)的(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)狀,熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)應(ying)保持與焊縫(feng)軸線對稱,否(fou)則焊縫(feng)就會偏斜。


  熔(rong)(rong)透(tou)(tou)的(de)識別:焊(han)(han)接(jie)過程中(zhong)應通過仔細觀察熔(rong)(rong)池的(de)變化(hua)來判(pan)斷是否熔(rong)(rong)透(tou)(tou),以達到單面焊(han)(han)雙面成形(xing)的(de)目的(de)。當填充焊(han)(han)絲上一(yi)顆熔(rong)(rong)滴落(luo)入熔(rong)(rong)池時,熔(rong)(rong)池表面位置就會(hui)升高,隨著熱量向下(xia)傳輸,基(ji)本金(jin)屬熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)形(xing)成熔(rong)(rong)孔。由于重力(li)使熔(rong)(rong)池下(xia)沉,于是熔(rong)(rong)池水平下(xia)降,熔(rong)(rong)池表面積擴張,這是焊(han)(han)透(tou)(tou)的(de)重要標志。如果沒有焊(han)(han)透(tou)(tou),熔(rong)(rong)池便不會(hui)下(xia)沉。


  當(dang)運弧(hu)至(zhi)終(zhong)焊(han)端的定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)根部3~5mm時(shi),焊(han)槍畫(hua)圈,把(ba)定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)根部熔化,然后(hou)填充2~3滴熔滴,繼續向前施焊(han)10mm左右,把(ba)定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)表面熔化,最后(hou)用電流衰減法收(shou)弧(hu)。收(shou)弧(hu)焊(han)縫(feng)應(ying)在定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)后(hou)方10mm左右處(chu),以保證(zheng)接頭(tou)部位(wei)能焊(han)透。


②. 平角焊


  操作時,焊(han)槍、焊(han)絲和焊(han)件之(zhi)間的相對位置如圖4-12所示。電(dian)弧長度1.5mm左(zuo)右,焊(han)槍與焊(han)件的傾(qing)角為40°~50°,焊(han)絲送入傾(qing)角為15°~20°。
